Adeline Vivian Sullivan, 84, passed away March 23, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born to Loren & Sophie (Hanson) Thayer on February 19, 1919 in Britton, South Dakota.

Adeline moved to Lake Havasu 3 1/2 years ago from Grants Pass, Oregon. She worked as a waitress for 40 years, working for Rod & Margaret Cotton of Rod's Hickory Pit in El Cerrito, California. Adeline was a member of the Christian Women's Fellowship.

She is survived by her loving family, daughters, Trudy Fulkerson of Lake Havasu, Judy Hopkins of Shingletown, California and Patricia Brooks of Sedro Woolley, Washington; one son, Vincent Sullivan of Cutbank, Montana; nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Her husband of 39 years, Robert W. Sullivan preceded her in death in February 2003.

The family respectfully requests donations go to Hospice of Havasu in Adeline's name. She will be truly missed by everyone who had the opportunity of knowing her.

Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Catrinus Wallet, 77, passed away March, 20, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Cornelius Jacob Veldhuisen and Trientje Wallet on December 3, 1925 in Alphen A/D Rijn, The Netherlands.

Mr. Wallet made Lake Havasu his home 15 years ago, moving here from Culver City, California. He was a baker for 50 years working for Fred's Bakery in Los Angeles, California.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Barbalina Wallet; one son, Catrinus Wallet of Portland, Oregon; daughter, Tina Kraag of Hawthorne, California, Thea Morinello of Torrance, California and Corrie Verhagen of Corona, California; two brothers Dirk Veldhuizen of Pointe Larue, Seychelles and Ep Wallet of Doorn, The Netherlands; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Monday, March 24, 2003 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM with funeral services following at 2:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Rev. Richard Rounds will officiate. Interment will follow the services at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.

Donations are requested to go to Hospice of Havasu in his name.

Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Jerry Lee Jackson, 72, died Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at the home of her daughter, Carreen Bartholow in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

She was born at home in Waterville, Kansas on May 1, 1930. She was the daughter of Faye and Lloyd Wanamaker.

She attended Compton High School and Compton Jr. College in California, and graduated in 1948. She married Kenneth Jackson on August 28, 1948. Two children were born from this union; Carreen Bartholow of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and John Jackson of Mukilteo, Washington.

In 1942 she moved from Kansas with her family to Calfifornia. She worked for the phone company, bank, other various jobs and then retired from Sears in Buena Park, California in the late 1980's.

She moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona in 1994 to live with and care for her mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth and parents, Lloyd and Faye Wanamaker.

She is survived by her two children, Carreen Bartholow of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and son and daughter-in-law, John and Mindy Jackson of Mukilteo, Washington; grandchildren, Jason Bartholow of Anaheim, California, Brandi and husband Tommy Lomeli of Anaheim, California, Jed Jackson of Everett, Washington, Ryan Michelotti of Mukilteo, Washington, Ron Michelotti of Corona, California; brother and sister-in-law, Monte and Sandy Wanamaker of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and sister Deborah Simpson of Downey, California. She is also survived by her great-granddoggies, Mitzi, Winnie, Molly, Emily and Bruin and two guinea pigs, Chewy and Sweet Pea.

Jerry was a very loving and giving person and will be sadly missed by her family.

At Jerry's request there will be no public memorial service. After cremation, a private memorial will be held later in California by her loving family.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any donations be made to the Humane Society of your choice or to Hospice of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

The family offers their personal thanks and gratitude to Hospice and to all the caregivers in her final days.

Norma Jean Cornelius, 67, passed away Thursday, March 20th after a valiant battle with cancer. She was born to Henry & Austinetta (Sherman) Roberson September 4, 1935 in Oakland, California.

She leaves behind Herbert, her high school sweetheart and husband of 48 years; son, Mark of Los Alamitos; daughter, Robann of Sun City and six beloved, beautiful grandsons.

Norma was a homemaker and involved member of the community while raising her family and re-entered the work force when her kids were older.

Most importantly, she was an incredible, loving and gentle hearted woman, wife, mother, grammy, sister, aunt and friend.

She was an inspiration to all who had the privilege of being part of her life and mere words cannot convey the depth of our loss.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, March 24th at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home in Lake Havasu City. Rev. Richard Rounds will officiate.

Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Frank "Larry" L. Butler, 91, passed away on March 19th, 2003 at Havasu Nursing Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on December 15th, 1911 in Providence, Rhode Island.

Larry moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 4 years ago from Thompson, Conn. He worked as a credit & collection clerk for Exxon in Boston, MA; for 40 years. Frank proudly served in the U.S.Army Air Corps. He was a member of the American Legion for 53 years and the last 4 years at Lake Havasu Post 8l.

He is survived by his two sons, Scott Paul Butler of New York City, NY; Bruce Butler of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; daughter Diane E. Rondeau of Lake Havasu City, AZ; grandchild Kim Fernandez and great grandchildren Vanessa and Nicholas Fernandez.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Poppy program at the American Legion.

Arrangements were made by Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Frank Albert Shilosky, 71, passed away March 17, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Frank & Marie (Olmi) Shilosky on January 26, 1932 in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Frank moved to Lake Havasu 30 years ago from Arlington, Massachusetts. He was owner and operator of House of Samurai for the past 30 years whereas he impacted many lives with his martial arts expertise. He held a 7th degree black belt in karate and was inducted in to the Masters Hall of Fame for outstanding performance in martial arts.

Frank was a proud member in the US Army during WWII and also a member of the American Legion Post 81.

Frank is survived by his loving wife, Marna Shilosky; sons, Chip Shilosky and Gary Shilosky both of Lake Havasu and Jay Shilosky of Garden City, Kansas; daughters Lynn Ussigleo of Orlando, Florida, Tracy Reasor of Ohio and Elizabeth Shilosky of Lake Havasu. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2003 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Graveside services will be at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens, Thursday, March 20, 2003, 11:00 AM and a memorial service will also be held Thursday, March 20, 4:00 PM at Praise Fellowship Foursquare. Pastor Gary Meyer will officiate.

The family request donations to go to Havasu for Youth.

Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
