Marie Barker, 95, of Heavener Oklahoma, passed away November 24, 2000. The wife of Herbert Barker, she was a homemaker and owner of a country general store. She lived in Kansas, California and Oklahoma. Survivors include her sons, Herbert Jr., Norman and Ray, numerous grandchildren, many great grandchildren and quite a few great-great grandchildren. Marie's husband died in 1986 and on the grave marker it reads; "Some loves never die" Marie was buried next to the love of her life on Monday, November 27th.

Alden I. Davis, 92, of Dewey, passed away November 17, 2000. Mr. Davis, an auto mechanic, was born in Divide County, North Dakota.
