Donald Ray White, 61, of Dardanelle, AR, was called home to be with our Lord & Savior, Friday, October 30, 2015 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. He was born June 6, 1954 in Russellville, AR to Bobby Joe White & Faye Elizabeth Pless White. He is preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Timothy Wells and a sister, Sandy Jones. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Barbara White of Dardanelle; daughter, April White of Belleville; sister, Myra Price of Pottsville and several other relatives and friends. Donny was employed with Crane Nuclear Inc. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family and loved his dogs. The family is honoring Donny’s wishes, with cremation & not having a service or visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Edward Earl Randall Jr., 79, of Dover went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at his residence with his wife of 58 years, Camille (Beverley), by his side. He was born June 7, 1936, in Port Arthur, Texas, to Edward Earl and Thelma Brebelle Randall. He proudly served our country as a member of United States Navy and was also the owner and operator of Eds Flags & Stuff in Dover. He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, John A Brace Sr., and sister, Ruby Tankersley of Russellville. Survivors include his wife, Beverley Randall of Dover; granddaughter, Amy Jones and husband, Jeremy of Tennessee; five brothers and four sisters-in-law, John Brace Jr. and wife, Judy of Jacksonville, Fla., Robert Randall and wife, Shelda of Vidor, Texas, Arthur Randall of Hemphill, Texas, Timothy Randall and wife, Sabrina of Fannett, Texas, Mark Randall and wife, Misty of Fannett; five sisters and three brothers-in-law, Kathy Bartlett and husband, Dave of Slidell, La., Anna Adkins of Slidell, Marion Prince and husband, Larry of Port Arthur, Texas, Linda Morris and husband, Zim of Port Neches, Texas, Patti Linder and husband, Joey of Port Neches; other family members, Joanie Jones and Aline Jones, both of New Orleans; numerous nieces and nephews and many other cherished friends. There will be a memorial service for close friends announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project.

Larry Gene Whitbey, 45, of Atkins departed this life Monday, November 9, 2015 at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Russellville, AR. Larry was a loving son, husband, father, and grandfather. He was born February 19, 1970 in Portland, OR to Larry Don Whitbey and Carol Dean (Branscum). He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Clifford Whitbey; mother, Carol (Branscum); a sister, Debra Moore; a step-brother, Jerry Don Moore. Survivors include his wife, Christian (Eakin-McSwain) Whitbey; father and step-mother, Larry Don and Francis Whitbey; grandmother, Opal Whitbey; 2 step-brothers, Johnny and Jimmy Moore; son and daughter-in-law, Blake and Angel Whitbey; 2 grandaughters, Basia and Blaze Whitbey; and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends and family. William Cullen "LOVER BOY" Chandler, 91 of Russellville, Arkansas died December 1, 2015 at his home. The son of Mr. William Chandler and Mrs. Mollie (Wilson) Chandler, he was born on January 12, 1925 in Russellville. Mr. Chandler was a member of New Prospect M.B.C. He is preceded in death by his parents and many close family members and friends. He was known as a care giver and not a taker. He lived a good life without regrets. He left us knowing that he leaves behind an expression that is imprinted in the hearts and minds of all who really knew him; as "LOVER BOY". Visitation will be Friday, December 4, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, 2015 at Broussard Funeral Home Chapel in Russellville. Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 2pm at New Prospect M.B.C. with Reverend A. Lee Tyus officiating and Reverend John Dale Holland giving the Eulogy. Burial will be in Reed cemetery under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home.

Willard Cecil Jackson, 66, Russellville, passed away at his home, Friday, December 10, 2015. He was born June 28, 1949, in Russellville, AR, to James Willard Jackson and Aretha James Jackson. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, James Roy Jackson, sister, Priscilla Williams, brother J.C. Jackson & sister Shirley Givan. He is survived by three sons, James Jackson, Fresno, CA, Cecil Jackson, Jr, Fresno, CA, Christopher Jackson, Merced, CA; two brothers, Elvin King Jackson & Yvonne, Raymond Jackson & Peggy; two sisters, Mamie Franklin & Thomas, Mary Etta Daniels; many special grandchildren and other close family members and friends. Robert William Mikel, 71, of Russellville departed this life Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, at his home. He was born July 3, 1943, in Illinois to Virian and Dorethea Cass Mikel. He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Derrick Watson; and one brother John Virian. Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Marsha Todd Mikel; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff Taylor, Chris and Tammy Taylor, Derek and Jean Taylor; two sisters, Cheri Jonas and Debora Whitehead; nine grandchildren, Allen Taylor, Ethen Taylor, Brandon Taylor, Tiffany Littrell, Todd Taylor, Russell Taylor, Kyle Keeling, Mandy Keeling and David Heffernan; and six great-grandchildren. Violet Harris Savage departed this life January 29 at River Valley Hospice House in Russellville. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Savage, parents Ruby and Eugene Harris and two grandsons John Samuel Keeling and Corey Savage. She is survived by one son and three daughters Jan Molder (Kevin) of Bryant, Cathi Savage of Belleville, Patti Savage Taylor of Springdale, and Keith Savage of Belleville; seven grandchildren Carson Molder, Christopher Savage, Kelly Savage, K C Savage, and Keri Savage Ramirez (Osmin) and 24 great-grandchildren. She is also, survived by three sisters Betty LaGrone and Joyce Davidson of Dover and Sue LaRue of Bentonville and a number of nieces and nephews. Private graveside services conducted by the family will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in North New Hope cemetery north of Dover. All arrangements are under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home.

Teresa Denise Mitchell, 55, of Gravelly, Arkansas, departed this life Sunday, February 1, 2015. She was born May 4, 1959 to Oscar and Tressie Millard Chronister in little Rock. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Timothy Mitchell; two brothers, Woody and David Jones. Survivors include one son, Adam Mitchell and wife Kourtney; two daughters, Sarah Spears and husband Dwayne, and Darla Houston; two brothers, Bobby and Don Wilson; three sisters, Beulah Rustad, Laura Shreckise and Peggy Farmer; five grandchildren, Summer Mitchell, August and Lane Spears, Jazmine and Hanna Houston; and several nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church in Danville, Arkansas officiated by Bro. Duncan. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m., prior to service time. Burial will follow at Parks cemetery in Nola, Arkansas under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home of Russellville.

She was born January 3, 1932 in Dardanelle to Jake Roy Jones and Edle Ola Stepps. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband J.T. Freeman, a great-grandchild, Jayce Fox and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her husband, Fred Curless; four daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Gene McCurrie of Russellville, Betty and Jimmy Cowan of Dover, Shirley and Arley Hurst of Russellville, Teresa and Lenny Holbrook of Moreland; 13 grandchildren and their spouses, Carmon McCurrie, Eugenia McCurrie, Matt McCurrie and wife Clarrissa, Jimmy Cowan JR, Jason Cowan and wife Tracy, Robert Cowan and wife Miranda, Jerry Fox and wife Terry, Eric Fox, Ray Hurst, Crystal Hurst, Michael Holbrook and wife Toni, Johnathan Holbrook, Melissa Kellerhals and husband Michael; 22 great-grandchildren and other family and friends. She was born June 20, 1928 in Pottsville to Frank and Reba Robinson Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Mace Lemoyn Tucker; one son Joel Tucker and a brother Jimmie Wheeler. Louise was a retired LPN and a charter member of the Pottsville Assembly of God. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Jerry Metz of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Karen and Kenneth Vance of Whitefield, Oklahoma; three sisters, Ellen Sue Roberts of Pottsville, Sylvia Carey of Iowa, Jearldean Shinn of Pottsville; six grandchildren, Shawna Wood, Scott Metz, Kimberly Abe, Mitchell Wheeler, Alisa Thomas, Christian Gill; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and a daughter-in-law, Rae Tucker and other family and friends. She was born July 16, 1931 in Springfield, Mass., to Edward and Ruby Sweeny Bilodeau. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Patricia Bilodeau. Survivors include her husband, John Skala; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Rhonda Bolanis, Matthew and Angela Bolanis all of Russellville; one daughter, Michele Turner of Russellville; six grandchildren, Shay, Bailie, Dylan, Dalton, Alex, Braden and other family and friends. A celebration of Eileen's life will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the Broussard Funeral Home Chapel.
