Virginia Kringle 1910 - 2002

Virginia Evelyn Kringle was born September 30, 1910 at So. Bend, Indiana the daughter of James Kelly and Mary Elizabeth Poe. She married Victor Glenn Kringle at Frankport, Illinois on March 10, 1934 and had resided in the Mountain Home area since moving from Chicago, Illinois in 1972. She was a former secretary and real estate agent and was a member and past president of Area Art Club for 30 years and the Briarwood Condo Assoc. She died at Pine Lane Nursing Home on March 29, 2002 at the age of 91.

Survived by: 2 sons, Glen (Helen) Kringle of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Kris (Barbar) Kringle of Orland Park, Illinois; 1 daughter Sylvia Bykowski of Plainfield, Illinois; 8 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren

Preceded in Death by: Parents, Husband, 1 Brother

Funeral: Graveside service at Evergreen Cemetery in Evergree Park, Illinois on April 4, 2002 at 10:00 AM with Reverend Louis Stephens officiating.

Burial arrangements: Evergreen Cemetery in Evergreen Park, Illinois

Edward Kuenstler November 29, 1912 - September 17, 2002

Edward Kuenstler was born November 29, 1912 at Milwaukee, WI to Ewald Kuenstler and Emma Fieskorn Kuenstler. He married Gladys Cheeseman on September 1, 1934 at Sturgeon Bay,WI. He was a machinist and a farmer for most of his life in Wisconsin. He was a resident of Mountain Home,AR since moving from Rockford,IL in 1976. He was a member of the Rotary Club in Mountain Home and the First United Methodist Church.

Survived by: Wife: Gladys Kuenstler, 1 Son: Micheal Kuenstler 2 Daugters: Judy Ritger , Jeanine Skamfer, 9 Grandchildren: Gina Hall, Steven Kuenstler, Scott Ritger, Shari Hammer, Cyndi Ritger

Preceded in Death by: parents, 1 son, 3 sisters, 1 brother

Funeral: First United methodist Church on September 20, 2002 at 10:00 A.M.

Gertrude Adeline Kugler 1907 - 2003

Gertrude Kugler was born March 3, 1907 at Chicago, IL to Charles and Emma Papa Braband. She married Frank J. Kugler on September 14, 1937 at Chicago and was a homemaker. She was a resident of Mountain Home, AR since moving from Chicago in 1976. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. Gertrude Kugler entered into eternal rest on February 26, 2003 at Gassville, AR at the age of 95 years, 11 months and 23 days.

Survived by: 2 Daughters - Gertrude Mae Haller and husband Ray of Lady Lake, FL; Sharon Dudones and husband Bill of Flippin, AR; Grandson - Bryan Dudones of St. Augustine, FL; Great Grandson - Dylan Dudones

Preceded in Death by: Parents, husband and 3 brothers

Funeral: Funeral Service for Gertrude Adeline Kugler, 95, will be Sunday, 3:00 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church with Reverend Ken Lampe officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, 2:00 until the service time at Redeemer Lutheran Church. Entombment will be in Kirby’s Tucker Memorial Cemetery Mausoleum

Ginette Rolande Lamb February 6, 1930 - August 25, 2002

Ginette Rolande Lamb 72 of Mountain Home died August 25, 2002 at Good Samatarian Village. She was born February 6, 1930 in Rochefort France to Rene' and Valentine Berton Ridean. She married Richard Dan Lamb February 8, 1954 in Chatelaillon France. She moved to Mountain Home in 1979 from Westminster, CA. She was a Member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Survived by: She is survived by a son Alan Lamb of Mountain Home.

Funeral: Services will be Private.

Richard Edward Lamb 1954 - 2002

Richard Lamb died September 22, 2002 at his residence. He was a machinist and worked on aircraft and was of Lutheran Religion.

Survived by: Parents, Marlin and Gloria Lamb 2 sisters, Leslie Ungaro of Monclair, VA, and Linda Jones of Alpine, CA 7 Nieces and Nephews

Leota Lapp 1918 - 2003

Leota Williamette Lapp was born May 2, 1918 in Virginia. She married Robert Lapp at Gloreta, New Mexico on April 16, 1947 and had lived in the Mountain Home area since moving from Waukeegan, Illinois in 1990. She was a homemaker. She died on June 7, 2003 at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 85.

Survived by: Husband, Robert Lapp of the home; 2 daughters, Susan (David) Groat of Mountain Home, AR and Trudy Bradford of Oneonta, Alabama; 9 Grandchildren; 21 Geat Grandchildren

Shirley L. LaRose 1926 - 2002

Shirley L. LaRose of Mountain Home was born April 12, 1926 at Pontiac, Mich to Andrew and Alice King Hastings. She married George LaRose in 1978 at Ringgold, GA. and was a nurse aide for a private Physician. She moved to Mountain Home, in 1979 from Muskegon, Mich. She was a member of the Bull Shoals Methodist Church and the VFW Auxillary. She passed away on April 15, 2002 at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 76 years and 3 days.

Survived by: Husband - George LaRose of Mountian Home, 3 Sons - Mark Edward Bloomstrom (Autumn) of Muskegon, MI, Dale Lynn Bloomstrom (Patti) of Twin Lakes, MI, and Alan Gene Bloomstrom (Lyn) of Flippin, Ar. Stepchildren - Delores LaRose of Muskegon, MI., Lillian Lee of Windsor, MO, Marie LaRose of Knobnoster, MO., and George W. LaRose, of Muskegon, MI.and 3 Sisters - Millie and Mary Belle and and Elsie Jackson, 1 Brother - Leslie Hastings

Preceded in Death by: Parents, 1st husband - Carroll Bloomstrom, 1 stepson, 1 stepdaughter, and 1 son Earl Bloomstrom.

Burial arrangements: Private burial was in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery with Reverend Jim Brooks Officiating.

Hubert Glen "Dub" LaRue September 18, 1930 - September 18, 2003

Mr.Hubert Glen "Dub" LaRue died September 18, 2003 at his residence. Mr. LaRue was born September 18, 1930 at Quitman, Texas the son of James Samuel and Etta Mae Bagby LaRue. He married Betty Jean Newbill at Vega, Texas on June 20, 1952. Mr. LaRue was an insurance agent with Tank Rea Insurance Company. He had lived in Mountain Home since moving from Amarillo, Texas in 1963. Mr. LaRue enjoyed fishing, swimming and the Arkansas Razorbacks and was a member of the Midway Baptist Church.

Survived by: He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean of Mountain Home, two sons, Michael Glen (Susie) LaRue of El Dorado, Arkansas; Joseph Mark (Mary LaDell) LaRue of Lakeview; one daughter, Melissa Nan (Milton P.) Yeager of Cabot, Arkansas; one brother, Herman LaRue of Waco, Texas; three sisters, Imogene Henry of Denton, Texas, Margie Crow of Orange, Texas and Kathryn Vinsonhaler of Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren, Mekelle (Jason) Daniel, Matt Yeager, Jason, Bryan, Conner and Davis LaRue, and Will and John Boyer. Mr. LaRue was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 2:00 - 8:00 PM, Sunday, September 21, 2003 at Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home.

Funeral: Graveside services for Hubert Glen “Dub” LaRue of Lakeview will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 22, 2003 at Fairview Cemetery, Marion County, Flippin, Arkansas with the Rev. Bob Moon officiating.

Burial arrangements: Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Marion County.

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Diabetes. Association or the Midway Baptist Church.

Tyrrell Wayne "T.W." Leach 1935 - 2003

T.W. Leach was born September 12, 1935 at Mt. Carmel, LA to Lud and Exxie Addison Leach. He was a counselor for the Louisiana Department of Education. He had a Master’s Degree in Education from Northwestern Louisiana State University. He was a resident of Mountain Home, AR since moving from Shreveport, LA in 1992. He married Shirley Killian on November 7, 1998 at Mountain Home. He was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church and participated in track events in the Senior Olympics. T. W. Leach entered into eternal rest on May 21, 2003 at Mountain Home, AR at the age of 67 years, 8 months, and 9 days

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Killian Leach; 3 daughters, Laurinda (Bobby) Salts of Keithville, LA, Debbie (Reed) Gregory of Benton, LA, and Leah (Lawrence) Pilkinton of Benton, LA; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, David (Lillie) Leach, Darien (Oleta) Leach, and Buster (Josephine) Leach, all of the Shreveport, LA area; and 1 sister, Edna Fry of Houston, TX.

Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Visitation: Visitation will be Friday, 5;00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral: Funeral Service for T. W. Leach, 67, will be Saturday, 1:00 PM, at the East Side Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Shy and Reverend Paul Lancaster officiating.

Burial arrangements: Wises Chapel Cemetery

Matthew George Ledesma of Mountain Home was born May 22, 1983 at Soap Lake, WA. to Stephen Michael and Nicole M. Notaras Ledesma. He was a sales clerk for WalMartand a member of St. Peter the Fisherman's Catholic Church. He passed away at his residence on May 2, 2002 at the age of 18 years, 11 months, and 10 days.

Survived by: Father - Michael Ledesma of Mountain Home, Mother - Nicole Notaras of Washington, half sister - Jada Dormier of Washington, Brother - Alexander Ledesma of Mountain Home, Paternal Grandparents - Augustine & LaJune Ledesma of Conway Springs Kansas and many aunts and uncles.

Visitation: Visitation was at Kirby - Boaz Funeral Home from 1:00 until 8:00 pm on May 7, 2002 with a Vigil service at 3:00 pm with Deacon Richard Linstad officiating.

Funeral: Funeral Mass was held at St. Peter's Catholic Church on May 8, 2002 with Reverend Dennis Wood officiating.

Burial arrangements: Burial was at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery
