MARY ALICE HALL

TALLADEGA — Funeral service for Mary Alice Hall, 85, will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Usrey Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Larry Morris officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park.

Mrs. Hall died Dec. 16 at her residence. She was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega County and was a member of Munford Baptist Church. She was retired from Palm Beach Company with 25 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford A. Hall; a grandson, Murray Hall; and two brothers, Fowler Nelson and Alvin (Buck) Nelson.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Iverson of Falcon, Mo.; three sons, Frank Hall of Douglasville, Ga., Rodney Hall of Searcy, Ark., and John Murray Hall of Talladega; three sisters, Bobby Wyatt of Munford, Jewel Nelson of Oxford and Beatrice Randell of Anniston; one brother, Benny (Pete) Nelson of Talladega; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Hall, Reggie Hall, Randy Hall and Rodney Hall Jr.

Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.

Usrey Funeral Home will direct the service.

PAULA SUE KRUTULIS LOCKHART

TALLADEGA — Paula Sue (Cookie) Krutulis Lockhart, 57, died Dec. 17 at Talladega Health Care.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Usrey Funeral Home.

BIRMINGHAM — Roy A. Thomas, 77, died Dec. 17.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City.

PELL CITY — Oliver B. Wright, 86, died Dec. 17.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City.

LOUISE WYCKOFF

ALEXANDER CITY — Funeral service for Louise Wyckoff, 77, will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Great Bethel Baptist Church with Elder Ralph Miller Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Rocky Mount Cemetery.

Mrs. Wyckoff died Dec. 13 at Russell Medical Center.

She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Williams and Adelene Hunter of Alexander City; two sons, Rufus Wyckoff Jr. of Alexander City and Melvin Wyckoff of Cleveland, Ohio; three sisters, Mary Nell Jenkins of Atlanta, Ga., Von Macklin of Louisville, Ky., and Edlean Givins of Los Angeles, Calif.; five brothers, William Jenkins of Alexander City, Lonnie Jenkins and Tommy Jenkins of Cleveland, Ohio, Jesse Jenkins of Atlanta, Ga., and Alvin Jenkins of Baltimore, Md.; 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Wright's Funeral Home will direct the service.

PAULINE BRADFORD JEMISON

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Funeral service for Pauline Bradford Jemison, 83, formerly of Munford, will be Saturday at noon at Sycamore Baptist Church with Dr. Jesse Montgomery Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Jenifer Community Cemetery.

Ms. Jemison died Dec. 11 at Highland Hospital in Rochester.

She is survived by one daughter, Mary Brantley of Rochester, N.Y.; one son, Randolph Davis of Anniston; three sisters, Flora Ware, Ethel Kates and Maebell Streeter of Rochester, N.Y.; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews of Rochester, N.Y., and Alabama.

Sims Funeral Service will direct the service.

CHARLES ANDREWS

ANNISTON — Charles Andrews, 59, died Dec. 20 at Regional Medical Center.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Anniston Funeral Service.

HEFLIN — Nathaniel Brown, 36, died Dec. 20 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Anniston Funeral Service.

GLORIA FAY CAMPBELL HANSHUE

LINCOLN — Funeral service for Gloria Fay Campbell Hanshue, 40, will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Preston Moore officiating. Burial will be in Shallow Lawn Cemetery in Lawrenceville, Ga.

Mrs. Hanshue died Dec. 17 at Baptist Medical Center Princeton. She was a native of Gwinnett County, Ga., and had lived in Calhoun and Talladega counties for the past 17 years. She was a Baptist by faith and was preceded in death by her father, James Clark, and three brothers.

She is survived by her husband, David S. Hanshue of Lincoln; one daughter, Misty Campbell of Pensacola, Fla.; one son, Jerrod Campbell of Lincoln; her mother, Mary Clark of Duluth, Ga.; one sister, Judy Ann Stewart of Eastaboga; six brothers, Jimmy Ray Clark of Buford, Ga., Tommy Lee Clark of Talladega, Bobby Anthony Clark, Stephen Douglas Clark, Billy Joe Clark and Timothy Edward Clark of Lincoln; one aunt and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Robert Reeves, Frank Reeves, Josh Alward, Josh Stewart, Jeremiah Spircus and Trent Clark.

Chapel Hill Funeral Home will direct the service.

ROSIE LEE HOLLEY KNIGHT

GOODWATER — Funeral service for Rosie Lee Holley Knight, 64, will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Great Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Charles Woods officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Memorial Gardens in Goodwater.

Mrs. Knight died Dec. 19. She was born April 25, 1938, in Tallapoosa County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodson Holley and Essie Russell Holley.

She is survived by five daughters, Mary Hayes of Chattanooga, Tenn., Linda Hudson of Hueytown, Barbara Knight of Goodwater, Catherine Mathews of Alexander City and Minister Rosie Walker of Charlotte, N.C.; sisters, Willie Mae Harrell, Annie J. Kendricks, Leora Graham, Gracie Cunningham and Jessie Smith of Alexander City, Joann Smith of Kellyton, Kathy Thomas of Goodwater and Essie Leonard; brothers, Edmond Holley, W.C. Holley, H.C. Holley, William L. Holley, Burl Holley of Alexander City and Jurden Holley of Florida; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives.

Armour's Memorial Funeral Home will direct the service.

JAMES LAWRENCE LAMBERTH

ASHLAND — Funeral service for James Lawrence (Jimmy) Lamberth, 57, will be Saturday at noon at Fairview Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Warren Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Hilltop Family Cemetery.

Mr. Lamberth died Dec. 19 at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of Clay County, was a self-employed logger and attended Fairview Pentecostal Holiness Church.

He is survived by his wife, Eloise Lamberth of Ashland; two sons, Joel Lamberth and Greg Lamberth of Ashland; his mother, Helen Glenn of Lineville; one sister, Jo Ann Rice of Barfield; one brother, Butch Lamberth of Tifton, Ga.; and eight grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home until one hour before the service.

The body may be viewed at the church for one hour.

Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland will direct the service.

ETHEL G. PARNELL

MUNFORD — Funeral service for Ethel G. Parnell, 87, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Munford Church of Christ with Jeff Clark officiating. Burial will be in Munford Cemetery.

Mrs. Parnell died Dec. 19 at Talladega Health Care. She was a native and lifelong resident of Munford and was a homemaker. She was a member of Munford Church of Christ for more than 60 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence D. Parnell; one daughter, Francis Parnell; two sisters, Bertha Powell and Irene Bussey; five brothers, Fred Fuller, Arthur Fuller, Lewis Fuller, Ernest Fuller and Dewey Fuller.

She is survived by two daughters, Melba Ware of Jay, Fla., and Stella Parker of Arcadia, Fla.; one son, Kenneth Parnell Sr. of Munford; one sister, Icy Watts of Talladega; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at the church.

Midway Memory Gardens Funeral Home will direct the service.
