Loving grandfather of Katie Schryburt, Allison and Robin Neufeld, Megan Keenan Schmidt, Brittany Keenan and their father, John. Predeceased by his granddaughter Debbie Schryburt Rand, six brothers, two sisters, and son-in-law, Art Schryburt. Relatives and friends will be received at McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Tuesday, August 24, 2004, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service at Northminster United Church, 676 Simcoe St. N. (at Rossland Rd. W.) Oshawa. Time to be confirmed. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens, Whitby. Donations made in memory of Bruce to a charity of choice would be appreciated by his family.

Born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia to the late Walter and Rose Young, she died peacefully at Hillsdale Estates on Friday August 20th, 2004. Beloved companion of the late James Clattenburg. Loving mother of Gerry and his wife Wendy, Sharon Bugg and her husband Leslie, Nancy Seberry and the late Wayne Henry. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Michelle, Lesley, Rachel, Sharon Penny, Wayne, Linda May and by her great-grandchildren Danielle, Amanda, Jessica and Adele. She will be fondly remembered by her surviving sisters and brothers, Connie, Betty, Jean, Mary, Gerald, and Walter. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with funeral service in the Chapel on Tuesday August 24th at 1 p.m. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens. MUNRO, GORDON STANLEY -
Passed away at Hillsdale Estates, Oshawa on Friday, August 20, 2004 in his 89th. year. He leaves to mourn his wife Clara, two sons Bruce and his wife Carol of Roanoke, Virginia, USA and William (Bill) and his wife Inge of Bowmanville. Fondly remembered by his 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. At Gordon's request there will be no funeral service. A family celebration of Gordon's life will be held at a later date. Donations in his memory to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.

MURPHY, Gwennythe "Gwen" -
Age 69 years. At Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Friday August 20th, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Harold Murphy. Dear mother of Margo & Don Stephenson and Trevor & Henriette Murphy. Cherished grandmother of James & Jeff Stephenson and Isaac, Johan, Travis, Jared and Fina Murphy. Great-grandmother of Jesse & Julian. Dear sister of David Phasey & his wife Marilyn, Dianne Parrish & her husband Fred and Chris Brooks & his wife Joan. At Gwen's request no visitation or funeral service will be held. Cremation. ALGUIRE, Kenneth Clifford -
Passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 19, 2004 in his 32nd year. Dearly beloved son of John & Edna Alguire of Bowmanville. Devoted brother of Sandy Alguire of Bowmanville. Sadly missed by his fianc e Gena Hotton of Richmond Hill. Ken was deeply loved and will be fondly remembered by his relatives and friends. ANDERSON, Donald G. -
Passed away peacefully amidst family at Princess Margaret Hospital on Thursday August 19, 2004 after a battle with leukemia. Donald Anderson at age 72. Donald is now reunited with his late wife Doris. Loved and remembered by his children Daniel, Ernie, Mike, Bob, & Shauna. Lovingly remembered by his daughters in law Pat, Juel and Sonia. Truly missed by his grandchildren Philip, Roxanne, Candace and Noah. Dear brother of Ida and the late Frank Shaw, Ardith and the late Russell Maneilly and Joanne and her husband Don Brear. Passed away at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto on Thursday, August 19th, 2004, age 2 years, after a gallant fight with cancer. She will be forever loved and always cherished by her parents Bruce and Cynthia Gray. Sadly missed by his 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. It is with great sadness that Dorothy's family announce her passing at Lakeridge Health Whitby on Thursday, August 19, 2004, after a valiant battle with thyroid cancer. Deeply missed by her husband of 44 years, Ronald, and her three sons and daughters-in-law, Gord (Denise), Bob (Stephanie) and Mark (Shawna). Devoted and beloved grandma of Erika, Shawn, Derek, Kristen, Richard, Kendal and Quinn. Dorothy will be missed by her many relatives, friends and neighbours and will be remembered for her boundless energy, her talent for needlework and her profound dedication to her family. Grandma, you remain in our hearts until we are all re-united in Heaven. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's name in the ongoing fight against cancer to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Oshawa General Hospital Regional Cancer Centre.
