Tex Allen Malone of Proctor died Sunday at his home.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Roller-Citizens Chapel with burial following in Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
Mr. Malone, 58, farm forman for Carlson Brothers, was a member of Lake Shore Central Baptist Church.
He leaves his wife Vivian Malone; two daughters, Deborah Matthews of Palestine and Mary Lynn Norris of Abotts Town, Pa.; four sons, Johnny Malone and Jerry Lynn Malone, both of Proctor, Ronald Malone of Marion and Thomas Malone of Hughes; one sister, Betty Sue Martin of Nesbit, Miss.; two brothers, Gary Malone of Forrest City and Roy Malone of Hughes; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Vernon Brown
Vernon Brown of Jericho died Sunday at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home in West Memphis.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Clarkedale with burial following in Paradise Garden Cemetery.
Mr. Brown, 46, maintenance worker, leaves two daughters, Shondria Brown and Nikima Brown, both of California; one son, Abdul Brown of California; two sisters, Ella Sullivan of Detroit, Mich. and Mary Alice Catha of West Memphis; five brothers, Elvis Brown and Fredrick Brown, both of Memphis, Ray Nance of Detroit, Mich., Charlie Brown and Levada Brown, both of St. Louis, Mo.; his grandmother, Ivory Brown of Jericho and one grandchild.

Lloyd Campbell
Lloyd W. Campbell Sr. of Edmondson died Wednesday at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis.
Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Anthony Funeral Home Chapel South and Tuesday from 10 to 12 noon at Campbell- Jackson Chapel Church in Edmondson. Services will follow at noon at the church with burial following in Paradise Garden Cemetery.
Mr. Campbell, 74, leaves his wife, Fannie Campbell; one daughter, Cathy Cage of Memphis; three sons, Lloyd W. Campbell II of Sicily, Italy, Zan Edward Campbell of Houston, Texas and Michael W. Campbell of Edmondson; 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Carl Carter
Carl Lee Carter of Pine Bluff, formerly of Earle, died August 17 in Pine Bluff.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon at W.H. Johnson Funeral Home in Earle.
Services will follow Saturday at noon in the chapel with burial following in St. Luke Cemetery in Earle.
Mr. Carter, 39, leaves two daughters, Carliss Carter and Rita Scott, both of Earle; one son, Carl Cartez Carter of Earle; two sisters, DeLois Henry of Jonesboro and Carol Mechum of West Memphis; two brothers, Johnny Carter of Brementon, Wash. and Michael Carter of Cleveland, Ohio and his father, Johnny Carter of Forrest Park, Ill.

Bennie Gray
Bennie Lee Gray of Rison, grandmother of Whitney Gray McCargo, Nikita Gray McCargo and Valerie Gray McCargo of West Memphis, died Sunday in Cleveland County Nursing Home in Rison.
Mrs. Gray, 76 leaves six sons, five daughters and a host of grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. Tates Temple in Rison.

Frances Kirkwood
Frances Machen Kirkwood of Clinton, Miss., formerly of Earle, died Wednesday in Clinton.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Bay Village (Ark.) Cemetery.
Mrs. Kirkwood, 92, retired bookkeeper, leaves three sisters, Sue M. Merritt of Little Rock, Laura M. Smith of Memphis and Jean M. Willcoxon of Clinton, Miss.; one brother, Clarence M. Machen of Little Rock; three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

T.C. Nesbitt
T.C. Nesbitt of Earle died August 15 at Methodist Central Healthcare Hospital in Memphis.
Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at W.H. Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Earle.
Services will be at noon Saturday at St. Luke MB Church in Earle with burial following in St. Luke Cemetery.
Mr. Nesbitt, 94, retired farmer, leaves his wife, Edna M. Nesbitt; three daughters, Corine Hillery of Helena, Rosetta Williams of Boston, Mass. and Hazel Nesbitt of Heth; five sons, Sam Nesbitt of Lansing, Joe Lee Nesbitt of Crawfordsville, Johnny Grice and John Henry Grice, both of Earle and Tony C. Nesbitt of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one sister, Pinney Johnson of Delaware; 60 grandchildren, 105 great-grandchildren and 29 great-great-grandchildren.

Antonio Allen
Antonio Dewayne Allen of Memphis, father of Sherita Cole of West Memphis, died Monday in Memphis.
N.J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Memphis has charge of services.
Mr. Allen, 32, an entrepreneur, also leaves one other daughter, a son, his parents, Marie Fason and Ray Allen of Memphis, three sisters, a brother and his grandmother.

Lee Blakely
Lee Preston Blakely of West Memphis died Monday at Crittenden Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Anthony Funeral Home Chapel South. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Old St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in West Memphis with burial following in Paradise Garden Cemetery.
Mr. Blakely, 45, leaves his mother, Sadie Blakely of West Memphis; four sisters, Linda Dorsey and Mildred Donely, both of West Memphis, Loistean Cox of St. Louis, Mo., and Ruthie Mae Echols of Dade City, Fla.; six brothers, George Blakely, Charles Blakely, Josephus Blakely and Lee Edward Blakely, all of West Memphis, Herman Blakely of Bradenton, Fla., and Odie Lee Blakely Jr. of Harrisville, Mo.

Janelle Chalmers
Janelle Brower Chalmers of Earle died Tuesday at her home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church in West Memphis with a private burial.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home-West Memphis has charge of services. Visitation will be at the church following the service.
Mrs. Chalmers, 65, a homemaker and former reporter for The Commercial Appeal, was a member of First Presbyterian Church in West Memphis, a teacher of the Marguerite Saunders Sunday school class and was a member of Earle Town & Country Garden Club, West Memphis Junior Auxiliary and the Committee of 100 Outstanding Women for the Ozark Folk Center. She leaves her husband, Hugh B. Chalmers; two daughters, Leslie Chalmers Tagg of Chevy Chase, Md., and Janis Chalmers Speed of Little Rock; a son, Hugh B. Chalmers Jr. of Germantown; her mother, Corinne Bonner Brower of West Memphis; a brother, Gordon Leon Brower of Memphis and five grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be sent to First Presbyterian Church, West Memphis.

Jervis Collums
Jervis Collums of Nesbit, Miss., brother of Jackie Garrison of West Memphis, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven with burial following in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Collums, 65, a retired journeyman steamfitter, was a Baptist. He also leaves his wife, Jean Collums, two daughters, two sons, one other sister, three brothers, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Robbie Gurley
Robbie Lee Gurley of Oxford, Miss., sister of Leo Comer of West Memphis, died Tuesday at Graceland Care Center in Oxford.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Senter Funeral Home in Fulton, Miss., with burial following in Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Gurley, 89, was a homemaker and the widow of Charley Herbert Gurley. She also leaves a daughter, a sister, nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Gene Taylor
Gene Taylor of Trumann, formerly of Marked Tree, died Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Blytheville.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel in Marked Tree with burial following in Marked Tree Cemetery.
Mrs. Taylor, 59, leaves two daughters, Joanie Lindley of West Memphis and Kelly Ann Battles of Horn Lake, Miss.; three sons, Billy Wayne Taylor of Hoxie, Robert Taylor of West Ridge and Johnny Taylor of Orlando, Fla.; a sister, Ella Jane Pace of Blue Mountain, Miss., and 10 grandchildren.

John Jefferson
John Jefferson of West Memphis died June 8 at Crittenden Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday at Anthony Funeral Home Chapel South. Services will follow at noon at the south chapel with burial in Marion Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Jefferson, 50, was a truck driver. He leaves a daughter, Elizabeth Miller of West Memphis; three sisters, Ruby Mayfield and Mary Jefferson, both of West Memphis, and Hattie Pugh of Memphis, Tenn., and five brothers, Jimmy Jefferson of Memphis, Andrew Williams of Glendora, Miss., and Robert Jefferson, Donald Jefferson and James Jefferson, all of West Memphis.

Jeanette Pearson
Jeanette Pearson of West Memphis died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home has charge of services.
