Served overseas as Sargeant in the Army WWII, Landed on Juno Beach D-Day, Past Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #43 Oshawa, and Member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch #67 Lindsay - At Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Saturday November 6, 2004 at the age of 84 years. Loving husband of Gladys of 64 years (nee Shewring). Dear father of David (predeceased), Judy Fice (Doug), and Roger (Helene). Brother of Mary Lawson of Tonawanda, NY, and the late Claude, Ralph, Luella, Edna, Margaret, Nellie, and John. Lovingly remembered by his 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter. Frank will be sadly missed by many nieces & nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #43, 471 Simcoe Street South, Oshawa on Sunday November 14th, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation. Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, on Saturday, November 6, 2004, in her 41st year. Best friend and loving wife for ten years of Randy of Newcastle. Devoted mother of Natalie and Hayley. Cherished daughter of Jean-Guy and Beatrice (Betty) Therrien of Oshawa. Dear sister of Tammy and Dave Burdett of Cambridge; Daniel Therrien of Oshawa; and Sharon Therrien and Janet Donegan of Oshawa. Daughter in law of Albert Winterink and the late Everdina. Sister-in-law of Anne and Joe Theriault, Linda and Mike Dionne, Ron and Cindy Winterink, Ed and Sharon Winterink, and the late Ben Winterink. Grand-daughter of Muriel Farrell. Sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call at the NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 386 Mill St. S. MORGAN, Jim Jr. -
Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 5, 2004 at his home in Oshawa (formerly of Stephenville, Newfoundland) at the age of 37. He has gone to join his beloved Lisa. Jim leaves behind his loving mom Dorothy (Elwin), his father Jim Sr. and his much adored daughter Hannah and son Justin. He will be lovingly remembered by his five sisters Michelle (Randy) O'Quinn, Karen (Darrell), Tina (Geoff), Renee (Mick) and Rebecca. He will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Peacefully, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer at the Lakeridge Health Centre, Bowmanville on Friday, November 5, 2004 at the age of 75. Dot, beloved wife of 50 years of the late Robert (Bob) Thomas. Loving mother of Debbie Scriver (Rick), Cathy Walton (Pat), Sandy Levesque (Mike), and Bobbi Kaiser (Frank). Devoted grandmother of Laura, Sara, Jason, Alana, Dan, Megan, Amanda, Peter and Rebecca. Funeral Mass at St. Francis de Sales Church, 82 Church Street S. September 13, 1913 - November 5, 2004. Surrounded by his family and friends Roy passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Roy was a wonderful man who had an excellent and full life. An active man until his final days, he always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Roy was an avid pigeon fancier since the age of 12 and he took great pride in racing pigeons. Stop by for a tea and a talk and he, with that green thumb, would be sending you home with a tomato or two. Beloved husband to the late Jeannie (nee McGrath). Survived by his daughter Patti-Jean (husband Harold Matheis), their daughter Talia-Jean. His daughter Jeannette (husband Joe Jennings) and their daughter Jennifer (husband Bill Morrison), their son Blair Jennings (wife Bonnie). His son Roy Jr. (wife Linda), and Roy's children Dane, Chris, Randy, Kelly and Laura. He will be missed by his many great grandchildren including Katy, Erin, Sarah and Cody. Beloved brother to Edna, Lorne, Jo and Ken and the late Nellie, Hannah, May, Queen and James.

(Resident of Extendicare, Oshawa) Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Corp. Oshawa on Thursday, November 4th, 2004. Ruth, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Cory. Loving mother of Carroll and husband Gary Porteous of Janetville, Margaret and husband Tom Harris of Oshawa, and the late Dorothy Lockwood and late William Cory. Dear grandmother of Bill Lockwood (Cheryl-Lynn), Michael Lockwood, Sherry Jackson (George), Monica Porteous (Larry), Lauren Sawyer (David), Carrie Porteous, Gregory Harris and Ryan Harris. June will be remembered for her numerous talents and gifts, her energetic, active lifestyle, her generous, kind spirit and her love of family and friends. Whether skiing at the Elbow, sewing, painting houses, preparing sumptuous meals or working to maintain the farm, June worked diligently and tirelessly, imbuing all things with peace, harmony and beauty. The family would like to thank the health care workers in St. Michael's Hospital Surgical ICU for their wonderfully compassionate efforts while caring for June. PRZELIORZS, Jozef –
Passed away peacefully on Thursday November 4, 2004 in his 82nd year at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. He retired after many years as a meat manager for the Loblaws Corporation. Jozef was the beloved husband the late Winifred, who died in 2003. He was the loving father of Erika and father in law of Clive Lilwall of Whitby, and father of Roger Przeliorz of Keswick. Loved grandfather of Carmen Knight-Wade and her husband Vernon Wade, and Karen Lilwall, and great grandfather of Joshua, Kendra Lee, and Sidny Wade. Loved brother of Ludevik Przeliorz of Germany, and Franic Przeliorz of Poland. Many thanks to the staff at The Village of Taunton Mills in Whitby, who took such good care of Jozef during the past year.
