West Memphis -- Inez Watson Stokes, 60, laboratory technician, died Jan. 22 in West Memphis. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at West Memphis First Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Jerusalem cemetery in Quito, Tenn. Mabone Funeral Home in Somerville, Tenn., has charge. Mrs. Stokes, the wife of James L. Stokes, also leaves a daughter, Regina Lewone Greer of Marion; two sons, Michael Darnell Stokes and Mitchell Stokes, both of West Memphis; two stepdaughters, Viola Harvey of West Memphis and Berda Dean Boyd of Chicago; four stepsons, James Edward Stokes of Boston, and Freddie Bill Stokes, Sherman Stokes and Darrell Darnell Stokes, all of West Memphis; a brother, Johnnie Lee Watson of West Memphis, 25 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Blytheville -- James Kenneth Hedge, 71, retired farmer, died Sunday at his home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cobb Funeral Home with burial in Dogwood cemetery. He was a member of Pathway Church of God. Mr. Hedge, the husband of Dorothy Marie Hedge, also leaves two daughters, Gwen Crocker of Bradenton, Fla., and Kathy Allen of Blytheville; three sisters, Novella Carroll of Leachville, Edna Mae Morton of Blytheville and Gladys Morgan of Plantersville, Miss., two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

West Memphis -- Sarah F. Miller, 66, of Rogers, formerly of West Memphis, retired from Wal-Mart tax department, died Saturday at her home. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Miller, the wife of Carl Miller, also leaves a daughter, Tara Johnson of Cordova, Tenn.; two stepdaughters, Stacey Konecny of Houston and Andra Hines of Bella Vista; a stepson, Carl Miller Jr. of Houston, and four grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Mary's Hospice in Rogers or Barbara K. Lipman School.

Robert Gravette
Robert F. "Bob" Gravette of London, Ky., formerly of West Memphis, died Sunday at Marymount Medical Center in London.
Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. today at London Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at London Chapel with burial in Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, Ky.
Mr. Gravette, 87, a retired sales manager for Flowers/Mrs. Smith's Bakery, was a World War II merchant marine and a Methodist. He leaves his wife, Marge Pruitt Gravette; three daughters, Terri Horner Key of Marion, Anna Horner of Nokesville, Va., and Jennifer Browning of East Bernstadt, Ky.; two sons, Malcolm Gravette of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Danny Horner of Hernando, Miss., and five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Ann Neel
Ann Brunner Neel of Memphis, Tenn., sister of Frank Brunner of Marked Tree, died Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. John's Episcopal Church. Canale Funeral Directors in Memphis has charge of service.
Mrs. Neel, 75, a homemaker, was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church. She also leaves her husband, Robert T. Neel, three sons and seven grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be sent to Emmanuel Episcopal Center, Madonna Learning Center or a charity of the donor's choice.

Mae Jeanette Young of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Marked Tree, died Sunday at Baptist Hospital-Memphis.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel in Marked Tree with burial following in Marked Tree cemetery.
Mrs. Young, 79, a sales clerk for C.E. Thompson Lumber Co., was a member of Gracewood Baptist Church. She leaves her husband, Shelby M. Young; a daughter, Nanette Stanchak of Harrisburg, Pa.; a son, Mike Layman of Jonesboro; two sisters, Jimmye Brotbeck of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Barbara Ann Whitmire of Hoxie; three brothers, John "Buddy" Barnett of Collierville, Tenn., Bill Barnett of Marked Tree and the Rev. Bobby Joe Barnett of Bradford, R.I., and four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be sent to Charibo Baptist Church in Bradford.

Charles Arthur Justus of Hughes died Tuesday at UAMS Hospital in Little Rock.

Mr. Justus, 62, a farm equipment mechanic, was a member of West Memphis First Assembly of God Church. He leaves his wife, Ann Justus; a daughter, Teresa Ann Justus of Marion; a son, Charles Glenn Justus of Horn Lake, Miss.; a brother, Billy Ray Justus of Marion and four grandchildren.

Mrs. Dorsey, 68, a professional cook, was a member of New Home Missionary Baptist Church in Crawfordsville. She leaves her husband, Anthony Dorsey; 13 daughters, Dora Clement, Kay Detellem, Roberta Moore, Rosetta Dorsey and Mary Ann Dorsey, all of Rockford, Ill., Betty Love of Edmond, Okla., Ruthie Dunlop of Maywood, Ill., Linda Dorsey of Elgin, Ill., Shirley Wilson of Chicago, Ill., and Jeanette Dorsey, Dorothy Childs, Naquincia Burnett and Shacolby Sanders, all of Earle; six sons, A.D. Dorsey of New Orleans, La., Albert Lee Dorsey and Mitchell Dorsey, both of Earle, Andrew Dorsey of Russellville, Johnny Dorsey of Rockford and Gregory Fowler of Parkin; two sisters, Dora Anderson of St. Louis, Mo., and Lucille Hollis of East St. Louis, Mo.; three brothers, Curtis Burnett of Little Rock, Charles Burnett of Alabama and Charlie Burnett of Earle, and 69 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and 46 great-great-grandchildren.

Lucille Kendall
Lucille Kendall of West Memphis died Saturday at Beverly Health Care.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in West Memphis. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with burial in Paradise Gardens cemetery. Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home has charge of services.
Mrs. Kendall, 93, was a homemaker. She had two nieces who cared for her, Ida Mae Thomas and Marlene Thomas, both of West Memphis.

Hubert Moore
Hubert Jenkins Moore of Crawfordsville died March 10 at Crittenden Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at New Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church in Crawfordsville. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Whole Truth Gospel Church of Faith in Earle with burial following in Walnut Grove cemetery in Clarkedale. W.H. Johnson Funeral Home in Earle has charge of services.
Mr. Moore, 96, a retired farmer, was a member of New Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the deacon board and sang in the choir and was a member of Eugene Lodge # 279 in Crawfordsville and the Absonwynn Brotherhood. He leaves two daughters, Mae Dorise Nesbitt and Azella Nesbitt, both of Detroit, Mich.; three sons, the Rev. Willie C. Moore and Douglas Moore, both of Earle, and Johnny B. Moore of Crawfordsville, and 64 grandchildren, 132 great-grandchildren and 100 great-great-grandchildren.

Pearlie Mae Peals of West Memphis died March 12 at Crittenden Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Peals, 53, leaves three daughters, LaDonna Peals, Cynthia Peals and Sonya Reed, all of West Memphis; two sisters, Chelsie Mae Wilson and Minnie Peals, both of West Memphis; five brothers, Curtis Peals and Tommie Peals, both of Naples, Fla., Charlie Peals and Rickey Peals, both of West Memphis, and Maurice Peals of St. Paul, Minn., and nine grandchildren.
