Passed away peacefully at Centenary Hospital in Scarborough, Ontario, on Thursday, March 18, 2004 in her 75th year. Jacoba's presence will be deeply missed by her children Anita and Gerrit (Sylvia), her grandchildren Jacinda, Leigh, Corey and Sean, her great- grandchildren Alex, Kaylah and Daniel, as well as family in Holland and the U.S. Jacoba was a beautiful person who demonstrated her people skills as proprietor of a jewellery store. She was a loving individual who gave her time and talent for the benefit of others. The service will be held at the Pickering Village United Church, 300 Church Street North, Ajax (Pickering Village) 905-683-4721, at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2004. A luncheon will follow.
