He was married to Beverly White in 1987 in St. Louis MO. He has lived in Clarkridge since September 2002 moving from Arnold, MO.He was a retired Inspector for the United States Defense Logistic Agency.He was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist & Reading Room of Mountain Home.

Jacob Sandfor 1910 - 2002
Jacob Sandfor of Lakeview was born on March 21, 1910 at Chicago, Ill to Ingemann and Beathe Espedal Sundfor. He married his wife Josephine on June 22, 1963 at Chicago. He was a truck driver for Olson Trucking Co. He moved to Lakeview in 1979 from Elmwood Park, Ill. and passed away on September 5, 2002 at the age of 92 years, 5 months, and 14 days.

William Joseph Sandridge 1932 - 2002
William Joseph Sandridge of Mountain Home was born May 22, 1932 at Prescott, Arkansas to Lawrence L and Grace Nugent Sandridge. He was an Electrician with the American National Can Co. He moved to Mountain Home April 18, 1990 from Huntington Beach, California and Married Barbara H. Lynch on February 14, 1998 in Clarendon, Arkansas. He passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on May 19, 2002 at the age of 69 years, 11 months, and 27 days.
Survived by: Wife Barbara Sandridge of Mountain Home, 2 Sons - Joseph L. Sandridge (Cindy) of Gamaliel, Ar. and Larry W. Sandridge (Karen) of Midpines, California, 1 Daughter - Debra D. Sandridge of Mt. Bullion, California, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. 1 Brother - F.L. "Sandy" Sandridge (Nadine) of Texarkana, Ar., 4 sisters - Marie Howells of Torrance, California, Georgia Spencer and Bonnie Viereck both of Mountain Home, and Geri Sandridge of California.

Raymond Scaman 1924 - 2003
Raymond Scaman was born July 5, 1924 at Coal City, Illinois the son of George Scaman and Sophie Brandt. He married Hazel J. Olson at Morris, Illinois on May 13, 1949 and resided in Illinois. He had a summer home in Mountain Home for over 30 years. He served with the US Army during World War II and was a machinist for Thermostat Manufacturing Company. He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, pontoon boat and all of the outdoors. He died at Baxter Regional Medical Center on July 20, 2003 at the age of 79.

Hilbur I. Schmidt, 90, of Birmingham, AL. died February 7, 2002 at Brookwood Medical Center. Mrs. Schmidt was born October 10, 1911 in Joliet, IL. to Axel I. and Ellen K. Nilsson Johnson. She did Secretarial work and loved singing, playing the piano, sewing, crafts, and Gardening. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. She moved to Mountain Home in 1977 from Hazelcrest, IL. until 1999, she moved to Alabama.

She was born May 18, 1906 at Nurenburg, Germany to Johann L. and Johanna K. Hartman Farnlucher. She was married to William A. Schutte and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church and a Red Cross Volunteer for many years.

Gloria D. Scott was born July 25, 1922 at Chicago, Illinois the daughter of William Roy Cranmer and Mildred Corey. She married Orley Scott at Chicago, Illinois on January 18, 1945 and had resided in the Mountain Home area since 1995. She was a homemaker and member of Emmanuel Church and USS Alabama Crewman Association. She died on July 21, 2003 at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 80.
