Elizabeth Wisniewski December 26, 1935 - January 21, 2003

Funeral Mass for Betty Wisniewski of Mountain Home will be at 10:00 AM Friday at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend James Fanrak as Celebrant. Mrs. Wisniewski died Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at her residence. She was 67. She was born December 26, 1935 at Rutherglen Scotland, to Robert and Janet O'Roarke Izat. She married James Wisniewski on February 8, 1967 at Triangle, Virginia. She was a nurse and had worked at Holy Cross Hospital. Mrs. Wisniewski had lived in Mountain Home area since moving from Chicago, Illinois in 1996. She was a member of the Wise Club and Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband James of Mountain Home; son Robert Izat (Karen) of Glasgow Rutherglen, Scotland; 4 brothers Hugh, Aurther, John and Joe Izat all of Scotland; a sister Jean O'Connell of Swinden, England She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister. Visitation will be Thursday, January 23, 2003 at Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home from 2:00 - 8:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 7:00. Burial will be private. Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Izat, Hugh Izat, Joe Bohan, James McGuire, Ron Berger and Terry Wisniewski. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.

Jane Bowman Woehlecke 1935 - 2003

Jane Bowman Woehlecke was born October 30, 1935 at Cape Girardeau, MO to R. Byron and Ruby Evans Bowman. She married Edward Woehlecke on November 27, 1959 at Sikeston, MO. She was a resident of Lakeview, AR since moving from Hiawatha, KS in 1987. She was a graduate of SEM State, and taught art in Hiawatha, Powhatan Indian Reservation and in Sikeston, MO and at Montessori School in Mountain Home. She was an avid reader of history. She enjoyed re - creating portraits of old houses, playing bridge and traveling. She was a former realtor at Anchor Realty. She was a member and former Sunday school teacher at First United Methodist Church, and a member of the United Methodist Women. She was a fromer girl scout troop leader in Hiawatha.

Survived by: Husband - Edward Woehlecke of Lakeview, AR Sons - L. Evans Woehlecke and wife Ginger of Hiawatha, KS Byron W. Woehlecke of Kansas City, MO Daughter - Sarah Jane Woehlecke of Mountain Home, AR Sister - Nancy Moore and husband Louis of DesPeres, MO 3 grandchildren - Jaycea Woehlecke, Drake Woehlecke, and Camille Woehlecke Several nieces and nephews

Funeral: A Memorial Service will be Friday, 2:00 PM at Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home in Mountain Home with Reverend Jim Brooks officiating.

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Diabetes. Association, American Heart Association or the First United Methodist Church.

Donald Wold 1932 - 2002

Donald Robert Wold was born May 6, 1932 at Chicago, Illinois the son of Raymond Olaf Wold and Margaret Savelius. He married LaVerne Elizabeth Drozd at Chicago, Illinois on February 20, 1954 and had resided in the Norfork area since moving from Plainfield, Illinois in 1999. He was a field superintendant for National Seal Company and served with the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of BPOE and charter member of Lions Club in Illinois. He died at Baxter Regional Medical Center on June 23, 2002 at the age of 70.

Survived by: Wife, LaVerne Wold, 3 sons, Vernon (Connie) Wold of Naperville, Illinois, Kevin Wold of Arlington, TX, Jeffrey (Sally) Wold of Channahon, Illinois; 1 daughter Donna (Randy) Chatsworth of Illinois; 9 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren; 1 Brother, Alan (Marlene) Wold of Lockport, Illinois; Mother, Margaret (Glenn) Larson of Harvey, Illinois.

Preceded in Death by: Father, 1 Brother

Funeral: June 25, 2002 at 7:00 PM at Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Richard Linstad.

Richard M. Wold 1917 - 2002

Richard M. Wold of Lakeview, was born October 11, 1917 at Chicago, Ill to Olaf and Olga Marcella Edingsen Wold. He married Florence Confare on August 2, 1941 at Chicago, Ill. He was a US Army WWII Veteran. He was a policeman for the City of Chicago. He moved to Lakeview in 1982 from Chicago. He passed away on March 20, 2002 at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 84 years, 5 months, and 9 days.

Survived by: Wife - Florence Wold of Lakeview, 1 Daughter - Susan Pierini of Lindenhurst, Ill. 1 Granddaughter - Marny Pierini of LaGrange, Ill and a Grandson Matthew Pierini of Chicago,

Robert Wolff 1917 - 2003

Robert Albert Wolff died Saturday, January 25, 2003 at his residence. He was 85 years of age. Robert Wolff was born September 25, 1917 at North Hills, Pa., to Robert Albert William Wolff and Edna Marie Beil Wolff. He married Meliss Snyder on March 1, 1939 at Doylestown, Pa. Robert Wolff was an alumni of Abington, Pa. High School and earned a sports scholarship in Track and Field. He was retired after 40 years as a Jig, Die & Fixtures Superintendent for Edward G. Budd Co. and has lived in Mountain Home for 8 years moving from Wyncote, Pa., Robert Wolff was a member of the Calvary Bible Church where he was an active Christian who truly loved the Lord. Robert Wolff wa a loving and devoted husband, father, father - in - law and grandfather. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a former member of the Humane Society of N.C.A., a volunteer fireman for Edge Hill, Pa. Fire Department for 25 years, worldwide traveler and an avid train - locomotive buff.

Survived by: Wife, Meliss Wolff and daughter, Barbara Jean Wolff Chambers and husband Ralph Joseph, all of Mountain Home; brother, Albert William Wolff of Warminster, Pa., granddaughter, Lois Christine Chambers Crossman and husband Peter of Howell, Michigan; great grandson, Michael Chambers of Eaton Rapids, Michigan and great granddaughters, Melanie Crossman and Emily Crossman of Howell, Michigan and Michelle Chambers Bruneau and husband, Yann, of Eaton Rapids, Michigan and his faithful canine companion, "Baby".

Preceded in Death by: Parents and one brother, Arthur John Wolff.

Funeral: A Memorial Service 2:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 30, 2003 at Calvary Bible Church, Highway 178, Midway with Pastor Roy Crane officiating.

Jean Rosell Wolverton 1928 - 2002

Jean Rosell Wolverton was born June 24, 1928 at Morning Sun, IA to Thomas Russell and Sylvia Lathrop Bras. She married Dale Wolverton on December 8, 1950 at Nashua, IA. She was machine operator for Eagel Signial Airospace for 13 years. She was a resident of Bull Shoals, AR since moving from Rock Island, IL in 1979. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #1341, and a member of the Bull Shoals United Methodist Church.

Survived by: Husband - Dalle Wolverton of Bull Shoals Daughters - Sherry Shrake of Rock Island, IL Lisa Ales and husband Chris of Moline, IL Son - Micheal Wolverton of Underwood, IA 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons

Vaughn Woods 1921 - 2002

Vaughn G. Woods was born April 2, 1921 at Osceola, Iowa the son of Lloyd Woodsand Grace Pearl Gilbert. He married Audrey D. Woods at Gainesville, Texas on March 4, 1944 and had resided in the Mountain Home area since moving from Oskaloosa, Iowa in 1971. He was a butcher at Hy - Vee Foodstores and had served with the US Army during World War II. He was a member of American Legion Post #52, Cotter VFW and lifetime member of Eagles. He died at Baxter Regional Medical Center on June 28, 2002 at the age of 81.

Survived by: 1 Son, Rick Vaughn (Sandy) Woods of Poplar bluff, Missouri; 1 Daughter Marla Dean (Buster) Clark of Gassville, AR; 1 Sister Twyla (Frank) McConnell of Mountain Home, AR; 4 Grandchildren Tim Smith, Jessica Clark, Wesley Clark, Dru Baker; Numerous Nieces and Nephews

Martin Ellsworth Woods 1933 - 2002

Martin Ellsworth "Bud" Woods of Clarkridge was born September 23, 1933 at Chicago, Ill to Martin T. and Pauline V. Chidester Woods. He was a printer by trade and a member of the St. Francis Anglican Church, Ava, Missouri. He was a US Army Korean Veteran. He moved to Clarkridge in Sept. 1990 from Chicago, Ill. He passed away on March 19, 2002 at his residence at the age of 68 years, 5 months and 26 days.

Survived by: 2 Brothers - James Woods of Clarkridge, Ark. and William J. Woods of El Paso, Texas and 4 Sisters - Pauline Figurski of Mountain Home, Evelyn B. Lunden of Covina, Cal., Mildred Rorie of Mountain Home and Marion Washner of Chicago

Funeral: Funeral Services were held on March 22, 2002 at Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Glen Hartley officiating.

Florence Wozniak 1915 - 2002

Florence E. Wozniak was born July 30, 1915 at Kendallville, Indiana the daughter of Herman Bradtmiller and Caroline Souder. She married Theodore Wozniak at Hammond, Indiana on October 9, 1947 and had resided in the Bull Shoals area since moving from Calumet City, Illinois in 1994. She died on June 24, 2002 at Twin Lakes Nursing Center in Flippin at the age of 87.

Douglas Robert Wright 1921 - 2003

Douglas Robert Wright was born January 18, 1921 at Provo, Utah to Thomas Glen and Annie Josephine Neilson Wright. He was a Structural Steel Erector and a Police Officer with the Ontario California Police department for eight years. He married Alison Maxine Roach on April 19, 1980 in Ontario, CA. They moved to Mountain Home, on December 1, 1987 from Montclair, California. Douglas Wright was a WWII Navy Veteran and a member of the Ozark VFW post 3246 of Mountain Home, Arkansas, a member of the US Navy Armed Guard WWII Veterans and loved gardening, hunting, fishing, animals and the Natural Parks of the United States.

Survived by: Burial will be in Bellvue Cemetery in Ontario California on Thursday

Hildegard Wunderlich was born January 5, 1920 in Kubach, Germany the daughter of Fred and Rose Rothmann Wickert. She married Kurt Wunderlich on May 10, 1941 at Chicago, Illinois, and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Cheer Club, the Extension Club, the Vision Impaired, and the Rod n Reel Fishing Club. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. Hildegard Wunderlich entered into eternal rest on November 18, 2002 at Mountain Home, AR at the age of 82 years, 10 months and 13 days.

She was a resident of Mountain Home, Arkansas since moving from Missouri in 1990, and was a member of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church, and was a Care Caller at the church. She was a beautician and loved to read, bowl and garden.

George E. Yenkevich was born August 3, 1954 at Limestone, Maine to Edward and Lois Knerr Yenkevich. He was a resident of Searcy, AR and was formerly a resident of Mountain Home, AR and Nescopeck, PA. He worked for a Cigar Plant and was a member of the Lutheran Church. George Yenkevich entered into eternal rest on March 28, 2003 at Searcy, AR at the age of 48 years, 7 months and 25 days

Bertha Zakrzewski August 31, 1914 - October 15, 2002

She married Raymond J. Zakrzewski on January 9, 1947 in Chicago, IL, and was a homemaker. She was a resident of Midway, AR since moving from Chicago, IL in March 1995. She was a member of the Christ by the Lake Lutheran Church in Bull Shoals. She loved to play Bingo, loved to crochet and loved people.

Survived by: 2 sons, Kenneth Dinnon and wife Joan of Boling Brook, IL Harold Dinnon of Rice Lake, WI Daughter, Dorothy Pooler and husband Richard of Midway, AR 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren 2 brothers and 1 sister.
