West Memphis -- Katherine Ann Forbis, 66, homemaker, died Thursday at her home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with burial in Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion. She was a member of West Memphis Church of God. Mrs. Forbis, the wife of Denver Forbis, also leaves a daughter, Connie Ann Cummins of Shiang Mai, Thailand; two sons, Glenn Forbis and Jeffrey Forbis, both of West Memphis; a sister, Fay Tucker of Memphis; a brother, Buddy Fortner of Millington, Tenn., and 11 grandchildren.

Blytheville -- William Thomas Green, 55, master electrician for Blytheville Schools, died Friday at his home. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cobb Funeral Home with burial in Dogwood Cemetery. He was a member of First Assembly of God and Good News Singers. Mr. Green, the husband of Neda Green for 37 years, also leaves a daughter, Michelle Green of Blytheville; a son, Kevin Green of Jonesboro; his mother, Clarice Green of Blytheville; three sisters, Tammy Quach of Gosnell, and Wilma Byrd and Barbara Gray, both of Blytheville, and eight brothers, Arlie Green and Danny Green, both of Gosnell, and Elmer Green, Bobby Green, Roy Green, Leon Green, Timmy Green and Ronnie Green, all of Blytheville.

Blytheville -- Vernell Eubanks, 84, retired accountant for Christian Brothers University in Memphis after 20 years, died Wednesday at her home. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Cobb Funeral Home. She was a member of Main and 13th Street Church of Christ. Mrs. Eubanks, the widow of James Everett Eubanks, leaves two daughters, Marti Hanlin of Green Oaks, Ill., and LuAnne McAuliff of Charlotte, N.C.; a son, Ray Eubanks of Greensboro, N.C., nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Henson, the widow of Chester Brown, leaves two daughters, Pam Fagin of Louisville, Ky., and Pat Holifield of Blytheville; three sons, Doyle Henson, David Henson and Dennis Henson, all of Blytheville, 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Osceola -- Charles Melvin Hunter, 56, former emergency medical technician, died Tuesday at his home. Wilson Funeral Home has charge. He was a Vietnam War Army veteran. He leaves a daughter, Ada Brooks of Little Rock; two sisters, Vernice Davis and Dessie Jefferson, both of Osceola; two brothers, Edward Hunter of St. Louis and Curtis Hunter of Rockford, Ill., and two grandchildren.

Amos Edward Sloan, 77, of Jonesboro, Ark., truck driver, died Wednesday at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro has charge. He was a Marine Corps veteran and a Baptist. He leaves local survivors including four daughters, Linda Osborne and Brenda Franks, both of Memphis, and Debbie Kelly and Pamela Sloan, both of West Memphis; a son, Billy Franks of Horn Lake, 14 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Reeves, the widow of John Reeves, leaves four daughters, Willie Shackleford of Flint, Mich., Bertha Payne of Atlanta, Gwendolyn Kelley of Tucker and Elizabeth McGhee of Dallas; six sons, John Reeves and Cleo Reeves, both of Turrell, Larry Reeves and Lorenzo Reeves, both of Osceola, and Julius Reeves and Bernard Reeves, both of Dallas; four sisters, Willie Mae Adams, Margaret Adams and Gloria Adams, all of Alton, Ill., and Beatrice Adams of California; a brother, Larry Adams of Alton, 27 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
