Died peacefully, on Saturday, March 6, 2004, at Ajax-Pickering Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer. Husband of Martha. Cherished father of Linda and her husband Ray Whittaker, Robyn and her husband Scott Hardy, Kim and her husband Bill McWatters and Thomas and his wife Julie. Devoted Papa of Adam, Ryan, Mike, Nicole, Thomas, Brandon, Stacey, Kyle, Taylor, and Logan. Fondly remembered by Mike and Willie and missed by his two four-legged friends, Kelly and Candy. Friends may call at the Accettone Funeral Home, on Tuesday, March 9, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday, March 10, from 10 a.m. until the time of Service in the Chapel at 11 a.m. If desired, donations made in Tom's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by his family.

RUBER, Gloria Jean (MacKenzie) -
Passed away suddenly with her family by her side at age 59, March 6, 2004 in Oshawa. Loving wife to Joe and sadly missed by son Michael. Survived and loved by siblings Bradley & Francesca, Valerie & Murray, Barbara & Henry and Douglas & Linda and many nieces and nephews. Recently retired from General Motors after 35 years of dedicated service. Gloria was born and raised in Bancroft, Ontario, eldest daughter of William and Dorine McKenzie (predeceased). She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her for her great spirit, unending faith and unbeatable courage. Visitation held Monday March 8, 2004 at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9 pm. Funeral Service held Tuesday March 9, 2004 at 11:00 am. at Armstrong Funeral Home. STORK, Kathleen "Kae" -
Peacefully at the Rouge Valley Health Centre (Ajax Site) on Saturday March 6th, 2004. Kae loving wife of the late Edward. Predeceased by her children Catherine and Elinor. Sister of Ron and Irene Moyer. Cherished Gram of Kevin and Shelley Sewell and Deborah and Kevin McConomy, David and Nancy McEachnie. Aunt of Nancy and Henry, Ian and Roula. Gramma Kae of Stephen, Erica, Riley, Emma, Luke and John Craig and Auntie Kae of Andrew, Christopher, Laura, Melanie and Jessica. Ma of Murray and Peggie Sewell, Kae will be deeply missed by her best friend Jean Tomlinson. A gathering to celebrate Kae's Life will be held at the Accettone Funeral Home on Thursday, March 11th from 7-9 p.m. If so desired, donation made in Kae's memory to Ladies Auxiliary of the Rouge Valley Health Centre (Ajax Site) would be appreciated by her family.

Cherished mother of Glenn & Sean. Survived by her loving sister June Humphrey of Crawley, Sussex. Will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Jennifer, Melissa, Tim, Chris, Greg, Rachel and Heyden. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy Mason. Brother in-law of Peter and Pat Belsey. Born March 6, 1926 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Graduated into Glory March 4, 2004 in Oshawa, Ontario. For 36 years, he served as a teacher in Ontario Christian Schools, turning your hearts towards God. He was a marine, artist, author, musician, athlete, preacher, linguist and wit. He was also the faithful husband of Audrey, his sweetheart, friend and partner since that first day on the beach, during war, across an ocean and through 52 years of an extraordinary, loving marriage. He was, above all, a child of God. William was adored, respected and fiercely loved by his family Marten & Rita Demmer and Mark, Daniel & Matthew. Debbie & Hans Bulk and Nicole & Ryan Worsfold, Kristen, Paul & Danielle. Wendy & John Bakker and Rachel, Alicia & Derek. Elly & Doug Adams and Andrew, Kevin & Timothy. Lloyd & Sandra Rang and William Cameron, born on March 3, 2004 - who met his Opa through a miracle of the Grace of God. Survived by brothers Dick, Hiddo, Jaap & Gerrit in the Netherlands. Predeceased by her daughter Beverly Blakely, and son Roger Snider of Picton, and son Hugh Snider of Oshawa. Loved mother of Wilma Mellott of Oshawa, Ruth Wright and her husband Archie of Picton, Doug Snider and his wife Ellen of Picton, Laura Wilkinson of Belleville, and Ron Beaudrie of Barrie. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her 27 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
