Rex Henry Casey, Sr. 1929 - 2002
Rex Henry Casey, Sr. of Salesville, Arkansas was born on June 9, 1929 at Black Oak, Arkansas to Worley and Berdie Hudson Casey. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator with Granite Rock Quarry # 23. He lived in Arkansas from 1929 - 1944 and returned in 1987 From California. He married Yvonne Rousseau on January 23, 1987 at Reno Nevada. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Norfork. He passed away on May 30, 2002 at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 72 years, 11 months, and 21 days.
Survivors: Wife - Yvonne Casey of Salesville,4 Sons - Rex Casey Jr. (Teri) of Madeja, CA., Jeffery Casey (Bonnie) of Guthrie, Ok, Rick Casey of Watsonville, CA and Jerry Casey of Glenco, WY., 4 Daughters - Billie Jean Anderson of Calico Rock, Ar., Karen Brewer, Cathy Casey, and Kim Casey, all of Watsonville, CA, 1 Stepson - Danny Snyder and 1 stepdaughter - Diane Snyder, both of Mountain Home. 2 Sisters - Hazel Casey of Watsonville, CA, and Almadean Blacksmith of Memphis, TN. 16 Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren.

Nellie S. Castleman was born December 2, 1911 at Gilead, Nebraska the daughter of Fred Schainost and Lena Bandamer Schainost. She had been a resident of the Mountain Home area since moving from Detroit, Michigan in 1975. She was a former secretary for Austin Construction Company. She died at Baxter Regional Medical Center on March 17, 2002 at the age of 90 years.

Michael David Caviness 1957 - 2003
He was born December 3, 1957 at Harrison, AR to James Boyd and Oweta Youngman Caviness. He married Johnece Dillinger on May 27, 1995. He was a resident of Midway, AR since moving from Kansas City, MO in 1992. He was a self employed artist and craftsman, and was a master woodworker. He was a gardener, and loved flowers and music, and was an excellent gourmet cook. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge at Midway. Michael David Caviness entered into eternal rest on May 26, 2003 at Mountain Home, AR at the age of 45 years, 5 months, and 23 days.
Survivors: He enjoyed being “Gramps” to 7 grandchildren. He is also survived by his wife - Johnece Caviness, 4 daughters - Amber Caviness of Midway, JoAnna Jones of Mountain Home, Connie Mead of Midway, and Karen Warford of Mountain Home; his Mother - Oweta Caviness of Lakeview; 2 sisters - Linda Caviness and Patricia Caviness of Lakeview; a brother - Allan (Karen) Caviness of Aledo, TX; 1 niece and 1 nephew and a host of cousins; 4 Aunts and 2 Uncles.
Visitation: Visitation will be Wednesday, 4:00 until 8:00 PM at Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home.

Kenneth Eugene Chesney Jan 25, 1952 - Nov. 23, 2002
Kenneth Eugene Chesney was born January 25, 1952, in Mineral Wells, Texas to Robert and Alta Crapps Chesney. He married Kathy Lynn Fuller November 12, 1988 in Amarillo, Texas. He graduated from the Twin Lakes Paramedic School in 1985 and worked for the Baxter Regional Medical Center as a paramedic from 1987 until 1992. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and has lived in the Mountain Home Area since 1964, moving here from Mineral Wells, Tx.. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Barbara Clark 1944 - 2002
Funeral Services for Barbara A. Clark of Clarkridge, will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 19, 2002 at the Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Richard Linstad officiating. Barbara Clark died Saturday, November 16, 2002 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was 58.
Barbara was born October 26, 1944 at St. Louis, Mo. to Charles and Mary Jackson Griffy. She married Paul S. Clark on December 7, 1980 at St. Louis. She was retired from Southwestern Bell. Barbara was a United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. She lived in Clarkridge since 1992 moving from St. Louis. Barbara was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, a lifetime member and Past Commander of American Vets and a Boy Scouts leader.
Barbara is survived by her mother, Mary McKinnon of Dittmer, Mo., 3 Brothers, Edward Bowman of Shiloh, Ill., Allen Bowman of Houston, Texas and Bobby Griffy of Dittmer, Mo. and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father and husband, Paul S. Clark.
Visitation will be Monday, November 18, 2002 from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bentley Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home.
Paul Clark 1932 - 2002
Paul Swayne Clark was born August 4, 1932 at Richmond, Indiana the son of Jay Clark and Helen Gwinn Clark. He married Barbara Bowman at St. Louis, Missouri on December 7, 1980 and had resided in the Clarkridge area since moving from St. Louis, Missouri in 1992. He served with the US Army during Vietnam and Korean Wars and was a truck driver.
Survivors: Wife, Barbara Clark; 2 brothers, Vernon Merrick of Richmond, Indiana and John Merrick of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mona Clawson 1914 - 2003
Mona Clawson was born April 11, 1914 at Lafayette, IN to Millard Wright and Blanche Vick. She was married to Dale Clawson. She lived in Lafayette and worked as a Secretary for Alcoa Aluminum Co. for many years until moving to Florida in 1970. She lived in the Bradenton - Sarasota - Siesta Key area until she moved to Bull Shoals, AR in December 2002. Mona Clawson entered into eternal rest on February 20, 2003 at Flippin, AR at the age of 88 years, 10 months and 9 days.

Marion Irene Cleveland was born February 27, 1913 at Grand Forts, North Dakota the daughter of Jack curler and Jo gordon Curler. She married Arthur burton Cleveland on August 6, 1933 and had resided in the Cotter area since moving from West Memphis, Arkansas in 1968. She was a homemaker and member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She died at her residence on July 30, 2002.
