Services for Myrtle Calhoun Cheatham, 83, of Hot Springs, who died Friday, Jan. 30, 1998, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Cottrell Chapel CME with the Rev. M.N. Lightner officiating.
Burial will be in Friendship cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Cottrell Chapel CME.
The family will be at 118 Mellersh.
Arrangements are by Page's Mortuary.

Billy G. Davis
Billy Gray Davis, 54, of Hot Springs died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, at a local hospital.
Born Feb. 22, 1943, at Shreveport, La., to Claude Runyan and Martha Jane Gray Davis, he was a car buyer and member of Second Baptist Church of Malvern. He was predeceased by a sister, Martha Jane Phifer.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie Navarre Davis of Hot Springs; a son, Billy Gray Davis II of Sheridan; two daughters, Karmel Gwin Cunningham of Annapolis, Md., and Cheryl Payne of Benton; his father, Runyan Davis of Malvern; and a brother, Claud Allen Davis of Malvern.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Atkinson Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Edgar N. Sutton officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Jones, Doug Shockey, Guy Roark, Lewis Cper, Bruce Fickle, Dale Coleman, Larry Johnson and Phil Threet.
Honorary pallbearers are Ralph Ralstin, Johnny Duke and J.O. Ross.
Burial will be in Lono cemetery.

Betty Hardage
BLACK SPRINGS - Services for Betty Hardage, 59, of Black Springs, who died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, will be 1 p.m. today at Cox-Head cemetery at Sulphur Springs with the Rev. Marvin Black officiating.
Arrangements are by Davis-Smith Funeral Home of Glenwd.

Antoinette O'Malley
Mass of Christian Burial for Antoinette "Tonie" O'Malley, 78, of Hot Springs, who died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. today at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Monsignor Leo Riedmueller as celebrant.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Elsie Pierce
GLENWD - Elsie Pierce, 68, of Glenwd died Thursday, Feb. 5, 1998, in a Hot Springs hospital.
She was born Nov. 21, 1929, in Yaz City, Miss., to Guybal and Catherine McGathy Glenn Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Troy O. Pierce of Glenwd; two sons, Troy E. Pierce of Naples, Fla., and Bobby Harold Pierce of Dallas; four daughters, Elizabeth Laster and Jeanette Luker, both of Glenwd, Shirley Helms of Louise, Miss., and Merrie Sue Homan of Lodi; five brothers, James Glenn of Selma and Billy Glenn, Guybal Glenn Jr., John Glenn and Buddy Glenn, all of Houston; one sister, Inez Glenn of Houston; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Lodi cemetery with Brother Greg Cowart officiating.
Arrangements are by Davis-Smith Funeral Home.

Wilma E. Potochan
HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE - Wilma E. Potochan of Hot Springs Village died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998.
Born in Pittsburg, Kan., she was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sisters and a brother-in-law, Fran Genat of Hot Springs Village and Mildred and David Navarre of Huron, Ohio; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Honorary pallbearers are Jerome and Sharon Stein and Dr. Gregory Stein.
No services will be held.
The body was cremated and will be sent to Kansas.
Memorials may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
Arrangements are by Caruth Village Funeral Home.

Edna Staley
BRIDGE CITY, Texas - Edna Staley, 88, of Bridge City, Texas, formerly of Hot Springs, died Friday, Jan. 9, 1998.
Born Oct. 19, 1909, at Union, Okla., to Herman and Martha Nolte Lindemann, she was a homemaker, member of First Lutheran Church of Hot Springs and worked with Lutheran Braille. She was predeceased by one brother and four sisters.
Survivors include a son, Carl Staley of Bridge City; two grandchildren, Cody Johnston and Kyle Johnston; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church with Pastor R. Jacobs officiating.
Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park.
Arrangements are by Dorman Funeral Home.

George T. Sugimoto
George T. Sugimoto, 69, of Hot Springs died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, in a local hospital.
Born Feb. 2, 1929, in Galt, Calif., he was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran, poultry technician subcontractor for Hubbard ISA and member of American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Sadako Sugimoto of Hot Springs; and a sister and brother-in-law, Yaeko and Sam Sakai of Sacramento, Calif.
Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday.
There will be no services.
Arrangements are by Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

Bobby G. Taylor
MALVERN - Bobby Glenn Taylor, 68, of Malvern died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, at a Saline County hospital.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran and mechanic retired from Willamette Industries.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Lea Taylor; a stepmother, Pat Taylor; three sisters, Fatie Watson, Dana Thompson and Leta Jo Sweeney; a brother, Billy Gene Taylor; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Patricia Lynn and Euel Morris of Hot Springs, Paula Kay and Danny Crossno of Butterfield and Glenda Lea Thresher and Linda Taylor, both of Malvern; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m Saturday at Cypress cemetery with the Rev. Don Nordin officiating.
Pallbearers will be Glenn Paine, Reggie Harrod, Christopher Nelson, Danny Crossno, Gary Simmons and Danny Simmons.
Honorary pallbearers are the co-workers of Willamette Industries.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today.
Arrangements are by Atkinson Funeral Home.

Henry M. Cain
Henry M. Cain, 100, of Hot Springs died Wednesday, July 1, 1998, in a local nursing home.
Arrangements will be announced by Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

Martha Dean
DOVER - Martha Dean, 69, of Dover died Wednesday, July 1, 1998, in a Russellville hospital.
Born Dec. 5, 1928, in Georgia, she was Baptist. She was predeceased by her parents, Earl and Sara Ponder Stork.
Survivors include her husband, Carmel Dean of Dover; three sons, Carmel David Dean Jr. and Anthony Ray Dean, both of Pearcy, and Rickey Farrell Dean of Hot Springs; a daughter, Sandra Hamilton of Dover; three brothers, James F. Stork of Inglewd, Colo., Junior Stork of Georgia and Donald Stork of Las Vegas; a sister, Inez Garrenn of Las Vegas; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Social Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Don Kemp officiating.
Pallbearers will be Waco Mayberry, Donald Turner, Jeff Wadley, Jacob Moss, Frank Davis and Charlie Williams.
Burial will be in Peak cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
Arrangements are by Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

William A. Dye
William Alberta Dye, 86, of Hot Springs died Wednesday, July 1, 1998, in a local nursing home.
Born Sept. 20, 1911, he was a U.S. Army veteran, retired from the U.S. Postal Service and member of National Association of Retired Persons, American Legion and St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Gibson Dye of Hot Springs; and five daughters, Carmelita Bryant and Lorita Shelton, both of Detroit, Peggy Dye of New York, Hazel McRae of California and June McRae of Phoenix.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Brandon's Mortuary chapel.
The body was cremated.
Burial will be in National cemetery.

Bobby Graves
NORMAN - Bobby Graves, 77, of Norman died Wednesday, July 1, 1998.
Born Dec. 19, 1920, to Thomas Joseph Cper and Harriet Elizabeth Sells Graves, he was a forestry technician retired from the Caddo District of the U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Army World War II veteran and member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Florine Petty Graves; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry Don and Milly Graves of Huntsville, Texas, and Ronny Joe and Nancy Graves of Killeen, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Shauna Ann and Ron Willis of St. Peters, Mo., and Gayla Beth and Blake McKinney of Arkadelphia; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Edna Whisenhunt of Hot Springs; and one brother, Edmond Graves of Norman.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church with the Revs. James Hughes and Blake McKinney officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Gilead cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or Mount Gilead cemetery Fund.
Arrangements are by Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwd.
