Robert Sharp officiating. Burial will follow in Rolling Hills Cemetery. Mr. Gibson was a native of Lincoln County, a postal carrier, a veteran of the Air Force and a member of the Christian Fellowship Church. Survivors include his father Walter B. Gibson, Sr., wife Karen Burns Gibson, daughters Cassie Gibson, Carrie Gibson all of Fayetteville, TN, stepdaughter Tonia Rys of Cartersville, GA, son Chadd Gibson of Fayetteville, TN, sisters Judy Bates, Marcia Duckett, Janet Wingo all of Fayetteville, TN, brothers Don Gibson, Terry Gibson, Mark Gibson all of Fayetteville, TN, grandchildren Morgan Long, Cody Long and Nicholas Gibson. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the Gallant Funeral Home.

Mrs. Elizabeth Towry Haney

Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Towry Haney, age 92, who died Monday, June 10, 2002 at Lincoln Care Center, will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home with Rev. Wade Towry and Rev. Maxcell Brock officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery. Mrs. Haney was a native of Lincoln County, a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include sons Ray Dean Towry of Midlothian, IL, Aaron Towry of Fayetteville, TN, Wade Towry of Flintville, TN and 28 grandchildren.

Mr. Kelvin Douglas Medley

Funeral services for Mr. Kelvin Douglas Medley, age 38, who died Saturday, June 15, 2002 at his residence, will be held Monday, June 17, 2002 in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home with Dr. Joel Carwile and Rev. Lon Ostryzcki officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens. Mr. Medley was a native of Lincoln County, a packer for Frito-Lay and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Survivors include sister Judy Kay Brazier of Shelbyville, TN, brothers James Willard Medley of Fayetteville, TN, Dwight Medley of Kelso, TN, Darel Dave Medley of Huntsville, AL and Michael Lynn Medley of New Market, AL. Visitation will be Monday from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the Gallant Funeral Home.

Mr. Robert Patrick ‘Rab’ Honey

Funeral services for Mr. Robert Patrick ‘Rab’ Honey, age 78, who died Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at Lincoln Skill Care, will be held Thursday, June 20, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Johnson and Bro. Wildon Neeley officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery. Mr. Honey was a native of Lincoln County, a milk salesman, a WWII Army veteran and a member of Harmony Hill Church of God. Survivors include daughters Cathey Locker Richard, Connie Elizabeth Jackson both of Fayetteville, TN, son and daughter-in-law Terry & Teresa Honey of Fayetteville, TN, sisters Mildred Smartt, Allie Davis, Willie Dee Harrison all of Fayetteville, TN, brothers James ‘Boone’ Honey, Lonnie Honey both of Fayetteville, TN, 5 grand daughters and 1 great grandson. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the Gallant Funeral Home.

Mr. Collins Baker Slayton

Mr. Gilbert Winn

Funeral services for Mr. Gilbert Winn, age 74, who died Thursday, October 24, 2002 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center, will be held Saturday, October 26, 2002 in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Flintville Cemetery.

Mr. Winn was a native of Lincoln County, a farmer and a WWII Army veteran.
