Virginia E. 'Ginna' Pritchard
A Catholic Prayer Service for Virginia E. "Ginna" Pritchard, 79, of Vallejo will be 10 a.m. Monday at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home.
The Rev. William Kanine of St. Catherine's Catholic Church will officiate. Inurnment will be private at Silveyville Cemetery.
Born Jan. 4, 1920, in Sacramento, Mrs. Pritchard died June 16, 1999, in Vallejo.
Mrs. Pritchard worked at various retail stores while living in Sacramento and was a homemaker for 40 years. She loved the ocean, the beach and gardening.
Mrs. Pritchard is survived by her husband, William of Vallejo; sons, Ronald of Oakland and William of Vallejo; and sister, Dorothy Hayn of Santa Rosa.
Kay Dockery
Services for Kay Dockery, 59, of Vacaville will be held in Maryville, Tenn., June 27.
Born July 7, 1939, in Laurelburg, Tenn., Mrs. Dockery died June 14, 1999, in Vacaville.
A resident of Vacaville for 21 years, Mrs. Dockery worked for Serta Mattress Co. for 15 years and enjoyed playing bingo, sewing and traveling. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Jeff Polder of Vacaville, Paula and Peter Ferron of Kentucky, Anita and Jerry Borchers of Vacaville, and Kimberly Dockery and Roger Hilligas of Travis Air Force Base; father and mother, James and Joyce Martin of Tennessee; brothers, Jimmy, Johnny and Gary Martin, all of Tennessee; sisters, Nancy Steadman and Jody Wilkins, both of Tennessee; grandchildren, Stacy Fazzare of Vacaville, Adam Glasser of Vacaville, Trinity and Summer Hurst of Kentucky, Jessica Ferron of Kentucky, Heather Hilligas of Fairfield, Brittney Forren of Kentucky, Blake Borchers of Vacaville, Amanda Forren of Kentucky, Andrew Aadland of Travis Air Force Base, and Kodi Crotzer of Vacaville; great-grandchildren, Patrick and Alyssa Boldrin of Vacaville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Dockery was preceded in death by her husband, Horace.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Ovarian Research Center, with checks payable to Gilda Radner FOCR, at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY 14263.

Jaeng Bertany
A Buddhist service for Jaeng Bertany, 57, of Suisun City, will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Solano Valley Mortuary. Disposition will be private.
Born March 5, 1942, in Thailand, Mrs. Bertany died June 18, 1999, in Sacramento.
A resident of Suisun City for 19 years, she worked for University of California, San Francisco, Hospital for 10 years.
Mrs. Bertany is survived by her husband, Donald of Suisun City; and sons, Jeff and Bryan of Suisun City.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Solano Valley Mortuary.
Jose Sanchez
Graveside services for Jose Sanchez, 69, of Fairfield, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Suisun-Fairfield Cemetery. The Rev. Bruce Moore will officiate. Burial will follow.
Born May 11, 1930, in Sugarland, Texas, Mr. Sanchez died June 15, 1999, at NorthBay Medical Center.
A resident of Fairfield for 49 years, Mr. Sanchez was a mechanic for Dick Lewis Ford for 49 years.
Mr. Sanchez is survived by his wife, Beatress of Fairfield; stepdaughters, Pamela Onorato and Sandra Hoffman, both of Fairfield; sisters, Manuela Jalono and Sofia Ramos, both of Houston; grandchildren, Amber Hoffman, Shannon Newlun and Cody Summers of Fairfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fairfield Funeral Home.
Robert Ray Webb
At his request, there will be no services for Robert Ray Webb, 76, of Woodland. Inurnment will be private at Silveyville Cemetery.
Born Jan. 29, 1923, in Lancaster, Ohio, Mr. Webb died June 16, 1999, in Dixon.
A resident of Woodland for 58 years, Mr. Webb worked for 45 years with the Department of Motor Vehicles. He was an avid traveler and enjoyed music, the theater and going to musicals.
Mr. Webb is survived by his mother, Anne of Woodland; sister, Evelyn Dutre of Dixon; brothers, Donald "Spido" and Paul, both of Dixon; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, David Ray Webb; and sister, Ruth Ferguson.

Jeannine 'Babe' Mears
Graveside services for Jeannine "Babe" Mears, 68, of Vacaville, will be noon today at the Rolling Hills Memorial Park in Richmond.
Born Aug. 8, 1930, in Texas, Mrs. Mears died at home June 16, 1999, of natural causes.
She lived in Vacaville for 10 years. Her prior home was in San Pablo.
She was a homemaker and self-employed domestic.
She loved her family, friends and going for rides.
She is survived by her husband, Ed of Vacaville; daughter, Janice Bandini of Agoura Hills; son, Ronnie of Vacaville; and a grandchild.

Felipa Lolita Alvarado
Funeral services for Felipa Lolita Alvarado, 91, of Dixon will be 7 p.m. Friday at the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Dixon.
Pastors Lou Harding and Luis Rosales will preside. Interment will be in Guatemala.
Mrs. Alvarado died June 20, 1999, in Davis after a short illness.
Born May 26, 1908, in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, she lived in Dixon for 33 years. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
Mrs. Alvarado is survived by her sons and daughters, Juliana Contreras, Amanda Ortiz, Laura D. Ortiz, Rolando Ortiz, Edgar Ortiz and Anibal Ortiz Morales, all of Dixon; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Thurston W. 'Barney' Barnes
Funeral services for Thurston W. "Barney" Barnes, 69, of Fairfield will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home.
Stan Sanderson will officiate. Disposition will be private.
Mr. Barnes died June 19, 1999, at San Miguel Villa in Concord after a long illness.
Born July 15, 1920, in Hartshorne, Okla., he lived in Fairfield for two years, and he lived in Napa for 30 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean conflict from 1950 to 1952. He was a self-employed carpenter contractor for 15 years and a driver for Syar & Harms for 12 years. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 490 of Vallejo, the Carpenters Local 180 of Vallejo, twice president of Vallejo Horseman's Association from 1960 to 1970, Napa Chapter of Clambers Club and Napa Chapter of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Mr. Barnes is survived by his sons, Rocky of Ocean View, Hawaii, Duane, Jim and Curtis, all of Fairfield, and Dan of Woodland; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Kenya Renne' Dyer-Budzinack
Funeral services for Kenya Renne' Dyer-Budzinack, newborn, will be 2 p.m. Friday in the Chapel Center, Travis Air Force Base.
Second Lt. Robert Miskowski and Chaplain Art Homer will officiate. Disposition will be private at St. John's Cemetery
in Wallingford, Conn.
The newborn died June 15, 1999, in David Grant Medical Center.
Kenya is survived by her mother and father, Roxanne Dyer and Christian Budzinack, of Suisun City; grandparents, Ella and Lawrence Dyer of Fayetteville, N.C., and Janet Budzinack of Wallingford; aunts, Stacy McFadden of Hayward and Jaisy Budzinack of Wallingford; and uncle, Tyrone Dyer of Barksdale Air Force Base, La.

William Ball Harney, III
No funeral services are scheduled for William Ball Harney, III, 44, of Vacaville.
Inurnment will be private in Memorial Park in Robstown, Texas.
Born Sept. 3, 1954, in Corpus Christi, Texas, he died June 19, in his home after a short illness.
He lived 5 1/2 years in Fairfield and 5 1/2 years in Vacaville and was a Color Tile salesperson for 9 years, employed in Fairfield and previously in Corpus Christi.
He was an Army veteran from 1973 to 1980.
Mr. Harney is survived by his wife, Angelica; daughters, April (Jody) Harmeier of Magnolia, Texas, and Amee L. Cain of Tomball, Texas; stepson, Dakota Gonsalves of Vacaville; sister, Holly Bocklholdt of Corpus Christi; parents, William Jr. and Marjorie of Robstown; nephew Jared Bockhold of Corpus Christi and grandson, Brice A. Harmeier of Magnolia, Texas.

Virginia A. Maupin
A private memorial service for Virginia A. Maupin, 83, of Fairfield will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Mountain Ranch Cemetery
in Calaveras County.
Mrs. Maupin died June 21, 1999, in Sunrise Care Center in Vallejo after a long illness.
Born June 10, 1916, in Miami, Okla., she lived in Fairfield for 31 years. She worked as a retail clerk at the Home Bakery in Vallejo and at the Raley's bakery in Fairfield. She was a member of the Moose Lodge in Vacaville and enjoyed painting china.
Mrs. Maupin is survived by a niece, Carole Cote of Pine Grove; a nephew, Ronald E. Gilbreath of Vallejo; great-nieces, Tina Sweeney of Suisun City and Jennifer Munn of Dixon; great-nephew, Todd Cakus of Fairfield and brother-in-law, Ronald R. Gilbreath of Napa.

Donald Francis Schlichte
Funeral services for Donald Francis Schlichte, 67, of Fairfield will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Bryan-Braker Funeral Home.
His son, the Rev. Carl Schlichte will officiate. Disposition will be private.
Mr. Schlichte died June 20, 1999, in NorthBay Medical Center after a long illness.
Born Feb. 22, 1932, in Bozeman, Mont., he lived in Fairfield for eight years. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean conflict and was a supervisor for United Way at Chevron USA, retiring after 32 years.
Mr. Schlichte was an avid golfer.
He is survived by his son, Carl of Los Angeles; brother, Rolland of Albany, Ore.; and, a longtime companion, Gloria Watkins of Fairfield.
