Isabel Perez Lemos, 77, of Visalia was born on Nov. 28, 1923, to Francisco and Jessie Perez in Sanger. She passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2001, in Visalia. She was a homemaker.
Isabel was a loving wife and mother. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was content and happy. Isabel entered into the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ June 6. She will be greatly missed by all whose life's she touched.
Survivors include her husband, Gabriel G. Lemos; children Sylvia McManis, Robert Hernandez, Yevette Chavez, Ronald Herman, Lavonne Obiols, Gregory Lemos, Brice Lemos, Lenordo Lemos, and Kathleen Lemos; 31 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Grace Community Church, 424 N. Lovers Lane, Visalia. Arrangements are by Hadley Funeral Chapel, Visalia.

Thelma Coralie Stigall, 80, of Visalia died Tuesday, June 5, 2001.

David B. Wheat, 48, of Tulare died Saturday, May 5, 2001. He was a farmer.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Corcoran District Cemetery. Arrangements are by Goble-Miller Funeral Chapel, Tulare.
Orlando Calistro
Refrigeration technician
FARMERSVILLE -- Orlando Calistro, 28, of Farmersville died Friday, June 15, 2001. He was a refrigeration technician.
Orlando was born on September 2, 1972, in Los Banos and moved at an early age with his family to Farmersville where he was raised and educated. Orlando loved sports and the outdoors, having barbecues for his family and friends. He especially enjoyed cooking. He was employed at Alvarez Air as a technician. Orlando was a loving son, husband, brother and devoted father. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him and will be in our hearts forever.
Orlando was a member of Victory Outreach Visalia.
Orlando is survived by his loving family, his wife, Olivia Calistro of Farmersville; parents, Noemi and Paul Boyer of Farmersville and Fred Calistro of Tulare; grandparents Connie Calistro of Exeter and Diego Macias of Visalia; his five children, Orlando Calistro, Jr. of North Carolina, Alex Rosado of Farmersville, Gabriella Calistro, Anthony Calistro and Vanessa Calistro, all of Farmersville; two sisters, Faye Doporto and Valerie Del Real, both of Farmersville. Four nephews and three nieces of Farmersville and numerous cousins also survive him.
Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday, wake will be 7 p.m. Tuesday and service will be 9 a.m. Wednesday, all at Calvary Holiness Church, Farmersville. Arrangements are by Evans Miller Exeter Chapel, Exeter.

KINGSBURG -- Lucina Castillo, 42, of Kingsburg died Thursday, June 14, 2001. She was a homemaker.
Rosary will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Kingsburg. Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements by Dopkins Funeral Chapel, Dinuba.
Gregory Scott Dowell
REEDLEY -- Gregory Scott Dowell, 41, of Reedley died Tuesday, June 12, 2001.
Greg was born in Everett, Wash., on May 27, 1960, to Bob and Lynn Dowell. He was raised and educated in Visalia, graduating from Mt. Whitney High School in 1979. He entered the United States Army, serving from 1981 to 1984.
Survivors include his parents, Bob and Lynn Dowell of Visalia; sisters Victoria Mizner of Tulare and Lisa Dock of Visalia; and his grandmother, Dorothy Trottier of Bellingham, Wash.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Miller Memorial Chapel, Visalia.
David S. Lourenco
TULARE -- David S. Lourenco, 27, of Tulare died Tuesday, June 12, 2001.
Viewing will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Miller's Tulare Funeral Home, Tulare. Recitation of Rosary followed by Mass of Resurrection will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church. Burial will be at Tulare Cemetery.
John Joseph Schueller
John Joseph Schueller passed away Thursday, June 14, 2001. He was born on Dec. 20, 1914. to Joseph and Mary Schueller in Visalia.
He graduated from Visalia High School in 1933, was a carpenter locally before working at the Bostich Co. machine shop for 11 years. He retired in 1977.
He was a member of the Sam and Sally R.V. group and thoroughly enjoyed his many trips and fellowships with friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Jewel, his two daughters, Jimmie East of Tehachapi and Kathryn Johnson of Orosi, 12 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and one sister, Lucille Aubuchon.
He had one son, Herbert Schueller of Cerritos, who proceeded him in death on May 3, 2001.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2001, at Hadley Funeral Chapel. Rosary will be 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hadley's. Mass will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment to follow at the Visalia Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hadley Funeral Chapel.

Roy P. Benz, 87, of Tulare died Sunday, June 24, 2001. He was a retired school teacher.
Graveside services will be 9 a.m. Friday at Tulare District Cemetery. Arrangements are by Miller's Tulare Funeral Home.
