PAULINE MARIE BALL WILLIAMSON
Pauline Marie Ball Williamson, 57, of Sardis went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2006 after battling a long illness.
She was born on Sept. 21, 1948 in San Diego, Calif. She was a 1966 graduate of Sheridan High School, a member of First Baptist Church of Alexander, and member of the TEL Sunday School Class and WMU.
She was preceded in death by her parents Wilburn and Edna Pauline White Ball, grandparents Herbert and Ruth Ball Hawley, son Terry Lee Williamson, daughter Lateasha Dawn Williamson, and father-in-law Roy Lee Williamson.
She leaves behind her husband of 35 years Donald (Arkansas Duck) Williamson; son-in-law and daughter Brian and Tonya Knight; her grandson B.J. Knight, who was her shining light for the past seven years playing trucks and cars with her, her mother-in-law Louise Williamson, all of Sardis, and many friends.
Memorial service were Friday, Jan. 6, at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Jones and Bro. Pat Bisbee officiating.
Honorary pallbearers were Lonzell Walker, Steve Pruitt, Danny Jackson, Tommy Herrin, Larry Ausbrooks, David Styles, and Stan Chester.
Arrangements by Roller-Ballard Funeral Home.
A special thanks to Sissy Cumblidge, Tina Thompson, Becky Holmes, and the staff at Hospice Home Care Inpatient Center in Little Rock and to all of her doctors who have cared for her through the years.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital or the Shiner's Hospital for Crippled Children in Shreveport, La.

BILLIE D. NOONER
Billie D. Nooner, 61, Bryant, passed away Jan. 8, 2006.
Survivors include sons Ricky and Kevin; daughters Billie Nooner and Kelly Naylor; father Ernest Martin; sisters Shirley Arrowood, Barbara Ledbetter, Pam Comerma, and Carol Friend; eight grandchildren.
Services were Wednesday, Jan. 11, at Ashby Funeral Home. Burial at Crestview cemetery.

Infant Katherine Marie Cambridge
April 17, 2012 - April 17, 2012
Infant Katherine Marie Cambridge went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Edward Nixon.
She is survived by her parents Jonathan Patrick Cambridge and Karen Ann Nixon Cambridge, her twin brother Alexander Patrick Cambridge, grandmothers, Margarette Nixon, Deborah Cambridge, and a host of other family and friends.
Private graveside services for family will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Stanfill cemetery.
Arrangements by Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home (501) 982-2136.

STEVEN LINDSEY SMITH
Steven Lindsey Smith, 24, of Mabelvale, passed away Jan. 3, 2006.
He was born Feb. 7, 1981 to Cathy Denice Kirtley in Little Rock.
Survivors include mother Cathy Kirtley and step-father Burl of Mabelvale, step-brothers Chris Kirtley of Sherwood and Brett Kirtley of Roland, step-sister Amanda Kirtley of Roland, and grandparents Otto and Jennie Doan of Little Rock, uncles Walter and wife Pat Red of Mabelvale, Floyd and wife Dawna Doan of Mabelvale and aunt Connie Knight of Sardis.
Chapel services by Ashby Funeral Home were Monday, Jan. 9, with Rev. Melvin Clifford officiating. Burial at Olive Hill cemetery.

FRANCES LOUISE MORRISON
Frances Louise Morrison, 65, Alexander died Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006 in Little Rock.
She was born Dec. 11, 1935 in Saline County to the late Carey and Lexie Jenkins. She was employed at Baptist Medical Center for 20 years as a registered nurse who cared for teenagers with psychological and emotional problems.
She was preceded in death by two brothers W.C. Jenkins and Butch Jenkins.
Survivors are her sons Paul Eric Morrison, Owen Clay Morrison, and Rick Clowers, all of Alexander; brother Bob Jenkins of Texas; sisters Della Gould of Alexander, DeEtta Buckelew of Benton; grandchildren Jason Morrison and Michael Morrison of Rogers; Amber Morrison and Leah Morrison of Alexander; and two great-grandchildren.
"Frances will be remembered as a person that brought out the positive in everyone. She was a person with a fun loving spirit and a deep and abiding faith, and tremendous strength when it came to helping others. She touched the life of each person she met and will be greatly missed."
Services were Monday, Jan. 9, at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Lee cemetery with Bro. Bob Burchfield officiating.

DEWELL VERNON RICKARD
Dewell Vernon Rickard, 72, of Benton went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2006.
He was born Feb. 10, 1933 to Dayton Samuel and Nora Jones Rickard in Paron. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He was employed by Lewis Lumber Company during his early twenties. He started a career as a self-employed carpenter for many years and built numerous homes in Saline County. He also worked as a maintenance supervisor for the Arkansas Human Development Center in Alexander and later for Huckaby's Foods in Haskell. He coached a women's softball team during the 1970's and '80's and also owned and trained thoroughbreds. He led a very active life. After retiring from carpentry, construction and refrigeration, he opened his backhoe and dozer business.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife of 42 years Rose Marie Green Rickard, two brothers Ellis and Cleo Rickard; one granddaughter Amber Lee Burks and one great-granddaughter.
He is survived by his wife Judy Jones Rickard, his sons Revy Rickard and wife Phyllis of Paron and Randy Rickard and wife Debra of Sardis; daughter Regina Burks and husband Kenneth of Haskell; six grandchildren Crystal Dandurand of Benton, Jonathan Rickard of Sardis, Jessica Burks of Haskell, Cody, Caleb and Corey Rickard of Sardis; six great-grandchildren; three sisters Pansey Blaylock of Paron, Vida Green of Benton and Verna Lee Hester of Paron; two brothers Leo Rickard of Plainview and Danny Rickard of Paron, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 7, at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park. Bro. Ben Palmer officiating.

SHAWN CORLEY
Shawn Duane Corley, 35, of Benton, passed away Jan. 3, 2006.
He was born July 8, 1970 to Richard Corley and Linda Reynolds Dame in Little Rock. He was a member of the Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by half brother Richard Corley, Jr., and grandparents William "Bill" and Loveda Corley.
Survivors are parents Richard and Joyce Corley and Linda and Bill Dame, all of Benton, son Dayton William Corley of Crossett, step brothers Stephen Dame of Dallas, Texas, Larry Hancock of Kansas, Stephen Hancock of Kansas, sister Gail Snell of Benton, half sisters Lisa Stell of Hot Springs, Kay Henderson of Benton and Michelle Goins of Alexander, grandparents Mr. and Mrs. W.F. "Pete" and Lula Marie Reynolds of Bauxite and numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend Mark Elrod of Tennessee
Memorial services were Monday, Jan 9, at Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Rick Grant and Bro. Paul Lee officiating. Arrangements by Ashby Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Matt Johnson Family Life Center Memorial fund at Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church.

John David Eagle
John David Eagle, 80, of Norman, Okla., formerly of Sheridan, died on Jan. 1, 2006 in Norman.
He was born on Nov. 3, 1925 at Lonoke, to the late Zelmon and Ollie (Bridges) Eagle. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Billie D. Eagle and one son Harry Eagle.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and a retired asbestos worker. He was a member of the Palestine Missionary Baptist Church and Little Rock Local #10.
Survivors include five sons John David Eagle, Jr. and wife Billie of Alexander, Larry Eagle and wife Dorothy of Little Rock, Gary Eagle and wife Debby of Prairie Grove, Phillip Eagle and wife Kitty of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Steven Eagle and wife Chong of Honolulu, Hawaii, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Thursday, Jan. 5, in the Palestine Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Clyde Chenault officiating. Burial followed in the Palestine-Jones cemetery in Grant County. Arrangements by Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton.

TEDDY WAYNE RADFORD
Teddy Wayne Radford, 53, of Benton, went to be with his Lord on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006.
He was born Jan. 13, 1952, in Little Rock, a son of Francis Bewley Radford and the late Percy L. Radford. He was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Bryant and was a cemetery grounds keeper.
He was preceded in death by his sister Laurie L. Radford.
He is survived by his mother Francis Radford, a brother Johnney Radford, both of Benton, and a host of other family and friends.
A graveside service was Saturday, Jan. 7, at Pinecrest Memorial Park with Dr. Kevin Stewart officiating.

Bo G. Sparks

June 26, 1936 - June 8, 2013
Bo G. Sparks, age 76, of Jacksonville died peacefully on June 8, 2013. Born in Hot Springs, he was the son of the late Darice (Sparky) and Frances Jennings Sparks. Bo spent 32 years with Riverside Motors before he retired in 2003. He loved to negotiate and spent his career making lifelong customers and friends in automotive sales.
Bo graduated from Central High School in 1954 and attended college at LRU, now UALR. He was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church and served with the Air National Guard from 1954 to 1960.
He was preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Mary Jo Gerhart Sparks. He is survived by his son, Jeff Sparks and his wife Robin, and daughter Holly Wills and her husband Deri; grandchildren Abby, Judd, Meredith, Jennings, John Kolbe, and Blaise Sparks and Darby Wills; his sisters Carolyn Jones, Dorrine Rushing, and Sandra Smith (Doug); and a host of relatives and many, many friends.
Prior to the rosary service, friends are invited to the parish hall from 5 - 7p.m. for refreshments and celebration of Bo's life with stories, memories and laughter.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2013 at St. Jude The Apostle Catholic Church. The interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
He leaves a legacy of humor and love to his family and those who knew him. The family suggests memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Arkansas at www.alzark.org
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home.
