Travis Lewis Jr., 70, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003, at his home.
Mr. Lewis was born April 24, 1933, in Lewisville, Ark. He was a retired construction worker.
Survivors include two daughters, Sheila Lewis and Cheryl Lewis of Los Angeles; two brothers, Louis Lewis of Fort Coffee, Okla., and Thomas W. Lewis of Texarkana; and two sisters, Dimple Patterson and Thelma Lewis of Los Angeles.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Richardson Hill Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Londell Williams officiating. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
CARSON GREEN
HOPE, Ark. - Carson Green, 90, of Hope died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, in a local hospital.
Mr. Green was born Nov. 7, 1913, in Hope. He was retired from the city of Hope and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Wilson; and one daughter, Louvenia Raglon.
Survivors include three children, Carson Green Jr. and Louise Palmer of Hope and Walter Lee Green of Albuquerque, N.M.; one sister, Mattie Price of Los Angeles; one son - in - law, Henry Raglon of Hope; 21 grandchildren; 42 great - grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at New Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Eugene Toney officiating. Burial will be in Giles Cemetery
under direction of Hicks Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
CHARLIE RODRIGUEZ
DE QUEEN, Ark. - Charles Lagunas Rodriguez, 18, of De Queen died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
Mr. Rodriguez was born Aug. 23, 1985, in Totoletepec, Guerrero, Mexico. He was employed with Tyson Foods, Broken Bow, Okla., and was a member of St. Barbara's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his parents, Emilio Lagunas and Juana Rodriguez of Totoletepec; four brothers, Omar Lagunas of De Queen and Chaly Lagunas, Yovani Lagunas and Ricardo Lagunas of Totoletepec; three sisters, Clara Lagunas, Tania Lagunas and Mayra Lagunas of Mexico; and his grandparents, Filimon Lagunas, Donaciana Flores, Fidel Rodriguez and Maria Magdalena Gouzaga of Mexico.
Services will be 10 a.m. today at St. Barbara'a Catholic Church with John Kerr officiating. Burial will be in Totoletepec Cemetery, Totoletepec, under direction of Chandler Funeral Home.

CEDAR LAKE, Ind. - Cathy J. Stoltenberg, 51, of Cedar Lake died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at her home.
Mrs. Stoltenberg was born June 25, 1952, in Texarkana, Ark. She was employed with Lake County Parks.
Survivors include her husband, John Stoltenberg of Cedar Lake; her mother, Catherine Powell of Texarkana; one sister and brother - in - law, Andrea and Charlie Meadows; her mother - in - law, Mary Lou Stoltenberg of Cedar Lake; one sister - in - law and brother - in - law, Kandi and Bob Pigg of Cedar Lake; and one brother - in - law and sister - in - law, Ken and Lynda Stoltenberg of Cedar Lake.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. today at Hope Lutheran Church with Paul Gramit officiating. Cremation will be in the N.W. Indiana Cremation Service, Crown Point, Ind., under direction of Eller Brady Funeral Home.

Edna L. Holmes, 85, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003, in a local hospital.

PEGGY MORRIS
HOPE, Ark. - Peggy C. Morris, 89, of Hope died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2003, in a Nashville, Ark., hospital.
Mrs. Morris was born May 5, 1914, in Hempstead County, Ark. She was a homemaker and a Pentecostal. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Morris.
Survivors include one son, Mike Morris of Hope; three grandchildren and one grandson - in - law, Shannon and Alan Rose of Hope, Matt Morris of Calpine, Calif., and Chad Morris of Reno, Nev.; and five great - grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Rose Hill Cemetery
with the Rev. Earl Cumbie officiating. Burial will be under direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home.

Charles B. Pree, 62, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, Nov. 14, 2003, in a local hospital.
Mr. Pree was born May 3, 1941, in Lewisville, Ark. He was a retired schoolteacher, retired from Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. and a member of St. James Baptist Church and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
Survivors include his wife, Deloris Pree of Texarkana; five sons, Rodney Dixon of Texarkana, the Rev. Gregory Hunter of Alameda, Calif., Clifton Foster of Arizona and Mike Burnett and Tony Burnett of Grand Rapids, Mich.; four daughters, Tajah Williams of Oakland, Calif., Teresa Carthron of Lawrenceville, Ga., Sandra Wilson of Texarkana and Carolyn Russell of Grand Rapids; five brothers, John Pree Sr. of Lewisville, C.J. Pree of Oakland, Clarence Pree of Los Angeles and Willis Pree and Johnny Pree of Texarkana; four sisters, Maggie Ross of Los Angeles, Elouise Wilbor and Mary Watson of Texarkana and Margaret Robinson of San Diego; 25 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

LITTLE ROCK - Jan Elizabeth Hamilton Houston, 57, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003.
Mrs. Hamilton was born Sept. 3, 1946, in Little Rock.

Houston Jr. of Texarkana; her mother, Nell Hamilton of North Little Rock, Ark.; her father - in - law and mother - in - law, Curtis A. and Betty Houston of North Little Rock; one sister - in - law and one brother - in - law, Fay and Garland Bright of Texarkana; one cousin and cousin - in - law, Tommy and Reva Hopkins of Jacksonville, Ark.; one nephew; and four nieces.

Pamela Mullins, 45, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Mullins was born Feb. 2, 1958, in Texarkana. She was a homemaker and a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by one son, Travis "Jaws" Mullins.
Survivors include her husband, Merle T. STAMPS, Ark. - Ola Lee Johnson, 94, of Lewisville, Ark., died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003, at her home.
Mrs. Johnson was born July 3, 1909, in Mount Holly, Ark. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church, where she was a deaconess, mission sister and senior choir member.
Survivors include six sons, Bernel Johnson, J.B. Johnson, Raymond Johnson and Howard Johnson of Flint, Mich., Robert Johnson of Houston and Roosevelt Johnson of Lewisville; five daughters, Bernice Hunley and Emma J. Johnson of Flint, Mattie L. Guillory and Ola J. Harris of Houston and Juanita Meadows of Denver; two sisters, Ruth Williams of Denver and Gladys Brewster of Muskegon, Mich.; two brothers, Archie Utsey of Denver and Quentin Utsey of Elyria, Ohio; 37 grandchildren; 33 great - grandchildren; and five great - great - grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Howard Johnson and Imond Washington officiating. Burial will be in Old Town Cemetery, Lewisville.
