GRAVELLY — Grady Joe Yandell, 60, of Gravelly died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, near Danville.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Harvey Assembly of God with burial at Monroe Cemetery in Harvey under the direction of Martin Funeral Home of Waldron.

Kay Bowlin
POTEAU — Kay Sliger Brown, 62, of Poteau died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003, in Springdale. She was born Oct. 26, 1941, in Howe. She was an administrative assistant to the judge in Cleveland County Court and a member of Howe United Methodist Church. She was the widow of James Bowlin.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at United Methodist Church in Howe with burial at Howe Cemetery under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
She is survived by a daughter, Gina North of Peoria, Ariz.; two sons, Jimmy Bowlin of Rison and Darrell Bowlin of Springdale; her mother, Mildred Sliger of Poteau; four sisters, June Weant of Cameron, Norma Semore of Poteau, Gail Brannon of Arkoma and Donna McKinney of Clarendon; and eight grandchildren.

Gary Dyer
MULDROW — Gary Dyer, 44, of Muldrow died Friday, Dec. 19, 2003, in Fort Smith. He was a singer for Second Chance Gospel Ministries, a machine operator for Baldor Electric Co. in Fort Smith for 24 years, a 1977 graduate of Roland High School and of the Assembly of God faith.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Assembly of God in Muldrow with burial at Cottonwood Cemetery southeast of Muldrow under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Jan Dyer; three daughters, Pamela Dyer of the home, Samantha Smith of McAlester, Okla., and Kimberly Dyer of Muldrow; her mother, Barbara Cartwright of Muldrow; two sisters, Tammy Murphy of Roland and Sandra Dilbeck of Muldrow; a half sister, Leslie Dyer of Muldrow; two brothers, Billy Dyer of Sallisaw and Kendall Dyer of Spiro; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Steve Keith, Mike Howard, Monte Brunk, David Jones, Tommy Kemp, Charlie Coughran, Dennis Hall and Doug Clifton.
The body may be viewed from 1 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Steven Hand
HOT SPRINGS — Steven Joseph Hand, 45, of Hot Springs died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in Hot Springs. He was a chef for Lake Hamilton Bible Camp in Hot Springs. He was a member of Bobby Hogan Christ for the World Church and Lake Hamilton Bible Camp.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Fentress Mortuary Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Macedonia Cemetery in Pocola.
He is survived by a stepdaughter, Angela McCullough of Ada, Okla.; three sons, Michael and Brad Hand, both of Hot Springs, and Steven Hand of Fort Smith; his father, Paul Hand of Arkoma; two sisters, Paula Harris and Julia Moore, both of Fort Smith; three brothers, Randy and Brian Hand, both of Fort Smith, and Mike Hand of Rock Island, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be T.J. Moore, Lee and Virgil Still, Ronnie Turnwall, Nathan Erwin, Charles Vaughn and Mario Baldogo.
The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Kevin Wyckoff
SALLISAW — Kevin B. Wyckoff, 23, of Sallisaw died Friday, Dec. 19, 2003, in Lexington, Okla. He was a fast food cashier, a member of Gore United Methodist Church and a 1999 graduate of Sallisaw High School.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Gore United Methodist Church with burial at Gore City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
He is survived by his parents, Charles and Martha Wyckoff of Sallisaw; paternal grandmother, Wanda Burkhart of Oolagah, Okla.; maternal grandmother, Mary VanSickle of Accident, Md.; and a sister, Rebel Wyckoff of Sallisaw.

Elizabeth White
NICUT, Okla. — Elizabeth Ann “Liz” White, 48, of Nicut died Friday, Dec. 19, 2003, in Sallisaw. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. today at Agent Funeral Home Chapel in Sallisaw with burial at Seabolt Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw.
She is survived by her husband, Lee R. White; two daughters, Lisa Dixon of Bethany, Okla., and Amy White of the home; two sons, Lee and Allan White, both of the home; her mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Ben Wright of Tool, Texas; and a brother, Boyd Runnings of Boise, Idaho.
Pallbearers will be Roger and Martin Coleman, Wayne Sevenstar, Calvin Sexton, Bryce Hobbs and James Powell.

Wayne Clark
Wayne Clark, 60, of Van Buren died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in a local hospital. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, was retired from the post office with 27 years of service and was an employee of Whirlpool for the past two and a half years.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; four daughters, Roberta Clark of Roland, Tina Clark of Fort Smith, Lisa Vidal of Van Buren and Amy Morris of Wagner, Okla.; a sister, Renee Gilstrap of Van Buren; a brother, Gary Clark of Tahlequah, Okla.; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mike and Gerald Yancy, David, John and Riley Whitsett and Mark Redding.

Wesley Clark
ROLAND — Wesley Marvin Clark, 77, of Roland died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in Roland. He was retired from Coltec Industries of Sallisaw as a maintenance mechanic, a veteran of World War II and a member and deacon at Roland Hills Baptist Church, where he also was a former music director.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Charolette; a daughter, Donna Galentine of Lavaca; a son, Stephen Clark of Gans; a sister, Mary Renfro of Washington; a brother, Donald Clark of Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Ted Metcalf
WALDRON — Ted Metcalf, 84, of Waldron died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in a Benton hospital. He was a veteran and a retired farmer.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron with burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery near Waldron.
He is survived by a daughter, Sondra Milton of Benton; a son, Mike Metcalf of White Hall; five sisters, Mary Knox of Stockton, Calif., Evelyn Williams of Fremont, Calif., Ruth Williams of Mansfield and Betty Smith and Joyce Hattabaugh, both of Elm Park; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Metcalf, David Smith, Steve and Howard Hattabaugh and Gene and Edmond Brewer.
The body may be viewed from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Aneita Greb
CHARLESTON — Aneita E. “Jackie” Greb, 85, of Charleston died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in a Fort Smith hospital. She was born Oct. 3, 1918, in Logan County. She was a homemaker and a member of Barling United Methodist Church. She was the widow of J.C. Greb.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Smith Mortuary Chapel in Charleston with burial at Garden of Memories in Charleston.
She is survived by a daughter, Gail Gann of Lavaca; a son, John Greb of Barling; two sisters, Pauline Harrower of Charleston and Mildred Gibson of Bell Garden, Calif.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Joshua and Jacob McRorey, Justin and James Greb, Derek Keith, Michael Murray, Michael Brammer and Brad Dodson.

Mark Milam
BOONEVILLE — Mark Dwight Milam, 48, of Booneville died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in a Fort Smith hospital. He was a self-employed mechanic.
The body will be cremated. No services are planned.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta Rutherford-Milam; a daughter, Ashley Rutherford of Melbourne, Fla.; his mother and stepfather, Barbara and David Tucker of Livingston, Texas; three sisters, Dee Anderson of Rockport, Texas, Reva Stephens of Columbus, La., and Lisa Sheika of Corpus Christi, Texas; a brother, Carey Smith of Silsby, Texas; and three grandchildren.

Hazel Dewberry
CLARKSVILLE — Hazel L. Dewberry, 90, of Clarksville died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003, in Countryside Manor Nursing Home. She was born Feb. 10, 1913, in Baldwin. She was a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogan Cemetery in Clarksville under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home of Clarksville.
She is survived by a brother, George Williams of Illinois; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Eugenia V. Chlarson
Eugenia V. Chlarson, 76, of Mulberry died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in a local hospital. She was a retired nurse’s aide for the Area Agency on Aging in Fort Smith.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Homestead Heights Church in Fort Smith. The body will be cremated. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Esther Zahn.
She is survived by a sister, Eleanor Lewis of Eberton, Mo.; two grandchildren, Larry and Lisa Jesson and Esther A. and Michael Hope of Fort Smith; two great-grandchildren, Aaron and Autumn Hope, both of Fort Smith; five step-great-grandchildren, three step-great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mada Robertson
Mada Robertson was born Feb. 28, 1904, in Mundy, Texas. She passes away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, at the age of 99 in Lexington Place Assisted Living Home where she resided for the past year and a half. She was preceded in death by her parents, Laura Reneau Campbell and James E. Campbell; her husband, William Pat Robertson; her brother, Marvin Campbell; and her sister, Ila Dobbs. She is survived by daughter Erma Doris Thomson; granddaughter Tricia Stammberger and her husband Eric; grandson Jim Thomson and his wife Susan; great-grandson Dane Thomson and his wife Christy, all of Dallas; great-granddaughter Samantha Thomson of Los Angeles; great-great-grandchildren Reagan, Haylie, Jakson, Jordon and Jaycob Thomson, all of Dallas; nieces and nephews in Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania; and many cousins in Texas, Washington and Oregon. She was a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church for 37 years and a former member of 50-50 class and Bible classes. She had belonged to Hanover Book Club, Ermance Book Review Club, Times Review Class and Friday Morning Book Club. She was active in garden club, bridge club and antique club. She held offices in The Dallas Women’s Forum and the Woman’s Lecture Club of Dallas and was the chairman and volunteer buyer for the Wadley Institute of Molecular Medicine for many years. She also enjoyed season tickets to SMU Tate Lecture Series, Dallas Summer Musicals, DTC, Dallas Symphony Pops series and many art exhibits. Her interests were many and she had a love of life, friends and family. Service will be 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Restland Funeral Home Wildwood Chapel in Dallas with the Rev. Bill Smith and the Rev. John Webster officiating. Interment will be at Restland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Highland Park United Methodist Church, Pastoral Care, 3300 Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75205.

Ronald Ray Rumage
Ronald Ray Rumage, 49, of Oklahoma City died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003, in Oklahoma City. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of American Legion Post 31 and of the Southern Baptist faith.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith.
He is survived by three daughters, Patricia and Erica Rumage, both of Oklahoma City, and Danielle Rumage of San Antonio, Texas; his parents, Grady Rumage of San Antonio and Marilynn Lawson of Chester; his grandmother, Juanita Rumage of Lawton, Okla.; a sister, Enola Gay Warrington of Corona, Calif.; two brothers, Marlin Craig Rumage of Jacksonville, Fla., and Calvin Lavern Rumage of Chester; an uncle, Leon Rumage of Aurora, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.

Virginia Lucille Lewis
Virginia Lucille Lewis, 67, of Roland passed away Friday, Dec. 20, 2003, at her home in Roland. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Victory Temple Pentecostal Church in Roland with Brother Phil Smith and the Rev. Andy O’Neal officiating. Pallbearers will be Freddy P. Lewis, Jerry and Jackie Brooks, Arlie Lennington, Jimmy Jones and Clyde Barkley. Honorary pallbearers will be Barney Harvell, Cass Bonds, Harold Slate, Mike McKinney and Charlie Daniel. Burial will be at Lees Chapel Cemetery south of Muldrow. Mrs. Lewis was born April 13, 1936, in the Long Community in Sequoyah County, the daughter of William Riley Brooks and Lucille Parris Brooks. She was married to Bill Lewis on July 23, 1955, in Fort Smith. Mrs. Lewis was a homemaker and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Muldrow. She was a member of the Roland Church of Christ. Mrs. Lewis was an avid and longtime fan of the Roland Rangers and her main passion in life was her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Bill of the home; three sons and their wives, Eddie Lewis and Connie, Gary Lewis and Kim and Steve Lewis and Sherry, all of Roland; six grandchildren, Gerard, Kimberly, Aaron, Brandon, Stephanie and Dylan; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Billy Brooks and his wife Vida of Roland; her mother, Lucille Brooks of Roland; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 1 to 9 p.m. at Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow.
