Merlyn DeWitt 1926 - 2002
Merlyn Albert DeWitt was born July 9, 1926 at Denver, Colorado the son of Shelton Isaac DeWitt and Elizabeth Martha Crosby DeWitt. He was retired from Western Union and served with the US Army during World War II. He died at his residence on August 30, 2002 at the age of 76 years.

Eugene Diblik 1927 - 2002
Eugene August Diblik was born April 2, 1927 at Chicago, Illinois the son of Frank Diblik and Tillie Budilovsky Diblik. He married Shirley Ann Peters at Berwyn, Illinois on June 17, 1950 and had resided in the Lakeview area since moving from Berwyn, Illinois in 1990. He served with the US Army during World War II and worked at Sorg Financial Printing Company for 40 years.

Janice Dilts 1936 - 2002
Janice Marguerite Dilts was born December 31, 1936 at Independence, Iowa the daughter of Ralph Zimpher and Frances Morrison Zimpher. She married Homer Fred Dilts at Independence, Iowa on February 13, 1955. Mrs. Dilts entered into eternal rest on February 16, 2002 at Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 65.

Helen Mary DiMeo 1919 - 2003
Helen Mary DiMeo was born February 10, 1919 at Duluth, MN to Charles Henry Schroder and Helen Theresa Blau Schroder. She married Saverio DiMeo on November 1, 1947 at Liverpool, Ohio and she was a homemaker. She was a resident of Clarkridge, AR since moving from Pottsdown, PA in 1971. She was a graduate of Milwaukee Downer College and was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. Helen Mary DiMeo entered into eternal rest on April 13, 2003 at Clarkridge, AR at the age of 84 years, 2 months and 3 days
Survivors: She is survived by 3 brothers, Dr. John Richard Schroder of Janesville, WI, C.R. Robert Schroder of Capac, MI, and W.T. Tom Schroder of Colorado Springs, CO, and 17 nieces and nephews.

Funeral: Funeral Mass for Helen Mary DiMeo, 84, will be Wednesday, 10:00 AM at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Stan Swiderski officiating.

Stephen Dlawich 1909 - 2002
Stephen Zigmund John Dlawich was born April 17, 1909 at Chicago, Illinois the son of Louis Dlawichowski and Lottie Dlawichowski. He married Isabelle Domanski on May 30, 1953 at Camden, Arkansas and had resided in the Mountain Home area since moving from Camden in 1980. He served with the US Navy during World War II and was a former maintenance supervisor for Chicago Parks District for 33 years. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic church and a life member of American Legion Post 3419 and past commander. He died at Baxter Regional Medical Center on July 3, 2002 at the age of 93.
Survivors: 1 brother Marion Dlawich of Chicago, Illinois and a special friend, Garnet Malatesta

Richard Carl Doerr of Mountain Home was born on May 26, 1929 at Pittsburgh, PA. to "Carl and Susie Davey Doerr. He was married to Elizabeth Wright and retired after a career in the US Air Force. He was a WWII Veteran with the Air Force. He moved to Mountain Home in 1997 from Rialto, California. He passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on May 27, 2002 at the age of 73 years and 1 day.
Survivors: 3 Sons - Edward Doerr of Rialto, Calif., Robert Doerr of San Bernardino, Calif. and Richard Doerr of Bend Oregon, 1 Daughter - Debra J. Doerr of San Bernardino, Calif. 1 Grandchild and 1 Great Grandchild. and 1 Sister - Mabel Chapman of Texas.

Emma Electra Dorman was born April 26, 1908 to Richard and Emma Mendenhall McMakin. She married Guy P. Dorman at Bowie, Texas on May 12, 1929 and was a homemaker. She had resided in the Mountain Home area since moving from Yuba City, California in 1991. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church and was a devoted wife and mother who will remain in the hearts of her family forever. Emma Electra Dorman entered into eternal rest on October 20, 2002 at Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 94 years, 5 months and 24 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband a grandson Robby Moncrief, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by:

Melvin Albert Droste was born July 17, 2002 at Waverly, Iowa the son of William Henry Droste and Helen Ottilie Wollenschlager Droste. He married Travis Lee Hoover at Fairbanks, Alaska on May 25, 1965 and had resided in the Lakeview area since moving from Fairbanks in 1981. He served with the US Navy during World War II and was a former computer salesman. He was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church and Hoevel - Barnet VFW Post #1341. He died at Baxter Regional Medical Center on July 17, 2002 at the age of 80.
