Wanda Lou Beyersdorf

TRUMANN -- Mrs. Wanda Lou Beyersdorf, 79, of Trumann died Sunday, March 18, 2007, at Craighead Nursing Center in Jonesboro.

Born in Viola, she had lived most of her lifetime in the Trumann area. She was a former office manager for Kohn Bray Gas Co. in Trumann; member of First United Methodist Church in Trumann, where she was past president of the United Methodist Women; and member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Vonda Holt; four brothers, Herman, Jewell, Victor and Kenneth "Cap" Faulkenberry; and her parents, Walker Clayton and Myrtle Emma Gentry Faulkenberry.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Louis T. Beyersdorf of the home; two daughters, Deborah and son-in-law, Dr. Doug Maglothin of Jonesboro; Donna and son-in-law Andy Rogers of Little Rock; four grandchildren, Angelia and husband Jeff Herren and Emily Maglothin, all of Jonesboro; Doug Maglothin Jr. and Erica Rogers, both of Little Rock.

Funeral services will be Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 at First United Methodist Church in Trumann with the Rev. Jim Wilson and the Rev. Rex Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Jonesboro under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann.

Pallbearers will be Doug Maglothin Jr., Jeff Herren, the Rev. Holt, David Halfacre, Jim Tice and Scotty Taylor.

Visitation will be this evening from 5 to 7 at Thompson Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 220 Pine Ave., Trumann 72472.

Jim Daniels

PARAGOULD -- Jim Daniels, 63, of Paragould died Saturday, March 17.

Surviving are his wife, Evelyn Daniels; sons, James Daniels Jr. of Florida and Rick, Steve, Bobby and Clifford Daniels, all of Paragould; daughter, Rebecca Daniels of Paragould; three brothers; seven sisters; and nine grandchildren.

Friends may call today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Services will be this afternoon at 1 at the funeral home with the Rev. Francis Gamble officiating and interment in New Morley Cemetery, Morley, Mo.

Charline Davis

WYNNE -- Charline Davis, age 82, of 323 Arkansas St., Wynne, a retired Addison Shoe inspector, died March 18, 2007, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She was born Jan. 3, 1925, in Wynne.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Owen Davis; parents, John William "Bill" and Allie Johnson Bryant; sons, Owen Junior Davis and Owen Donald Davis; and a sister, Lorie Deese.

Mrs. Davis had lived in Wynne all of her life. She was active in Keenager at Wynne Baptist Church, where she was a member of Agape-Hope Sunday school class. She was a faithful Christian who loved her church and the activities of the church.

She retired from Addison Shoe after 30 years of employment. Her family was the joy of her life.

Survivors include her son, Rick Davis and wife Cindy of Wynne; and two grandsons, Wesley Davis and wife Mollie of Colt and Chris Davis and wife Jill of Marion.

Services will be held at Kernodle Funeral Chapel in Wynne at 2 p.m. today with the Rev. Mat Pearson and the Rev. Bob Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Cogbill Cemetery in Wynne.

The family requests memorials be sent to Wynne Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.

Kernodle Funeral Home of Wynne is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Mary Maude Diggs

JONESBORO -- Mary Maude Diggs, 83, of Jonesboro died Sunday, March 18, at Jonesboro Healthcare Center in Jonesboro.

She was born in Haleyville, Ala., on April 13, 1923, into the family of Oliver and Bertha McNutt Brown. Mrs. Diggs was a homemaker and member of Friendly Hope Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Lynn and Carlos Diggs, both of Jonesboro; one daughter, Mary Kathy Honnoll of Jonesboro; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Troy Ellis Diggs; a son, William "Bill" Diggs; and a granddaughter, Mary Diggs.

Pallbearers will include Drew Honnoll, Jonathan Diggs, Brandon Diggs, Nick Hendrix, Danny Honnoll and Donald Greeno.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Roller-Farmers Union Chapel with Wynndel King officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Log Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-8 this evening at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

Norma Lee Foshee

WARD -- Norma Lee Foshee, 65, of Ward passed away Sunday, March 18, 2007.

Born Jan. 4, 1942, in Walnut Ridge, daughter of Earl and Izeal Cline Manning, she was a retired department manager of Wal-Mart and member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Bryan Funeral Home Chapel with Gerald Fears officiating. Interment will be in Manning Cemetery No. 1 under the direction of Bryan Funeral Home in Hoxie.

Visitation will be this evening from 6-8 in Bryan Chapel.

Charles Fuller

HARDY -- Charles "Floyd" Fuller, 78, of Hardy died Sunday, March 18.

Survivors include his wife, Billie Fuller of the home; son, Charles Fuller Jr. of South Carolina; daughters, Kathy Collins and Donna Sitz, both of Hardy; brothers, Edward Fuller of Horseshoe Bend and Eugene Fuller of Alton, Mo.; and five grandchildren, Logan Sitz, Dillon Sitz, Marty Fuller, Paige Fuller and Tyler Fuller.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Tri-County Funeral Home in Highland with Floyd Rikard officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.

Marie Gaither

POCAHONTAS -- Marie Gaither, 75, of Pocahontas, died Monday, March 19.

She is survived by two daughters, Janet Eley of Pocahontas and Joanie Firebaugh of Fredricktown, Mo; two sons, Terry Tilley of St. Louis and Ronnie Tilley of Pocahontas; one sister, Freda Keelin of Grandview, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Chapel of Cox-Waymon Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Johnston Cemetery at Reyno.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Cox-Waymon Funeral Home.

Clyde T. Lewis

PARAGOULD -- Clyde T. Lewis, 90, of Paragould passed away Saturday, March 17, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.

Born in Ridgley, Tenn., he was retired from International Harvester Co. and was a member of Center Hill Church of Christ.

Survivors include his loving wife of 69 years, Margaret; one son, Richard Lewis and wife Linda of Houston; one brother, Austin Lewis of Jonesboro; one sister, Mary Francis Varnell of Flint, Mich.; one stepsister, Flora Hampton of Bay; one daughter-in-law, Merrilyn Lewis of Phoenix; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, Robert Lewis; two brothers, James M. Lewis and Fred Lee Lewis; and one grandchild, Robert Allen Lewis.

Visitation will be this evening from 6-8 at Phillips Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with J.T. Ashby and Jon Binkley officiating. Interment will be in Harveys Chapel at Marmaduke.

Memorials may be made to Children's Homes Inc. of Paragould or to the American Heart Association.

Linda Lee Randall

OSCEOLA -- Linda Lee Randall, 45, of Osceola died Thursday, March 15.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Jennings of Osceola; daughters, Latausha Smith and Lakiesha Randall, both of Osceola; sons, Keenan Randall, Kelly Randall and Antonio Randall, all of Osceola; sisters, Shirley Randall, Lillie Randall and Gertrude Randall; and brothers, Leeander Randall, Donald Randall, Ronnie Randall, Jake Randall and George Randall.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church at Osceola with burial in Sandy Ridge Cemetery at Burdette.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 in Wilson Funeral Home at Osceola.

Lewis A. Toombs

PIGGOTT -- Lewis A. Toombs, 98, of Piggott passed away Monday, March 19, 2007, at Piggott.

He was the son of the late W.O. and Diana Melton Toombs. His wife, Nell Toombs, also preceded him in death.

He is survived by three children, Jerry, J.W. Toombs and June Morris; one granddaughter, Kathy Ballard; and three step-grandchildren, Ed, Alan and Roger Morris.

Visitation will be today at 6 p.m. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Hoggard Chapel. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery at Pollard. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott is in charge of arrangements.
