1919-2012
At the Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews NB on May 15, 2012 surrounded by her family, Mrs. Hulda Eileen (Searles) Johnson, wife of the late Edison Murray Johnson, formerly of Deer Island NB. Born at Campobello NB on January 14, 1919, she was a daughter of the late James and Emma (Avery) Searles. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by two sons; Carson (Diane) Johnson of Lords Cove NB and Gerald (Brenda) Johnson of Digdequash NB, 14 grandchildren; Linda, Gary, Donna, Joey, Sherry, Howie, Jason, Wanda, Tammy, Jeannette, Trudi, Tracy, Brad and Jimmy, 26 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband, Edison, she was predeceased by one daughter, Myrtle Buckner, one son, Floyd Johnson, one grandson, Robbie Johnson, five brothers; Teddy, Francis, Harold, Lawson and Wilford and by one sister Bertha Roy.
Hulda was a loving wife and mother who committed her life and love to her family and friends. She loved to have company and was known to feed everyone who walked through her door. She took great pride in her family and her home and loved people in general. She was a very dedicated Christian woman who could often be found reading scripture. Her loving compassion and smile will be sadly missed by her family.
Resting at the Lambert’s Cove Baptist Church from where the service will be held on Sunday at 2 pm with Rev. Maurice Hatfield officiating. Visiting at the church will take place on Saturday from 2-4 pm. In Hulda’s memory, donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Roméo Robichaud
1926-2009
ST. LOUIS DE KENT, NB - Roméo Robichaud, 83, of St. Louis de Kent passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Wednesday, December 9th, 2009. Born in St. Olivier, he was the son of the late Amédée and Philomène (Arsenault) Robichaud. Before retiring, Roméo worked as a fisherman. He attended St. Louis des Francais Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent.
Roméo will be sadly missed by his wife May (Chevarie) Robichaud, daughter; Gisèle Richard (Paul-Émile) of St. Ignace, son; Gérald Robichaud of St. Louis, grand children; Ricky, Davy, Marc, André, Manon, Danie, six great grand children, and many nieces and nephews.
Roméo was predeceased by sisters; Émilie Hébert, Emma Guimond and brothers; Jean-Baptiste, Gérard and Rufino Robichaud.
Resting at Thompson Memorial Home with visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9, Friday at 2:00 pm until departure for Funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held at the St. Louis des Francais Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent on Friday, December 11th, 2009 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Véronique Martin-Cormier
1989-2009
She is like a falling star who found her place and will sparkle in heaven forever.
MONCTON, NB - Véronique Martin-Cormier, beloved daughter to Bernice, sister to Nathalie and daughter to Charles, passed away suddenly at her home in Moncton on December 20th, at the tender age of 20 years old. Véronique was an easy going young lady who enjoyed life to the fullest. She was not one to hold a grudge and befriended everyone she met. With her big heart and her big smile, she made life so much better. We were not ready to see her go. You will always be in my heart, and I will love you forever. Please give me strength to keep going, and watch over us from heaven, Love Mom xox–
Véronique is survived by her mother and stepfather Bernice (Martin) Tucker & Charles Tucker of Ford’s Mills, one sister; Nathalie at home, 2 step sisters; Nadine Milton of Moncton, Chelsea Tucker of Moncton, 2 step brothers; Donovan Tucker of Moncton and Michael Greene of Moncton, and her father; Jean-Claude Cormier of Moncton. She also leaves behind her maternal grandparents; Calixte and Bernadette (Vautour) Martin, who thought of her more as a daughter than as a granddaughter, her step grandmother; Shirley Tucker of Renous, several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and two darling nieces; Natisha and Natianna, her dog; Molly and her cats; Jacob and Toby. Véronique was predeceased by her paternal grandparents; Henrie and Doris (Bastarache) Cormier, and her step grandfather Sterling Tucker.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto, with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 and Wednesday from 11AM until departure for funeral. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto on Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009 at 1PM. If so desired, donations to the Neurological Department of the Dr. Georges-L> Dumont Hospital or the Aldouane Cemetery would be appreciated by the family. REXTON, NB - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of J. Garth Girvan 85, of Rexton on Sunday, January 3rd, 2010 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Wednesday, January 6th from 2-4 and 7-9. A Masonic Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 7th, 2010 at 2:00 pm, St. Andrew’s United Church, Rexton.

POINTE-SAPIN, NB - Maurice Robichaud, 59, of Pointe-Sapin passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Wednesday, January 6th, 2010. Born in Pointe-Sapin, he was the son of the late Maxime and Alice (Martin) Robichaud.
Maurice will be sadly missed by his wife; Della (Martin) Robichaud, three daughters; Laurie-Anne Kelly (Aldei), Sonia Robichaud, and Nadine Robichaud all of Pointe-Sapin, six sisters; Aurore Deprés (Joe) of Bathurst, Rose-May Robichaud (Ernie) of St. Louis, Argentine Robichaud of Toronto, Fernande Daigle (Donald) of Pointe-Sapin, Albertine Legere (Euclide) of Cap Pelé, Carmella Robichaud of St. Louis, six brothers; Albert Robichaud (Edna) of Moncton, Francis Robichaud (Meldrid) of Pointe-Sapin, Aldège Robichaud (late Carmeline) of Pointe-Sapin, Alonzo Robichaud (Delima) of Pointe-Sapin, Paul-Emile Robichaud (Lydie-Ann) of Pointe-Sapin, Robert Robichaud (Argentine) of St. Louis, and many nieces and nephews.
Maurice was predeceased by his sister; Lorraine and his brother; Donald.
Resting at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Pointe-Sapin with visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9, Monday at 9:00 am until time of funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 11th, 2010 at 11:00 am, St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Pointe-Sapin.

1976-2010
RICHIBUCTO, NB - Sally Hudson, 33, of Richibucto passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Wednesday, January 6th, 2010. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of Wayne Hudson and Nancy Wilson.
Sally will be sadly missed by her mother; Nancy, father; Wayne; grandmother; Helen (late Raymond) Hudson, daughter; Hanna, three sons; Dalton, Tanner and Treston, step sister; Shala, two brothers; Jamie and Catlin, five step brothers; Nevin, Preston, Michael, Josh, Cody, one niece; Chelsea, one nephew; Jayden, several aunts and uncles.
Sally was predeceased by her daughter; Brittany and grandparents; Jim & Rita Wilson.

Eloi Bourque
1936-2010
RICHIBUCTO, NB - Eloi Bourque, 73, of Richibucto passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, St. Anne de Kent on Saturday, January 9th, 2010. Born in Cocagne, NB he was the son of the late Ferdinand and Sara (Richard) Bourque. Before retiring, Eloi had been employed at Lounsbury’s in Richibucto for 36 years as a car repair man (bodyman). Eloi was an avid bingo player and hockey fan and he enjoyed gardening and fishing.
Eloi will be sadly missed by his wife; Doloris (Gallant) Bourque, three daughters; Diane Quirion (Daniel) of Moncton, Odette Gallant (Jacques) of Richibucto, Gisèle Bourque of Moncton, one son; Louis-Emile Bourque (Hazel) of Aldouane, five precious grandchildren; Daniel Jr., Marie-France, Kimberly, Jean-Denis and Stéphanie, one sister; Lila Hébert (Raymond) of Bouctouche, two brothers; Fernand Bourque (Corinne) of Shediac, Normand Bourque (Florine) of Grande-Digue, one sister-in-law; Marie-Louise Bourque (late Laurie) of Cocagne, and many nieces and nephews.
Eloi was predeceased by two sisters; Jeanette and Dolores and one brother; Laurie.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9, Wednesday at noon until departure for the Funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 13th, 2010 at 2:00 pm, St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Stella Maris Hospital Palliative Care Unit or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
