Edward McDonald, Jr., 13, of Beebe, died April 17, 2006.
He attended Beebe Jr. High.
He is survived by his grandparents, Wayne and Shirley McDonald of Beebe, and Janett Tazelaar of Little Rock; parents, Kent and Tammy McDonald of Beebe; and sister, Nikki McDonald of Beebe.
Family received friends Thursday, April 20, at Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Fri., April 21, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Weir Cemetery.
Charles W. Davis
Charles Wayne Davis, 64, of Cabot, died April 16, 2006.
Survivors include his special friend Michael Faught and family; the nurses and residents of Spring Creek Living Center and his church family at Victory Baptist Church in Cabot.
Funeral services were held April 20 at Victory Baptist Church in Cabot.
Interment followed at Sylvania Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Thomas Funeral Service in Cabot.
Joseph Watson, III
Joseph Charles Watson III, 43, of Cabot, died April 16, 2006.
He was a nurse the past four years with Pathfinders and was also working at Pleasant Valley Living Center. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville. He was currently the president of P.T.A. for Jacksonville Middle School Girls Campus.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie of Cabot; children, Joseph IV, Scarlett and Chloe Watson of Cabot; father and stepmother, Joseph Charles and Carol Watson Jr. of Washington, D.C.
Memorial services were 10 a.m. Thurs., April 20, at First Baptist Church in Jacksonville with Dr. Marck Gibson officiating.
The family suggests memorials be made to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home of Jacksonville.
Lavern W. Krisell
Lavern Woodard Krisell, of Stuttgart, died April 16, 2006.
She was a member of Union Valley Baptist Church in the Central Community of Coy.
She is survived by her son, Eddie Krisell of Stuttgart; four daughters, Baby Jo Childers of Longview, TX, Beth Faver of Altheimer, Agnes Gibbs Lee of Stuttgart and Ruth Chandler of Cabot; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services were held April 19 at the Lone Tree Cemetery
by Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart.

Suzanne Thompson
Suzanne Landthrip Thompson, 64, of Covington, LA, died on April 16, 2006.
She was a long time Courtroom Deputy Clerk to four United States Federal District Judges J. Smith Henley for the Eastern District of Arkansas. She retired in 1991.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Greenwood Thompson of Covington, LA; mother, Inez Landthrip of Little Rock; son, Kenny Clifton of Ward; and two stepchildren.
Funeral arrangements in Louisiana were with E.J. Fielding Funeral Home in Covington.
Funeral services were at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home in Covington.
Funeral arrangements in Arkansas were with Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home in Little Rock.
A morning service was held in the Funeral Home’s Chapel on April 21 followed by burial at Roselawn Cemetery
in Little Rock.

Toy E. Phillips
Toy E. Phillips, 83, of North Little Rock died April 17, 2006.
He was a Mechanic Instructor for Central Arkansas Automotive Trade School and a member of Cedar Heights Baptist Church of North Little Rock.
He is survived by his sons, Dewayne E. Phillips of North Little Rock, and James D. Phillips, of Mabelvale; daughters, Carolyn Bateman, Charlotte Bland, both of North Little Rock and Susan Gilbert of Cabot; sisters, Virgie West, of Alma, Emma Hughes, of Memphis, TN, and Sylvia Kennedy, of Quitman; brother, O.B. Phillips, of North Little Rock; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held April 22 at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel with a committal service at Fairbanks Cemetery
in Van Buren, County.
Arrangements were by North Little Rock Funeral Home.

Joy Wilson, 65, Austin, died April 19, 2006.
She is survived by five children and two grandchildren.
A funeral service was held April 24 at 16th Section Church in Austin.

Bruce Oakley
Bruce Oakley, 70, of El Paso, died April 19, 2006.
He was founder of Bruce Oakley Inc.
He is survived by his wife Judy; son, Dennis Oakley of Romance; daughters, Becky Irico of Little Rock, Janice Oakley of Seattle, WA, and Donna Bednar Darren of Cabot; seven grandchildren; and seven step-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held April 22 at Union Valley Baptist Church with burial in Grissard Cemetery.
Arrangements were by the Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe.
Benjamin J. Owen
Benjamin Joseph Owen, 95, of Harrison, died April 14, 2006.
He owned a flea market in Gassville, where he continued to work every day until his 93rd birthday. He was a member of Emmanuel Church in Mountain Home.
His survivors include his wife, Frances; sons, Maj. Benjamin P. Owen, retired U.S. Army, of Fifty-Six, and James Blake Owen of Gassville; and daughters, Betty Owen Rowe of Kingman, AZ, and Judith Ann Owen Hipp of Cabot; stepchildren, Terrie Purtle of Prescott, Sherry Eddings of Harrison, and Clifford L. McKnight of Smackover; 22 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Hazel Karraker of Cabot, Alice Stanford of Florida and Martha Ann Bowden of Homer, LA.
A memorial service was held April 22 at Emmanuel Church in Mountain Home. Graveside services were held April 23 at Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Faith in Hope.
Billie Guy Scott
Billie Guy Scott, 75, of McRae, died April 21, 2006.
She is survived by her son, Jackie Maddox of Searcy; daughters, Janie Person of Searcy, Nancy Weatherly of Beebe, and Toni Dale of Searcy; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Verda Johnson of Cabot.
Funeral were held April 23 at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Lebanon Cemetery.
