STENDER - Anne Julia  Haberlack sadly passed away on December 2, 2004, in Grace Hospice at the William Booth Special Care Home, Regina, Sask., in her 72nd year. Anne was born in Vibank on April 17, 1932. She was predeceased by her husband Edward Roy (1988); parents Steve and Elizabeth Haberlack; sisters Madeline and Caroline; brothers Frank, Bernie and Valentine. Anne is survived by sisters Dolly Duvall, Mary Slater, Lorraine (Satch) Julhin, all of Regina, Loretta Haberlack, of Salmon Arm, B.C. and brother Roy (Alfrieda) Haberlack of Regina, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and good friend Cathy Girard. Ann resided in Regina for many years. Cremation has taken place and a Graveside Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Riverside Memorial Park. Anne has gone home and will be missed by her family. Donations in Anne's memory may be made to the Mental Health and Kidney Dialysis, Regina General Hospital, 1440 14th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 0W5. STRATTON - The death of Mrs. Marian Ethel Stratton aged 84 years of Imperial SK and formerly of Liberty SK occurred at the Long Lake Valley Integrated Facility in Imperial on Wednesday December 1, 2004. The Funeral Service will be held in the Liberty Memorial Hall on Saturday December 4th at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Kathy Maxwell. Interment will follow in Liberty Cemetery. Marian was predeceased by her husband Winston, brothers, Charles and John Rayner, sister, Daisy (Woeppel) Rowe and a grandson Davin. She is survived by her loving family, daughter Jacqueline (Frank) Haack, Carstars, AB; her sons, Daniel (Francine) Stratton, Calgary and Jim (Joann) Stratton, Liberty, SK; grandchildren, Leslie Ann (Trevor) Lewis, Jennifer (Sean) Langlois, Jonathon (Kaylee) and Joel; great grandchildren, Bennett, Chloe, Kennedy and Nolan; sisters, Dorothy Palmer and Doris Tripps and brother Bob Rayner; numerous nieces and nephews For those so wishing donations to the Long Lake Valley Health Foundation would be appreciated. BRAILEAN - Margaret Marian of Quill Lake (formerly of Regina) passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving sister Julie at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 two days before her 72nd birthday. Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Anne Morrison, husband Frank in March 1998, brother-in-law Pat Ward in January 2005. Left to cherish Margaret's memory are her daughters Linda (Danny), Sandy, Julie (Ron), her grandchildren Jason (Brandi), Bob, Jodi (Chuck), Tammie (Jeff), Chalise (Paul), Karleen, Danielle, and Hannah. Great Grandchildren Talon, Tyler, Holly Tyson, Michael. Margaret's special sisters Betty (Maurice), Julie and Families. Brother-in-law George (Helen) and sister-in-law Margaret (Del) and families. Good friends Archie & Marian Marshall and Debbie & Allan Lang. OUR MOTHER Mom always put herself last and God gave our Mother her wings and decided it was finally her turn to rest. Mom was the glue that bonded our families together and instilled her strong faith in all of us. Mom was the caregiver, problem solver and a great listener. We all learned so much from her and miss her so much already. Mom was our "everything "!!! The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2005 at St. Catherines R.C. Survived by his two daughters, Beverly (Stan) Niebergall of Wawota and Bonnie (Ron) MacGillivray of Vankleek Hill, ON; son Lloyd (Karen) Holmes of Regina; nine grandchildren; thirteen greatgrandchildren; son-in-law Len Bagu of Kipling Sk.; one sister Melba Koczka; two sisters-in-law Grace Holmes and Lena Serge; one brother-in-law Al (Audrey) Rettman, all of Regina several nieces, nephews and cousins. Bob was predeceased by his parents Guy and Emma (Byers) Holmes; one brother Russell. In his younger years he farmed in the Minton, Big Beaver and Kipling areas. Bob was employment with the City of Regina, in Parks and Recreation for twenty-five years. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in Westminster United Church, 3025 13th Avenue with Rev. Jack Bray officiating. Interment in Minton Cemetery at 5:00 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Canadian Diabetes. He is survived by his 11 children, Theresa (Emile) Istace of Kennedy, Lloyd (MarieHelene) Maier of Rockland, ON, Marlene (Ron) Vandressar of Saskatoon, David (Anita) Maier, Walter (Darlene) Maier, Cecilia (Urby) Istace of Whitewood, Joan (Ken) Bowley of Esterhazy, Joe (Gloria) Maier of Olds, AB, Stan (Dorothy) Maier of Whitewood, Robert Maier of Rocanville and Patsy (Richard) Thompson of Whitewood; 35 grandchildren and 40 greatgrandchildren; three brothers, Emil (Grenfell), Otto (Kathleen) of St. Albert, AB and Alfred (Ruth) of Sudbury, ON; one sister-in-law, Lydia Maier of Red Deer, AB; many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to all the staff at the Broadview and Whitewood Nursing Home and the Broadview Hospital for your care of Albert when he was a resident there. Prayers will be said Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Whitewood. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, April 7, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph's Church, Whitewood. Interment will follow in the St. Hubert Cemetery. Flowers most gratefully declined; donations can be made to the Whitewood Health Centre or to a charity of choice.
