Arnold Holmden Fearon
1928-2009
Bass River, NB - Arnold Holmden Fearon, 81, of Bass River passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Friday morning, May 8th, 2009. Born in Bass River, he was the son of the late Harry and Pearl (Holmden) Fearon.
He leaves behind his loving daughter and friend, Sharon, her sons, Kevin, Jason and Kyle (Lisa), great grandchildren, Nolan, Brayden, Madeline and MEGAN. His loving son, Greg, who spent recent months home from Edmonton. His loving daughter, Sarah (Steven), her daughters, Catharine, and Merle, Sarah’s mother, Lindsay. His sisters, Ruth, Jean (Harold), Vivian (Doug), Ferne, Betty and brother, Fred (Gail). He also leaves his ex wife and friend, Helen. Besides his parents, Arnold was predeceased by his oldest sister, Elsie and brothers, Buzz and Hib. Arnold worked for the International Paper Co. in his younger years. Serving in capacities from fire tower watchman to scaler he later moved to Ontario where he became a first class mechanic. Later he ran Fearon’s Service Station for Sunco. He later opted for the cleaner job of pipe fitter for Union Gas. He became tired of the hazardous trip between Hamilton and Oakville and retired early to his beloved New Brunswick. ”Arn” had many interests, he was an avid and able gardener, bird watcher, crossword expert and an avid fan of the Maple Leafs and Jays Arnold said; “He did more good than harm” and he was right.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Tuesday, May 12th from 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held at St. Stephen’s United Church, Molus River, Wednesday, May 13th, 2009 at 2 pm. Interment in the church cemetery. A special thanks to his caregiver, Irene. Flowers or memorial donations of choice would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).

Marguerite (Maggie) Guimond
1917-2009
Richibucto, NB - Marguerite (Maggie) Guimond, 91, of Richibucto, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Friday, May 15th, 2009. Born in St. Louis de Kent, she was the daughter of the late Luc and Lucie (Robichaud) Vautour.
Maggie will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Lucie-Anne Cormier (Gerard) of Acadieville, Simonne Ouellette (Alpha) of Richibouctou-Village, Alice Ouellette (Eric) of Richibucto, Marie Blanchette (Claude) Câp-Pélé, three sons, Eddy (Stella) of Richibouctou-Village, Louis of Saint John, Antoine (Anne-Marie) of Bedec, one sister, Bernadette Martin (Calixte) of Richibucto, many grand children, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her ex husband, Patrick, two sons, Emery, Alec, three sisters; Eva, Obeline, Catherine and two brothers, Johnny Vautour, Eddie Vautour.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, 33 Acadia Street, Richibucto with visitation Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, Monday, 11:30 am until departure for funeral. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto, Monday, May 18th, 2009 at 1:30 PM. Interment will be in the Aldouane cemetery. Arrangements in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).

Henry Joseph Vautour
1934-2009
Aldouane, NB - Henry Vautour, 75, husband of Louise Marie (Vautour) Vautour of Aldouane, passed away after a sudden illness, Friday, May 22nd, 2009 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born in Aldouane, he was the son of the late Arthur and Suzanne (Richard) Vautour.
Retired, he had been a Department of Fisheries Officer. Henry will be sadly missed by his wife, Louise, son Gary (Reneé), grand children, Sam, Mathieux, sister, Antoinette LeBlanc (Romeo) of Fredericton, brothers Yvon and Antoine (Alice) of Aldouane and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Monday from noon until departure for funeral. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto Monday, May 25th, 2009 at 1:30 pm. If so desired, donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).

Yvonne Marie Hebert
1948-2009
Rexton, NB - Yvonne Hebert, wife of Stanley Hebert, of Rexton passed away peacefully at Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne on Saturday, May 9th, 2009. Born in Fredericton, she was the daughter of the late Fidèle Gautreau and late Clara (Dobson) Gautreau-Wilkins.
Yvonne will be sadly missed by her husband Stanley, daughter, Tracy Comeau (Robert) of Rexton, son, Doug (Janet) of Burlington, ON, sister, Pauline Barton (Clifford) of Northbrook, ON, brothers, Richard Gautreau (late Edith) of Toronto, On, Gerald Gautreau (Mary) of Cobourg, ON., grand children, Crystal, Kyle, Danielle, Mathew and will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, 33 Acadia Street, Richibucto with visitation on Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Wednesday from 9 am until departure for funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Rexton, Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 10:30 am. Interment in the parish cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Thomas Noel Jadis
1958-2009
ELSIPOGTOG, NB - Thomas Noel Jadis, 50, of Elsipogtog passed away at his residence on Wednesday, May 6th, 2009. Born in Presque Isle, Maine he was the son of the late Frank and Mary Jane (Thomas) Jadis.
Thomas will be sadly missed by his wife; Debbie, one daughter; Tamara, two step daughters; Genevieve & Trisha, one son; Jamie, six grandchildren, two sisters; Judy (John) & Barbara (Mike), two brothers; Peter (Sylvia) & Francis (Georgina), two sisters in law; Margaret & Evangeline, many nieces & nephews.
Predeceased by two brothers; Joseph & Michael and infant brother & infant sister.
Resting at his home on 70 Alder Street, Elsipogtog with visitation beginning on Saturday, May 8th, 2009. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 11th, 2009 at 10:30 am at Ste. Irene Vautour
1924-2009
ST. IGNACE, NB - Irene Vautour, 85, of St. Ignace passed away peacefully at La Villa Maria, St. Louis de Kent on Wednesday, May 6th, 2009. Born in Saint Damien, she was the daughter of the late Alyre and Marie (Babineau) Cormier.
Irene will be sadly missed by two daughters; Martha Marriott (David), Rose MacKinnon (late Laughlan), 9 sons; Raymond (Susan), Paul (Vicki), Armand (Linda), Clément (Carol), Jean (Francine), Arthur (Doria), Gabriel, Lin (Monique), Rhéo (Shirley), 20 grand children, 10 great grand children, three brothers; Leo, Ronald & Abel Cormier, several nieces & nephews.
Predeceased by her husband; Antoine, three sons; Réginald, Jude, Vincent (Cheryl), daughter in law; Sharon (Vincent), grandson; Jason and one brother; Fred.
Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent with visitation on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9. (there will be no visitation prior to the funeral on Saturday). A Funeral Mass will be held at the St. Ignace de Loyola Roman Catholic Church, St. Ignace on Saturday, May 9th, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the New Brunswick Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto, (523-4252).

1949-2009
SHEDIAC, NB - Joseph Irvin Paul, 59, of Elsipogtog passed away at the Villa Providence, Shediac on May 5th, 2009. Born in Rexton he was the son of the late David and Bella (Clair) Paul.
Survived by his wife; Judy, four daughters; Camella, Delora, Courtney, Lonnie, two sons; Joseph, Step Son; McCoy, four sisters; Nora, Mary, Ada, Zelda, three brothers; Donald, Arthur, Arnold, several grand children, several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by one daughter; Gertrude, one sister; Carol Ann, and one brother; Nelson.
Resting at his daughter Carmella’s residence on Oak Street, Elsipogtog. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 9th, 2009at 10:30 am at Ste. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog. ALDOUANE, NB – Edith Richard, 76, of Aldouane passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Tuesday, April 28th, 2009. Born in St. Charles she was the daughter of the late Vital and Lodie (Robichaud) Daigle.
