Rev. Floyd W. Trammell
A funeral for Rev. Floyd W. Trammell, 69, of Fairfield, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bebe Memorial Cathedral C.M.E. Church.
Pastor Harry Redds will officiate. Burial will be in Suisun Fairfield Cemetery.
Mr. Trammell died July 13, 2000, in Fairfield after an illness.
Born April 5, 1931, in Stephens, Ark., he lived in Fairfield for 17 years. He was a pastor and evangelist in the C.M.E. Church for 27 years.
Mr. Trammell is survived by his wife, Augustine of Fairfield; daughters, Annalisa Dennis of Fairfield, Mary of Oakland and LaSharon Allen of Sacramento; son, Floyd Wardell of San Francisco; sister, Anna Lee Hawthorn of San Francisco; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends; eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, at St. Stephens CME Church.
Arrangements were handled by Solano Valley Mortuary.
Aurel Putnam Tremblay
A memorial service for Aurel Putnam Tremblay, 92, of Fairfield, will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, in Bryan-Braker Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment will be private.
Mr. Tremblay died July 15, 2000, in Fairfield after a short illness.
Born April 20, 1908, in Lawrence, Mass., he lived in Fairfield for 42 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring in the grade of chief master sergeant in 1961. During his tour he served as a first sergeant and air freight specialist. He served in the World War II and Korea. He worked at Travis Air Force Base, Civil Service, Air Force Supply Inspector.
He was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, served as an usher and an altar Boy. Member of BPOE Elks Fairfield 1976. He graduated from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. Played football and track at Georgetown University from 1930 to 1932. He was the Massachusetts state champion in the shot put from 1926 to 1927. Member All Boston All Star Team from 1925-1945. He coached high school football in Muskegen, Mich.
Mr. Tremblay is survived by his daughter, Selma Rose of Ft. Jones; son, Putnam James of Fairfield; grandchildren, Tanya Krone of Woodlawn; sister, Trudy Parris of Lawrence, Mass.; two great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by Bryan-Braker Funeral Home.
Jack B. Dyberg
There will no formal services held for Jack B. Dyberg, 63, of Vacaville at his request. Inurnment will be private.
Mr. Dyberg died July 10, 2000, in Vallejo after a long illness.
Born Sept. 21, 1936, in Chicago, Ill., he resided in Vacaville. He was well-known and liked by shopkeepers and shoppers alike, having served as a security guard to The Vacaville Commons Shopping Center from 1993-99. He was unable to stay due to complications from Myotonic Dystrophy, a type of Muscular Dystrophy.
He grew up and graduated from high school in Moweaqua, Ill., where he played basketball and football. He served in the United States Army from 1960 to 1962. He retired after 29 years as a field representative from a major tire and battery distributor in 1992. During his career, he and his family lived in many places including Cleveland, Ohio; Louisville, Ky.; Arvada, Colo.; Vancouver, Wash.; and Snellville, Ga.
Mr. Dyberg is survived by his wife, Shirley of Vacaville; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Kurt Niegel of Vacaville; son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Sandy of Vacaville; grandson, Matthew Niegel; brother-in-law, Dr. Robert Thompson of Tulsa, Okla.; many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 650 University Avenue, Suite 108, Sacramento, 95825.

Marvin F. Kindelt
A funeral for Marvin F. Kindelt, 90, of Fairfield, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Bryan-Braker Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
The Rev. Jescie France will preside. Interment will be in Rockville Cemetery.
Mr. Kindelt died July 18, 2000, in NorthBay Medical Center after a short illness.
Born Jan. 6, 1910, in Rumsey, he lived in Fairfield for 73 years. From 1927 to 1931 he worked for the United States Government as a predatory trapper. He worked as a fireman for the Benicia Arsenal from 1931 to 1963. He retired in 1963. He loved to play poker at the Senior Center.
Mr. Kindelt is survived by his wife, June of Fairfield; sons and daughters-in-law, Ned and Beverly of Roseville and Mark and Gail of Pollock Pines; stepson, Wayne Engell of Suisun; stepdaughter, Carol Bingman of Fallon, Nev.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Shawn Arne Salo
A funeral for Shawn Arne Salo, 33, of Denver, Colo., will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Bryan-Braker Funeral Home.
Pastor Bobby Novak will officiate. Entombment will be in Fairmont Memorial Park.
Mr. Salo died July 3, 2000, in Denver.
Born April 26, 1967, in Sacramento, he lived in Denver for 7 years. He was a member of Victory Outreach Ministries of Sacramento.
Mr. Salo is survived by his mother, Lucia Hearsum of Suisun; sister and brother-in-law, Lusia and Jason Gillis of Suisun; sister, Christine Lucky of Fairfield; brother, Joshua Tomlinson of Suisun. He was preceded in death by his brother, Antonio Vargas.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday in Bryan-Braker Funeral Home.
Chadwick J. Skoglie
Memorial services for Chadwick J. Skoglie, 27, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Demaray's Chapel in Shoshone, Idaho.
Mr. Skoglie died on July 13, 2000, in a car accident in Watsonville.
Born on July 15, 1972, in Grass Valley, he attended Nevada Union High School.
Mr. Skoglie is survived by his daughters, Mckenna and Natasha; parents, Larry of Watsonville, and Pamela and Ernesto Vasquez of Shoshone; twin brother, Shadwell of Dixon; sister and brother-in-law, Tamara and Philip Morgan of Lawton, Okla.; brother, Erech Vasquez of Parker, Ariz.; and grandparents, Gloria and Donald Wilde of Shoshone.

Avelina R. Wilson
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Avelina R. Wilson, 70, of Elmira at 1 p.m. Friday in St. Mary's Catholic Church.
The Rev. Benedict DeLeon will preside. Interment will follow at Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilson died July 16, 2000, in Vacaville after a brief illness.
Born Nov. 7, 1929, in Salamanca, Mexico, she resided in Elmira. She worked for Social Services of Yolo County for 25 years. She was a member of the Guadalupe Society and the Elmira Fire Sirens.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her children, Ralph R. Price of Riverbank, Fred Price of Elmira, Art Price of Kerman, Ira Price of Elmira, Avelina Amador of Fairfield; three sisters, four brothers and her mother, all of Mexico; grandchildren, Kristin, Brandon and Andrea Price, Elena Mendoza, Paulina and Fernando Price, Machelle, Zebulon, Jack and Angela Price, Pancho, Junior and Shylo Ivie, Elizabell, Aira and Romario, all of California and Barbara Price of Texas; great-grandchildren, Zebulon, Pancho and McKenzie Ivie, Jordan and Austin Ivie, all of California.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at McCune Garden Chapel.

Brandon Cherry
A funeral for Brandon Cherry, 20, of Vacaville will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Grace Baptist Church in Oakland. The Rev. Charles Hopkins will officiate. Visitation will be immediately preceding the services. Burial will be private in Vacaville.
Mr. Cherry died at a local hospital after a brief illness.
Born on Jan. 15, 1980, in Oakland, he lived in Vacaville for the past 11 years.
Mr. Cherry is survived by his parents, Billy Sr. and Cherry of Vacaville; sisters, Tiffany and Ayana of Fairfield; brothers, Billy Jr., Felipe and Juan of Vacaville; and grandmother, Alice Pearl Robinson of Winnfield, La.

Alyce Harbert Hampton
At the family's request, there will be no services for Alyce Harbert Hampton, 79, of Vacaville.
Mrs. Hampton died on July 14, 2000, in Vacaville after a short illness.
Born on May 22, 1921, in Neosho, Mo., she lived in Vacaville for the past four years.
Mrs. Hampton is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, John and Monica of Miami Beach, Fla., and Craig and Liane of Vacaville; son, Mike of Tustin; grandchildren, Michael, Bradley and Christina of Tustin, and Robbie, David, Michala and Anna of Vacaville; and sisters, Mary McCrite and Louise McCoomb of Roswell, N.M.

Debra Lavoie
There will be no services for Debra Lavoie, 46, of Fairfield. Her ashes will be scattered at sea.
Mrs. Lavoie died on July 18, 2000, at NorthBay Medical Center in Fairfield after a short illness.
Born on June 17, 1954, at Great Lakes Naval Air Station, Ill., she lived in Fairfield for the past 34 years. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Lavoie is survived by her husband, Vernal of Twenty-Nine Palms; father, Wilbur Ainslie of Fairfield; sisters, Patricia Ainslie and Margaret Reese, both of Fairfield, and Susan Clay of San Francisco; and brothers, Barry Ainslie of Fairfield and Kevin Ainslie of Granite Falls, Minn.

James D. Cooper Sr.
A funeral for James D. Cooper Sr., 69, of Vacaville will be 9:30 a.m. Monday at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home in Fairfield. Pastor Rick Stonestreet will officiate. Interment will be at Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Cooper died on July 18, 2000, in Fairfield after a short illness.
Born on Dec. 27, 1930, in New Albany, Miss., he lived in Vacaville for the past 32 years. He was a sheet metal worker in the U.S. Air Force, attaining the rank of master sergeant and retiring after 20 years. He was a member of the Vacaville Masonic Lodge A&FM No. 134.
Mr. Cooper is survived by his wife, Hajime D. of Vacaville; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Troy Perrell of Clayton; son, Mark of Vacaville; son and daughter-in-law, James Jr. and Sandra of El Dorado Hills; and sister, Shirley Duncan of Eureka, Mo. He also has two grandchildren.
Clifford 'Spike' T. Engell
A funeral for Clifford 'Spike' T. Engell, 94, of Suisun will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home in Fairfield. Interment will be at Suisun-Fairfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Engell died on July 19, 2000, at Laurel Creek Heath Care Center in Fairfield after a long illness.
Born on Jan. 26, 1906, in Denverton, he was a lifelong resident of Solano County. He graduated from Armijo High School in Fairfield before working at, owning and operating Al & Spike Engell's Super Service Station in Suisun for 25 years. He retired from the service station business and continued in the ranching business until 1995. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. Suisun Lodge No. 78, and the Farm Bureau. He was also a member of the Suisun City Volunteer Fire Department. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Mr. Engell is survived by his nieces, Esther Rowland, Alice Barbara Anderson, Gloria Garcia, all of Fairfield, Berniece Weigel of Hayward, Arlene Reynolds of Napa, and Carol Bingman of Fallon, Nev.; and nephews, Art of Suisun, Gary of Redding, and Wayne of Suisun. He has numerous other relatives and friends.

Rosie Martyniak
A funeral for Rosie Martyniak, 74, of Fairfield will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Fairfield. The Rev. Sebastian Meyer will officiate. Interment will be at Suisun-Fairfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday at the church.

Born on Dec. 10, 1925, in Antioch, she lived in Fairfield for the past 12 years. She was a member of Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. She loved dancing, such as samba, rumba, hula, tap and jitterbug. She performed at senior centers and at Solano College with the John Keesler Company. She also loved gardening, cooking and travel, especially to Hawaii. She was devoted to her husband and family and was a homemaker for 53 years.
Mrs. Martyniak is survived by her husband, William of Fairfield; daughters and sons-in-law, Joann and Allan Schultz of Laguna Hills, and Marilyn and Bill Moretti of Austin, Texas; brothers, Louise Millar of Brentwood, Roy Millar of Stockton, Augie Millar of Pioneer, Enos Millar of San Francisco, Andy Millar of Pioneer, Danny Millar of Pleasant Hill, Albert Millar of Orinda, and Peter Martyniak of Oakland; and sisters, Esther Thomas of Castro Valley and Gloria Oliver of San Jose.
