Services were held Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church for Jose Salazar Ornelas, Sr., 75, a miner and mechanic, who died Friday, Feb. 6, 2004. He was born July 29, 1928 in Ruby, Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Angelita; sons, Jose Manuel (Mary), Oscar (Elena), Emesto (Teresa), Martin (Rosalva M.), Angel (Claudia), Jose and Francisco Ornelas; daughters Guadalupe (George) Cantua and Gloria (Gabriel) Ruiz; brothers Gilberto and Reynaldo Omelas; sisters Benita Ortiz and Francisca Omelas; 21 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Teodosa Ornelas.
Arrangements were handled by Martinez Funeral Chapels.
Socorro Maria Villa
Services were held Tuesday in Patagonia for Socorro Maria Villa, 83, who died on Feb. 6, 2004.
She is survived by two sons, Alberto (Mercedes) Villa and Ruben (Carol) Villa; daughter Margie (Doug) Dalida; three brothers, Jesus López, Luciano López and Vicente López; three sisters, Lucia L. Acevedo, Esther L. Gomez and Sister Maria Lucinda López, CSJ; 11 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Earl J. Wyman, 79, of Tubac, died on Feb. 6.
He was born I Middle Inlet, Wisc. He is survived by a brother, Austin J. Wyman; and a sister, Jeanne Spiering.

Mary Jacqueline Johnson
A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, Feb. 28, for Mary Jacqueline Johnson, 86, who died on Feb. 15, 2004.
The Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Most Holy Nativity Church in Rio Rico.
Johnson is survived by a stepson, Dale Johnson; a stepdaughter, Lorraine Molengraf; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Rodolfo N. Vega
A funeral Mass was held Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church for Rodolfo N. Vega, 96, who died on Feb. 21, 2004.
Vega was a deacon for 25 years at Sacred Heart; Liberty Bell award Man of the Year; Knights of Columbus 4th degree; and an Elks Club member working on youth programs.
He was predeceased by his wife, Socorro P. de Vega. They were married for 36 years.
He is survived by his sons, Rodolfo (Sonia), and Jose Fernando (Sandra); daughters Alma (Rev. J. Gabriel) Saspe, Cecilia (Bob) Henschen and Cristina Palma-Vega; 17 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Joseph William Crawford
Joseph William Crawford, 48, of Rio Rico, died in January 2004.
He is survived by his soul mate, Cleo Donna Ortiz; sons Jody and Jeffrey Crawford; daughter Erika Ortiz; parents Junior and Frances Crawford; sisters Kathy Crawford and Jackie Norris; brothers Steve Crawford, Mitch Crawford and Charles Crawford; grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services were held July 27 at St. Ann's Church in Tubac for Eugene "Gene" Milton McCoy, 67, of Marana, who died July 20.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa; two sons, Larry and Glen; a daughter, Grace (David) Martinez; three brothers, Harvey (Barbara), Ray (Doc), and Mitchell; a sister, Inez (Gordon) McEntire; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
