Ray Russell Randall, 78, passed away March 22, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Raymond & Hazel (Williamson) Randall, July 17, 1924 in Centralia, Illinois.

Mr. Randall moved to Lake Havasu 30 years ago from Clearfield, Utah. He was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church and was an avid fisherman and golfer.

Ray served in WWII and the Korean War and retired from the US Air Force as Master Sargeant.

He is survived by his sons, Raymond "Robert" Randall of Las Vegas, Nevada, Michael Wilson Randall of Gardena, California and Gerald Dwain Randall of Tempe, Arizona; step-son, Paul Bruns II of Clear Lake, Iowa; step-daughter Tamara Bruns of Long Beach, California; brother John "Jack" Randall of Centralia, Illinois and one sister, Betty Klosterman also of Centralia, Illinois. Ray is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mr. Randall is preceded in death by two wives, Carol Patricia (Wilson) Randall and Arleen Mae (Garrison) Randall and also one son, Joseph Keith Randall.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2003, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Funeral services are to be held at First Southern Baptist Church, Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at 10:00 AM with Rev. James Maynard officiating. Interment will follow the services at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.

Donations may be made to the First Southern Baptist Church Building Fund in his name.

Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Albert Charles Minietta, 75, passed away on March 18th, 2003 at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Az. He was born on July 29th, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York.

Albert moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ. 3 years ago from Twain Harte, CA. He worked as a salesman for Sears in San Jose, CA; for 40 years. He proudly served in the U.S. Army WWII and was also a member of the Elks Lodge.

He is survived by his two sons, Neal Minietta from Elk Grove, CA; Alan Minietta of Wheat Ridge, CO; and brother Charles Minietta of Renton, WA.

Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Bruce Bartley Walrath, 68, passed away at Havasu Nursing Center in Lake Havasu City, on April 2nd, 2003. He was born on July 9th, 1934 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Bruce moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ. 9 months ago from Roswell, GA. He started out as a Disc Jockey for WRNG Radio in Atlanta, GA;then moved up to a radio talk show host. He worked for this radio station for 35 years.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Hamilton, daughter Kathryn Jackson, brother Robert Walrath and one grandchild.

Family request donations be made to Hospice of Havasu or Arizona Humane Society of Lake Havasu City, Az.

Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Barbara Ann "Little Barb" De Mars, 76, passed away April 1, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born to Phillip & Della (Massey) De Mars on February 12, 1927 in Salina, Kansas.

"Little Barb" as she was known to her friends made Lake Havasu her home 3 1/2 years ago, moving here from Salina, Kansas. She was a self employed property manager in Salina for 20 years.

Barbara loved to fish and had a passion for bowling. She holds the Kansas state record for a 3 game series by a left handed bowler with a score of 788. Her personal best single game was 288.

She is survived by her sister, Inez Miller of Nashville, Tennessee; her friend, Barbara "Big Barb" Davis of Lake Havasu and her dog and companion, Sassy.

Memorial services were held Friday, April 11, 2003 at 11:00 AM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel with Rev. Richard Rounds and Rev. Carol Sheffield officiating. Memorial services will also be held in Salina, Kansas in May, 2003.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to go to Hospice of Havasu.

Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Deloy "Joe" Merrill Brown passed away in Denver, CO; on March 27th, 2003 at age 74. He was born in Riverton, UT; on February 18th, 1929,the son of Merrill and Ellen Brown.

He was married to Barbara Everet Tea. Joe is survived by his children Robyn of Boise, ID; Keith and Kimley of Denver, CO; Bruce of Fallon, NV; Chris of Moab, UT; 12 grandchildren, one of which was special to him, Kelly of Boise, ID; l great granddaughter, 1 sister, Marlene (Bob) of Lake Havasu City, AZ; 2 brothers Roger of Murray, UT; and Jim (Valerie) of Kerns, UT; Special companion Bonnie Ortez who cared for him thru his illness, our special thanks. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Barbara, sister Mary Winborg and brother Howard.

There will be no services as per his wishes. Rest in Peace.

Evelyn M. Johns of Lake Havasu City, 87, passed away on March 14, 2003 at Claremont West. Evelyn was born in Springville, N.Y. on March 25, 1915 to Elizabeth and Alfred Dabolt. She married Ercil Johns in 1935 in Buffalo, N.Y.

Evelyn is survived by three sons, Ronald (Chloe) of Fountain Valley, Calif., Gordon (Tamara) of Lake Havasu City, Larry (Madge) of Clarkston, Mich.; six grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in by her parents, Elizabeth and Alfred Dabolt: husband, Ercil, sisters Doris M. Hansen and Odessa Spangler and brother Rhuel Dabolt.

She was a member of Hamburg Baptist Church in Hamburg, N.Y., until she moved to Lake Havasu City in 1978 and became an active member of Calvary Baptist Church. She taught children's Sunday school for over 40 years and served as a organist for both churches. Her family said that she enjoyed being a mother, grandmother and homemaker. Over the years, she enjoyed her many friends. She was an active member of Havasu Regional Medical Center Auxiliary.

A large celebration of her life was enjoyed by her children, grandchilren and great-grandchildren on Dec. 28 and 29, 2002 in Lake Havasu City.

A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m., May 4 at Calvary Baptist Church. Memorial gifts may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund, Calvary Christian Academy or Hospice of Lake Havasu City.

Janet S. Stephens, 82, passed away in Lake Havasu City, AZ. on March 28th, 2003. She was born on February 20th 1921 in Seattle, WA; to Daniel Leroy and Hazle (Higgins) Allen.

Janet is a winter visitor in Lake Havasu City, AZ; and resides in Friday Harbor, WA. She proudly served in the U.S. Navy WWII.

She is survived by her husband Leroy C. Stephens of Friday Harbor, WA; sons Si Alan Stephens and Doug Stephens and daughter Joy Hale.

Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
