Audrey Helen Wilson, 64, of Hillsborough passed away at the Moncton City Hospital on May 29, 2002.
Born on March 24, 1938 in Moncton, She was the daughter of the late George "Jack" and Ethel (Gaw) Capson.
She was a housewife and mother who loved her family very much .
She was a beloved wife , mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her husband Vincent Wilson of Hillsborough; 3 daughters, Ruth Kennie (Leslie)of Shepody, Susan Morrisey(Michael) of Riverside-Albert, Lana Wilson (Peter )of Alma; 2 sons, Carl Wilson (Joanne ) of Shepody, Greg Wilson (Heather) of Shepody;1 sister Judy Goguen (Russell); 12 grandchildren , Wendy, Shelly, Travis, Crystal, Melissa, Amanda, Ashley, Charles, Bradley, Tegan, Jennifer and Chad ;2greatgrandchildren, Alicia and Tyson. Audrey is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by a son, Reg; 2 sisters, Shirley Beaumont, Joan Eagles.
The remains will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home, Hopewell Cape with the visitation on Thursday 7-9pm, & Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm.The funeral service will be held from the Albert County Funeral Home on Saturday, June 1, 2002 at 2pm with Rev. Dean MacDonald officiating. Internment will be held in the Gray's Island Cemetery, Hillsborough.
Donations to charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Harold Esmond "Bun" Tingley
1917-2002
Harold Esmond "Bun" Tingley, 84, of Forest Dale Home, Riverside-Albert formerly of Demoiselle Creek, and Moncton, passed away on July 26, 2002 at Forest Dale Home after a lengthy illness.
Harold was born in Lower Cape on September 30, 1917. He was the son of the late Robert W. and Avola (Fownes) Tingley. He worked at the T. Eaton Company for 27 years and retired from the Moncton Museum. He was a member of the Curryville United Church and also belonged to the Church Choir, Harold was also an active member in the renovation committee of the Curryville United Cemetery. He also belonged to the Albert Mines Seniors Club.
He is survived by his wife Marguerite (Smith) Tingley of Moncton; two sons, Robert Tingley (Nancy) of Hillsborough, Brian Tingley ( Susan) of Riverview; four grandchildren, Diane MacKenzie (Steve) of Truro, Scott Tingley (Nancy) of Lower Coverdale, David Tingley of Riverview, Janet Tingley of London, Ontario; also by one great grandson, Ryan MacKenzie ;a stepson, G. Allen Smith (Cheri) of Lower Coverdale; stepdaughter, Judy MacElwain (Jim) of Riverview; several stepgrandchildren; several step great grandchildren ; sister Dorothy McLean of Lower Cape; sister-in-law Maisie Tingley of Cape Station and also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents Harold was predeceased by his first wife Alice (Wilson); two sisters, Hester Miller, Treva McLean and by a brother, Everett Tingley.
The remains will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with visitation on Monday Evening from 7-9pm.The funeral service will be held at the Curryville United Church on Tuesday, July 30,2002 at 2pm with Rev. Mary Rowe Officiating. Internment will be held in the Curryville United Cemetery, Curryville.
Following the service the family will be meeting with relatives and friends in the church basement for further fellowship and refreshments.
Donations to the Curryville United Church, Curryville United Cemetery or to the Forest Dale Home Van Fund would be appreciated by the family.
Due to Allergies the family asks that you please refrain from wearing scents or perfumes to the funeral home or to the church.

Ernest Leath Colpitts
1926-2002
Ernest Leath Colpitts,75, of Forest Dale Home, Riverside-Albert passed away on November 19, 2002 at the Nursing Home.
He was born in Colpitts Settlement on December 4, 1926 the son of the late Vivert and Hilda (Powers) Colpitts.
He is survived by his five sisters, Frances White of Hopewell Hill, Viola O'Blenis of Curryville, Gladys MacDonald of Dawson Settlement, Annie Colpitts of Petitcodiac and Evelyn Danahy (Gerald) of Riverside-Albert; a step brother Robert Prosser of Salisbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Ernest was predeceased by a sister Jessie Bezanson.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at the Colpitts Settlement Cemetery, Colpitts Settlement on Friday, November 22, 2002 at 1:00 pm.
Arrangements are in the care of the Albert County Funeral home, Hopewell cape , 734-2780

Myrtle Laura Steeves
1909 - 2002
Myrtle Laura Steeves, 93, of Forest Dale Home, Riverside-Albert formerly of Royal Court and of Hopewell Cape passed away peacefully on November 2, 2002 .
She was born in Midway, Albert County on January 14, 1909 the daughter of the late William Henry Crawford and Grace Edith (MacFarlane)Crawford. Myrtle worked fot the T. Eaton Company in the cashier's office until her retirement. She was a very special lady who will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
She was a beloved Mother and Grandmother and will be deeply missed by her two sons, Richard E. Steeves (Lorna) of Weldon , Gary F. Steeves (Sharron) of Moncton; five grandchildren, Heather Carlin (Greg), Cathy Weber(Mark), Laura Steeves, Matthew Steeves and Sarah Steeves. Myrtle was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Besides her parents Myrtle was predeceased by her loving husband Ernest L. Steeves who passed away in 1996; also by her 11 brothers and sisters.
The remains will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with visitation on Monday 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at the Albert County Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 5, 2002 at 2pm with Rev. Mary Rowe Officiating. Internment will be held in the Hopewell Cemetery, Hopewell Hill.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Forest Dale Home Van Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Kenneth Fraser Cochrane
1918-2002
Kenneth Fraser Cochrane, 84, of Moncton and formerly of Curryville passed away peacefully on December 27th at the Moncton City Hospital.
Ken was born on August 12, 1918 in Curryville, Albert County, he was the son of the late Douglas and Alice(Hawkes) Cochrane. Ken worked for the CNR until his retirement. He was a member of the CNR War Vets, the Orange Lodge, he also belonged to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 6, Moncton and Branch # 32,Hillsborough.
He was also a member of the NB Coon and Cat Association of which he enjoyed the outings very much. He enjoyed time spent with his family and his family was very important to him.
He was a beloved companion, father, grandfather and brother who will be deeply missed by his best friend and companion for over 30 years Nellie Lewis; his two daughters, Audrey Gardiner (Max) of Moncton , Charlotte Milton (Leo) of Lower Coverdale; five sons, Everett Cochrane (Judy) of Saskatchewan, Alberta, Fletcher Cochrane (Marlene) of Hampton, Danny Cochrane (Davota) of Curryville, Dale Cochrane (Juanita) of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Darrell Cochrane (Nancy) of Curryville; a sister Kathleen Vanbuskirk of Lower Coverdale; a brother Arnold Cochrane (Verna) of Hamilton, Ontario; 18 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren. He will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Ken was predeceased by a grandson Kenneth Michael; two sisters, Eva Wilson and Glendeen Smith.
The remains will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with visitation on Monday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held from the Albert County Funeral Home on Tuesday, Dec 31, 2002 at 3pm with Rev. Kevin Mahoney Officiating. The Internment will be held at the Mountain View Cemetery, Lower Cape at a later date.
Donations to the Curryville United Church, or a donation to your local food bank in memory of Ken, or to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Dixon Oscar Lewis
1928-2003
Dixon Oscar Lewis, 74, of Pine Glen Road and formerly of Stoney Creek passed away on January 27th, 2003 at the Moncton City Hospital.
Dixon was born on March 23, 1928 in Stoney Creek, he was the son of the late Helen (Steeves) McGrath and the late James Lewis. He was a self employed mechanic and Heavy Equipment Operator. He was a member of the Stoney Creek Baptist Church. Dixon was a very special person who had many good friends and he will be sadly missed.
He is survived by his wife Helen Lewis of Moncton; daughter Sharon Lewis of Vancouver, BC; son Terrence Price of Yonkers, New York ; sister Jean McCarthy of Brampton, Ontario. Dixon is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held in Dixon's memory at the Albert County Funeral Home on Thursday, January 30, 2003 at 2:30pm.
Donations to the Canadian Diabetes. Association or to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Gladys Steeves
1899-2003
Gladys Steeves, 103, of Forest Dale Home, Riverside-Albert, NB, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2003 at the home.
Gladys was born in Albert County, NB, on Dec. 8,1899 her parents were Herbert and Eliza (Robertson) Taylor, who married in 1888 in Kansas City. Gladys was a very special lady and had many unique experiences in her long life. Her grandfather fought in the Civil War after the war he became a US Marshall in Dallas, Gladys as a young child met Theodore Roosevelt in Kansas City. She also remembered meeting Frank James, Jessie James's brother, Gladys also was able to see the Haley's Comet twice. She married in 1927 to Mr. Allison Steeves who was Superintendent of Forbes Construction Company and helped in the building of the Moncton and Scoudouc airport and several highways across the province of New Brunswick. Gladys was an active member of the Salem Baptist Church, she belonged to the Order Of The Eastern Star and also was a founding member of the Albert County Hospital Auxiliary . Gladys loved all animals especially horses and dogs, she loved the farm. After the death of her husband in 1960 she resided with her family in Kansas and Maine. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is predeceased by three siblings, Clyde Taylor, Clara Swett and Dwight Taylor. Gladys was a beloved mother and grandmother who loved her family very much. She also took in several foster children over the years and gave many children a good home , that's the kind of special person Gladys was.
She will be deeply missed by her son, Dr. John Steeves and his wife Eva of Skowhegan and Kansas City and by her loving grandchildren, Linda Steeves Haith (Myron) of Kansas, Susan Steeves Fry (Mike) of Palm Desert, California and Wyoming, John Steeves (Diane) of Skowhegan, Dr. Kimberly Steeves Schlehr (Dr. Frank) of Amherst, New York, Jeremy Steeves (Christina) of Skowhegan; also 9 great grandchildren, Joshua, Jacqueline, Jane, Spencer, Julia, Madeline, Eva, Isabel and Jack. She will also be deeply missed by foster daughter, Nellie MacPherson of Nova Scotia.
The remains will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm the funeral service to be held at the Albert County Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 8,2003 at 2pm. Internment will be held in the Shenstone Cemetery, Shenstone at a later date.
Donations to the Salem Baptist Church or Forest Dale Home would be greatly appreciated by the family.
