Lillian Ellen Dingelstedt, 85, of Lake Havasu City, a member of the Grace Episcopal Church and a volunteer at the Senior Center, died Monday, September 22, 2003.

She was born September 9, 1918, to Thomas and Catherine Cleaver in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior to her move to Lake Havasu City, she had lived in Trenton, Florida after her retirement as a school bus driver in New York. Prior to driving a school bus she worked at the Sperry Rand Corporation and at Islip MacArthur Airport.

An active participant in her community, Lillian taught Sunday school, was a Girl Scout leader, involved in school organizations such as the PTA and Band Boosters. She enjoyed breeding and showing AKC German shepherds. Lillian was also involved in the sports of Go-Kart and Jet Ski racing.

She is survived by her two loving daughters, JoAnn Fischetti and her husband Rob of Lake Havasu and Debbie Johnston of Centereach, Long Island; three grandchildren, Chris (The Flying Fish) Fischetti of Lake Havasu City, Jean Ann and Jenifer Johnston, Long Island; and twin great granddaughters, Julia and Madison Jacobellis, also of Long Island, and nephew Frank Cleaver and his wife Nancy and their daughter Diane, from Escondido, California.

Lillian will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

A private ceremony will be held to honor her life.

Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Lenora Melvina Doutre 87, passed away on September 20, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born on December 31, 1915 in Saginaw, Michigan to Wilbur and Lola (Adams) McClymont.

Lenora moved to Lake Havasu City from Saginaw, Michigan one year ago.

Lenora is survived by four daughters, Laurie Buggia, Esther Foy, Ruth Ciolek and Kay Danston. She is preceded in death by her husband Edward G. Doutre.

No services will be held.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Wayne Derrick Buffington, 84, passed away September 19, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born to Eli & Gertrude (Derrick) Buffington on April 27, 1919 in Bunker, Missouri.

Wayne moved to Lake Havasu 2 years ago from San Diego, California. He worked as a buyer for Ametek in El Cajon, California for 25 years. He was an avid fan of horse racing.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Marcella; son Scott Buffington of Lake Havasu and one daughter Becky Thurman of Wichita, Kansas.

Wayne will be dearly missed by all his family, friends and anyone who knew him.

Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

James Victor Johnston passed away September 14th, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born March 28th, 1914 to William Paul Johnston and Anna Blanche Gardner Johnston in Pittsburgh, PA.

Vic proudly served his Country during WWII in the South Pacific.

In his early years he owned and operated service stations and enjoyed his work and the people he worked with and served. Later in life he managed 2 mobile home parks in California. He enjoyed working and was 81 years of age before he retired.

Vic is survived by his daughter Paula Anderson and son-in-law Robert of Lake Havasu City, AZ; his granddaughter Amy Melrose Gingrich and husband Steve, great grandchildren Brittney and Stephen Gingrich of Aliso Viejo, CA; granddaughter Beckie Anderson Riggs and husband Derrick, great grandchildren Austin and Georgia Riggs of Azusa, CA; and grandson Brian Anderson of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Also surviving him is his companion Fay DuBose of Victorville, CA. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Paula’s mother, Esther Ruth Banks Johnston and second wife Charlotte Newmann Johnston.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association/Northern Arizona Region/Lake Havasu City Area, 225 Grove Ave. Ste B, Prescott, AZ, 86301 or Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ. 86405.

A graveside service for family and close friends will be held at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Riverside, CA; on Saturday, September 20th, 2003 at 10:00 AM

Bonnie Martin, 88, passed away on August 29th, 2002 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born to loving parents Charlie Coe and Mattie "Edens" Coe on September 1st, 1913 in Clay County, Tennessee.

Bonnie moved to Arizona 44 years ago from Indiana and is survived by her nephew William Coe of Tompkinsville, Kentucky.

Bonnie will be buried at Eastlawn Cemetery in Tucson, Arizona. Arrangements in Tucson, Arizona will be made by Adair Avalon Funeral Home 8090 N. Northern Ave. Tucson, Arizona 85704. 520-742-7901.

Local arrangements were made by the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Velma Doris Tracy 83, passed away on August 29th, 2002 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born to George Bedford Coles and Matilda "Hendrickson" Coles on September 27th, 1918 in Needles, California.

Velma was an accountant for National Cash Register in Las Vegas, Nevada for 20 years. She moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona 17 years ago from Reno, Nevada where she was a training specialist in Systems and Procedures for National Cash Register. She is past president of the Junior League of Southern California and enjoyed fishing, horses and dancing. In her early years she was a ballerina and studied under Nico Charisse (husband of Cyd Charisse).

Velma is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Jerome A. Tracy of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, sons Jonathan B. Tracy of St. George, Utah, and Jerome E. Tracy of Phoenix, Arizona.

Donations can be made to St. Judes in Boulder City, Nevada.

Visitation will be held on Monday September 2nd, 2002 from 6 - 8 PM at the Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 3rd, 2002 at 8:30 AM at the Lietz-Fraze Chapel with Rev. Richard Rounds officiating. Burial will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements were made by the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.

Violet Carol Edenfield, 74, passed away on August 29th, 2002 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born on March 25th, 1928 to Adolf Abruzzo and Violet Lillian "Woods" Abruzzo in Queens, New York.

Violet was a self-employed bookkeeper for 30 years in Wasilla, Alaska. She moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona 15 years ago from Willow Alaska. She is a member of Lakeview Community Church in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Violet is survived by her daughters Christine Carol Burch of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Debra Lynn Bolles of Anchorage, Alaska, Pamela Anne Edenfield of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, brother Henry Mullaney of Portland, Oregon, sister Leslye Stolze of Niceville, Florida, grandchildren Grady Henderson, Scott Henderson, Shawn Bolles, David Bolles, great grandchildren Madison Henderson and Nolan Henderson.

A memorial services will be held on Saturday August 31st, 2002 at 10:00 A.M. at Lakeview Community Church with Pastor Dale Ray officiating.

Arrangements were made by the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
