Raymond Dildine, 78, of Ravenden Springs, Ark., retired farmer, died Friday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Cox-Waymon Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Ark., with burial in Gravesville cemetery there. He was a World War II Navy veteran. Mr. Dildine, the husband of Aldean Dildine, also leaves local survivors including a daughter, Janie Brosze of Memphis.

Blytheville -- Julia Cox, 85, former manager for Stanley Products, machine operator for Columbia Carbon and Ribbon and employee of E.R. Moore in Osceola, died Tuesday at Great River Medical Center. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Cobb Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood. She was a member the Women's Missionary Association and Sunday school teacher at Beacon Baptist Church. Mrs. Cox, the widow of Grover Cox, leaves a daughter, Joyce Travis Rambo of Blytheville, three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Blytheville -- Brenda Sue Wamble, 57, kitchen supervisor for Mississippi County E.O.C. Headstart Program, died Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Mrs. Wamble, the wife of John Wamble, also leaves two daughters, Angelia Wamble and Paulla Wren, both of Blytheville; a son, Chris Wamble of Harrison; a brother, Everett Ferguson Jr. of Tulsa, Okla., and six grandchildren.
