TALLADEGA - Graveside service for Lavinia Wright Bowman, 80, will be Wednesday, May 4, at 11 a.m. in Pine Hill Memorial Park in Talladega with the Rev. John Whetstone officiating. Mrs. Bowman died May 1 at Talladega Health Care Center. She was a native of Talladega County, was a resident of Florida for 32 years and was a member of Bemiston Baptist Church. She was a member of Moknana Eastern Star No. 283 in Orlando, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Bowman. She is survived by one sister, Jean Burkhart of Lexington, Ky.; two brothers, LeRoy Wright of Millry and William Wright of Talladega; and several nieces and nephews. The family will accept flowers. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega will direct the service.

in Birmingham. Mrs. Burgess died May 1.

Burial will be in Vincent City Cemetery. Ms. Caddell died April 30. She is survived by her parents, Rudolph and Alta Caddell; brother, Richard Caddell; sister-in-law, Dacia Caddell; nieces, Ashton and Meagan Caddell; and nephew, Kade Carroll.

ORANGE BEACH - Funeral service for Ruby Huckeba Feltman, 70, will be Wednesday, May 4, at 11 a.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home chapel in Pell City with the Rev. J.D. Wales officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Mrs. Feltman died May 1. She was retired from Union State Bank of Pell City and was a member of Island Fellowship Baptist Church in Orange Beach.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis T. Feltman of Orange Beach; daughter, Pamela Patterson (Eric) of Mobile; two sons, Keith Feltman (Lesa) of Orange Beach and Danny Feltman (Donna) of Birmingham; seven grandchildren, Jonathan Patterson, Benjamin Patterson, David Feltman, Scott Feltman, Deborah Cartier, Jessica Cartier and Donnie Cartier; and Godson, Jason Lee.

She is survived by three daughters, Michelle Rowe of Florida, Gloria Chris Giernoth of Hollins and DeeDee Jones of Hollins; special loved ones, April Giernoth, Donna Berry, Eden Braswell Berry of Clay County; four brothers, William Derr of Spartanburg, S.C., Calvin Derr of Manheim, Pa., Bobby Derr of Holland, Pa., and Bill Derr of Montua, N.J.; two sisters, Hazel Wynn and Helen Zerbe of Pennsylvania; a host of nieces and nephews; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

SYLACAUGA - Funeral service for A. Wendell Legg, 61, will be Wednesday, May 4, at 2 p.m. at Talladega Springs Full Gospel Tabernacle Church with Brother Joe Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Talladega Springs Cemetery. Mr. Legg died April 30. He was a member of Talladega Springs Full Gospel Tabernacle Church and was a man who loved God. He was a member of the Christian Motorcyclist Association, was a Mason and ordained minister. He was a field adjuster for Geico Insurance Company and was a great dad and an inspiration to others.
He is survived by his wife, Pat Legg of Sylacauga; son, Randy Scott of Hayden; daughters, Reneigh Haney of Hayden and Angie Benson of Lynn; seven grandchildren; three brothers, William Legg of Jasper, Autry Legg of Brilliant and Hollis Legg of Jasper; and sister, Mauvaline Hayes of Addison. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:30 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to Tom Pittman Ministries. The body may be viewed at the church Wednesday from 1 until 2 p.m.

He was employed by Delta Security Service, was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

CHILDERSBURG - Mr. Kenneth Hyman, age 82, of Childersburg, passed away April 28 at Baptist Montclair in Birmingham. Mr. Hyman was born Feb. 19, 1923 in Chicago, Ill., to the late Jack and Dorothy Ottenheimer Hyman. Mr. Hyman is survived by one son, Benny (Connie) Hammond of Childersburg; one daughter, Sandra (Kenneth) Stewart of Riverside, Calif.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. He was loved by all of his family. Mr. Hyman was preceded in death by his wife, Nell C. Hyman. Alabama Funeral Homes and Cremation Centers of Dadeville are in charge of the arrangements.

Maria Christina de Brigard Saxon, age 34, died April 14 in Toms River, N.J. "Christy" attended Toms River High School East and Ocean County College, both of Toms River, N.J. She was employed by Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pa., as an Assistant Buyer/Accounts Payable Clerk. She loved music, vintage "anything" and stitchery.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Pierce and Marine Saxon and John and Maria de Brigard. She is survived by her father and step-mom, Don and Sara Saxon of Stewartville and mother, Patricia de Brigard Saxon of Toms River, N.J.; one brother, Don Saxon Jr. of Coosa County; and one sister, Kim Saxon of Toms River; two step-brothers, Kevin and his wife Kelly Laddie of Alabaster and Keith and his wife Koki Laddie of Vincent; one step-sister, Kim L. and her husband Steve Baker of Wilsonville. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends and her dog, Joey.
Graveside service was held at Rockford Cemetery, Rockford. The family requests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 1035 Hooper Ave., Toms River, N.J., 08753 in Christy's memory. Riggs Funeral Home in Forked River, N.J., handled the arrangements.
