Eldest grandson of William and Betty Stone of Port Perry and the late Bill and Bernice Bradley of Unionville. He will be deeply mourned by the Bradley and Stone families and by his many friends. Relatives and friends will be received at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905 985-2171) on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Jeff Bradley will be held in the Greenbank United Church on Friday, January 31th at 2 p.m. with Reverend Ross Carson and Reverend Robert Le Page officiating. Interment Bethel Cemetery, Greenbank in the Spring. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Children's Wish Foundation or the Community Memorial Hospital Foundation in Port Perry.

At Sunnycrest Nursing Home on Sunday January 26, 2003, Eleanor Mae Britton in her 90th year, beloved wife of the late Frank Britton. Dear mother of Judy Cook of Oshawa, Thomas Eritton of New Zealand and David Britton of Oshawa. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Benjamin, Matthew, Gillian and Christopher. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday February 21 at 2.30 p.m. from the Chapel of the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME 124 King Street East, Oshawa. Visitation one hour prior to service.

Peacefully at Ballycliffe Nursing Home, Ajax, on Sunday January 26, 2003. Beloved husband of the late Minnie Edwards. Loving father of Betty Perks and her husband Doug, and Mildred Lucas and her husband Bill. Loved greatly by his granddaughters Laurie Perks, Cathy Atkinson (Len), Allison Gordon (Chris), Karen Lucas (Aaron) and great-grandchildren Eric and Mikayla Gordon. Friends will be received at the Taylor Funeral Home "Newmarket Chapel", 524 Davis Dr., Newmarket, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday January 30, 2003 at 3 o'clock in the chapel. NEWELL, Albert Kenneth -
Better known to his family and friends as Kenny. After a brief but courageous struggle with cancer, passed away at home in Ajax, on January 26, 2003, in the warmth and love of his surrounding family. Kenny at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband of 46 years to Audrey. Treasured Dad of Linda and her husband Greg Perron, and Lora and her husband Anton Cook. Devoted Grampie of Isaac, Jonathan, Jessie and Emily. A special thank you for the wonderful care and support given by the Durham Access to Care, Durham Hospice, Kathy Frederick (RN extraordinaire), and Dr. Tanious. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday, January 29, 2003 at 1 p.m. Interment Duffin Meadows. ROBERT, Geraldine Theresa (nee Bondy) -
At the Ajax/Pickering General Hospital on Sunday, January 26, 2003 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late George Armand. Loving mother of Carol Anne (Stanley) of Windsor, Gary (Cathy) of Bowmanville, Paul (Dianne) of Oshawa, and George (Faith) of Newcastle. Dear grandmother of ten and great-grandmother of eight. Predeceased by four brothers and three sisters. Sister-in-law of John and Mary Robert and Gertrude Robert of Southgate, Michigan, Pat and Bruce Stapleton of Roseville, Michigan and Theresa and Lawrence Biskaer of Stow, Ohio. Geraldine was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary and Legion of Mary at St. Bernadette's Church, The Literacy Council and the VON Teacher's Assistance Program at Applecroft Elementary School. Mrs. Robert was also a supply teacher for many years in both the Separate and Public School Systems. Friends will be received at the Accettone Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at St. Bernadette's Church (21 Bayly St. East, Ajax) at 1 p.m. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated.

SCOTT, John Sherman -
In comfort and peace on Sunday, January 26, 2003 after a full and varied life. Born in Primrose ON, July 24, 1913. Raised in Mono Township before marrying Dora Mary Moffatt on October 25, 1941 and moving to the Toronto area, settling in West Rouge in 1943. Sherman and Mary operated a building supply business in Pickering Village for a number of years. Sherman was actively involved in municipal politics in Pickering Township as Reeve and Warden of then Ontario County (now Region of Durham). He was actively involved with the Metropolitan Toronto Conservation Authority for over 25 years and served on its executive board. He had a lengthy involvement with the Pickering Historical Society. Dearly loved by wife Mary, children Christina, and John and his wife Heather, and grandchildren Jason, Lindsay, and Andrew. Predeceased by his brothers Charles, Robert, and George. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday. The funeral service will be held at Pickering Village United Church, 300 Church Street N., Ajax, on Wednesday, January 29, 2003 at 11 a.m. Interment in Burns Cemetery, Mono Centre. Should family and friends so desire, donations to a conservation project of your choice or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

(Member of Lebanon Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 139; Member of 420 Wing of the Golden Wings R.C.A.F. Association). With loving family by his side, James passed away at the Toronto Western Neurological Hospital, on Sunday, January 26, 2003. Beloved husband of 63 years to Flo. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Dear Father. He was surrounded by his family and passed away peacefully in the early hours of Sunday January 26, 2003, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. He was 76. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Wozniak). Loving father of Teresa (and her husband Barry Read), Barb (and her husband Richard Gawlik), Grace (and her husband Stan Borun), Donna (and her husband Bob MacDougall), Ruth (and her fiancé Mark Marple and his daughter Brittany). Loving Dziadzia of Stephanie, Alison, Diane, Kendra, Katie, Alex, Mark, Scott, Andrew, and Stephen. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. He remains, forever in our hearts. Service was held on Tuesday at Trinity United Church at 11 am, Reverend Jamie York Officiated. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery at 3:30 pm Tuesday. DOWECK, Lorris Eloise (nee Marsh) -
Passed away peacefully on January 25, 2003, at Community Nursing Home. Survived by loving husband Jack Doweck. Mother to Roseanne (David) Mitchell and David (Marilyn) Doweck. Will be greatly and sadly missed by her grandchildren Lorraine Mitchell, Matthew Mitchell, Christopher Doweck, Richard Doweck and Derek Gebhart. Her family in Jamaica will also miss her greatly.
