MOM And she left us on a dark and dreary day Like a whisper in the wind. Only silence telling us that she was gone. Signs of peace written on her face. What to do? What to say? How to cope? We shared our grief and the rain fell... In our sadness, we remembered Her faith and her great love For the husband gone so long ago. Like a miracle, the clouds broke And the light shone through. In the sunshine we knew She'd found her way.
