Roy Eugene Williams, 71, died Nov. 29, 2004.
Service was Thursday at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Burial in Oakland Cemetery.

Betty Jo Billingsley

Betty Jo Dye Billingsley, of Little Rock died Dec. 1, 2004.
She was a retired teacher.

She is survived by her sister, Kittye Wright of Nashville, Tenn.; her five children, Rob Billingsley of Fayetteville, Barbara Ann Billingsley of Little Rock, Mike Billingsley of Cabot, Kathy Harrill of North Little Rock, Mark Billingsley of Little Rock; and 10 grandchildren.

The funeral service was Friday at the funeral home. Graveside was in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Food Bank, 8121 Distribution Dr., Little Rock, Ark. 72209 or the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1100 N. University, Suite 255, Little Rock, Ark. 72207.

Geneva Harrison

Geneva Harrison, 83, of Camden died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004.
She was retired from J.C. Penney and a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her sons, George E. Harrison of Lonoke and Gary F. Harrison of Hamburg; daughter, Dianne Barnes of Camden; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside service was Thursday at Memorial Park Cemetery with a memorial service at the First United Methodist Church. Proctor Funeral Home was in charge.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Building Fund.

Mattie Lou Childers

Mattie Lou Childers, age 71, of Camden, died Thursday, Dec. 2, 2004.
She attended Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. She was a clerk at Wal-Mart and an Avon representative.

She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Briggs and Patricia Hodges, both of Camden, and Kathy Soffos of Cabot; two sons, Allen Sanders of New Braunfels, Texas, and Charles Sanders of Moss Bluff, La.; two sisters, Yvonne Yates of Valley Mills, Texas, and Margaret Cherry of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Robert Anderson Griffin, Jr. of Trinity, Texas, and William Carl Griffin of Splendora, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Sunday at Proctor Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Patricia Ann Stout

Patricia Ann Peterson Stout, 47, died Dec. 2, 2004.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Stout; two sons, Will Thomas Stout and Carl Edward Stout Jr.; daughter, Jana Lynn Stout; mother, Jeanette Peterson, of Lonoke; father, Thomas G. Peterson Jr., of Mayflower; four brothers, Tom Ed, Robert and Johnny Peterson, all of Lonoke and Larry Peterson, of Cabot; two sisters, Rita Adams and Karen Privett, both of Lonoke.

She attended First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Academy c/o First Pentecostal Church in North Little Rock.

Funeral services were Monday at First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Lonoke.

Nettie June Padgett

Nettie June Gwin Padgett, 71, of Cabot died Dec. 3, 2004.
She was assistant manager for the Sam Peck Hotel in Little Rock for 21 years and retired from J.A. Riggs Tractor Company after 10 years. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors are a daughter, Mechelle and Michael Harris of North Little Rock; two grandchildren; a great-grandchild; brothers, William L. Gwin of Jacksonville, Riley Edwin Gwin of North Little Rock, and Russell Gwin of Cabot; sisters, Ann McKenzie of North Little Rock, Barbara Davidson of Cabot, and Suzy Burson of Norphlet.

Memorials may be made to Zion Hill Baptist Church.
Graveside service was Tuesday at Rest Hills Memorial Park. North Little Rock Funeral Home was in charge.

Gerald R. Ragland
Gerald R. Ragland, 60, formerly of Cabot, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 2004, in Marshall. A dry wall construction worker, he was a member of AR Beagle Association.

Survivors include his mother, Berlene Ragland of Marshall; three daughterrs, Carmelia Johnson of Alexander, Maycelle Ragland of Benton and Sonja Glaze of Cabot; four brothers, Doyle, Don and Roy Ragland, all of Marshall and Clovis Qualls of Moreland; a sister, Mildred Howell of Cabot; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral service was Wednesday, Dec. 15, at Roller Coffman Chapel with Roy Ragland, Wendel Jones and Johnny Vaughn giving eulogies. Burial was in Chinquapin Cemetery, Marshall.

Pallbearers were Phillip Isaac, Donald Cates, Sandy Hill, Dennis Baldwin, Bobby Green and Gary Kirkendoll. Honorary pallbearers were Ray Moss, Tom Hinkle, Carlos Horness, George Burks, Jerry Smith and J.O. Isaac.

Earl Marshall
Earl Marshall, 70, of Springdale, died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2004, in his home. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier after 29 years with the last 15 years being in Cabot. He was a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts, a Methodist, and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
A daughter, Rebecca Sue Marshall preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Sue; his mother, Ruby Mae Marshall of Walls, Miss.; two sons, Jonathan Marshall of Brooklyn, New York; Jason Marshall of Springdale; and one sister, Patricia Taylor of Walls, Miss.

A memorial service will be held at 1 P.M. Friday, Dec. 17, 2004, at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Memorials may be made to the ALS Association, 27001 Agoura Road, Suite 150, Calabasas Hills, Calif. 91301-5104.

Larry Montgomery
Larry Alvin Montgomery, age 59 of Cabot, died Dec. 10, 2004. He was a retired police officer.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Cross Montgomery of Cabot; his mother, Lela Montgomery of Cabot; two daughters, Lisa Williams of Austin and Lynn Styers of Cabot; one sister, Margaret Montgomery of Cabot; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchild.

Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 14 in the Chapel of Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home with Reverend Gary Graves officiating. Burial followed in Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock.

Arrangements by Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home.

Lois Theresa Crane
Lois Theresa Crane, age 68, died Dec. 6, 2004.
She is survived by her husband, Willie Crane; three sons, Jeff Crane and Bill Crane of Lonoke and Michael McCartney of Alabama; three daughters, Diane McCartney and Julie Mann of Searcy and Trisha Collins of Scott; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Margaret Johnson of South Dakota, Mary Eland and Bonita Huff of South Dakota and Lucy Schultz of Wisconsin.

Graveside services were Thursday at Hamilton Cemetery.
Arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.

Nona Lavern Davis
Nona Lavern Schrock Davis, 88, died Dec. 6, 2004.
She was retired from Sears. She was a member of First Christian Church in Stuttgart.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, William Duppie Davis; two daughters, Sandra Scherm of Stuttgart and Judi Bornhoft of Jonesboro; two sons, Ralph “Duppie” Davis of Stuttgart and Bill Davis of Jacksonville; four sisters, Luella Davis of Carlisle, Alta Wesinger of Stuttgart, Ruby Relyea of Almyra and Wilma Smith of Hot Springs Village; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was Thursday at First Christian Church. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church or Baptist Health Hospice, 11900 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72210-2820.
