Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are; his wife, Vera; sons, Bruce (Ruth) of Ottawa, ON, Wayne (Debbie) of Ottawa, ON, Glenn (Susan) of Ottawa, ON, and Trevor (Tina) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; daughters, Linda (Junior) Downey of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, and Jennifer Miller of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; grandchildren, Melanie and Chad Downey, Brandi Tweed, Austin Miller, and Jayden Miller; brother, Ken (Judy) Miller of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; sister, Mildred (Reg) Earle of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. The funeral service took place, June 24, 2009 at 2 pm from the Holy Trinity Anglican Church with Reverend Randy Lockyer officiating. Visitation took place Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 2-4 and 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. In Lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Holy Trinity Anglican Building Fund or The Central Newfoundland Regional Health Care, Grand Falls-Windsor Dialysis Unit. Pallbearers: Trevor Miller, Bruce Miller, Glenn Miller, Wayne Miller, Clarence Brown, and Junior Downey. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Warren C. Moore

It is with sadness that he families of the late Warren C. Moore announce his passing at his residence in Badger, NL aged 76 years. Predeceased by his parents; Albert & Winnifred Moore & son, Larry. Left to mourn with fond loving memories are; wife, Loretta; son, Albert (Melitta) Moore of Botwood, NL; daughters, Cynthia (Tony) Lawlor of St. John’s, NL; Elaine (Wayne) Halbot of Lanse au Loup, NL, & Lana (Doug) Hewitt of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, daughter-in-law Darlene (Stephen) Fleet of Nova Scotia; 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Terry, Robert, Gord (Phyllis), John (Wavey), Bruce (Shirley), Charles (Doreen), Allan (Philomena); sister, Vera (Bob) Cushing; as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. The funeral Service will take place Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 2 pm for the Badger Community Church, Badger, NL with Reverend Coles officiating. Visitation will take place Tuesday March 31, 2009 at 7-9 pm, Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm from the Badger Community Church. Donations in his memory can be made to the Badger Community Church. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

Tina Sparkes Moores
November 10, 1973 - August 15, 2009

It is with great sadness that the families of the late Tina Sparkes Moores announce her passing at the AM Guy Memorial Hospital, Buchans, NL aged 35 years. She is predeceased by; maternal grand parents, Albert and Mary Guy; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Anne Sparkes. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband, Dale; parents, Gerald and Bessie Sparkes; brother, Doug (Dinah); sister, Sharon (Jeff); nieces, Angela Jackman, Emily Sparkes, and Jake Sparkes; several Aunts and Uncles; ; as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. The funeral service will take place Thursday, August 20, 2009 at 2 pm from the House of God, New Bay Road, NL with Pastor Nelson Guy officiating. The interment will take place at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Caribou Road, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Visitation will take place Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 2-4 & 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. .
