In his 90th year. At Fosterbrooke Long Term Care Facility on Thursday December 11, 2003. Husband of the late Phyllis Northey. Dear father of Vivian and the late Shirley. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by his sisters Doris O'Donnell, Irene (Peg) Gallant, Josephine Hamilton, Marie Badgley and brother Percy Northey. Predeceased by brothers Geoffrey, James and sister Margaret. Visitation will take place at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home Sunday December 14th 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Monday from 12-1pm. Funeral Service will be held in our Chapel on Monday December 15th at 1pm. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens, Whitby . In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the Charity of your Choice. A Legion Service will be held on Sunday at 7pm.

PORTER, Dorothy A. -
(Retired employee of Rockwell International for 25 years). On Thursday, December 11, 2003, at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, with her husband and friends at her side. Dorothy, loving wife and best friend of Ray Porter of Wilmot Creek. Sister of the late Robert Gilmour and sister-in-law of Linda Gilmour of Pefferlaw. Sadly missed by family and friends. Cremation. A memorial service to celebrate Dorothy’s life will be held on Friday, December 19, 2003, at 12 noon in the Wheelhouse at Wilmot Creek. Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, on December 11, 2003 in his 70th year. Brother of Mary Verrydt of Oshawa, also 4 sisters and 3 brothers in Holland. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
