Mrs. Davis, 96, died July 8, 2000, at a local hospital. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Davis was born May 2, 1904, in Barneston, Neb., to George W. and Mary Ann (Greenlee) Joe, who are deceased. She was married Oct. 17, 1924, to Carl M. Davis.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Helen R. Davis and Clayta W. Wahl; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Hollister J. Davis.

Private services are planned. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Ave. Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900, is handling arrangements.

FRANKLIN KEITH "FRYE" HALL

Mr. Hall, 40, died July 7, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He was a Christian minister.

Mr. Hall was born Feb. 1, 1960, in Fort Dix, N.J., to Marion Keith Cummins and Carolyn (Flake) Hall. He was married June 4, 1982, to Wanda Sue Daugherty.

He is survived by his wife; a son, John Edward Daugherty; a daughter, Sarah Kaye Hall; a brother, Thomas "Tommy" Hall; two sisters, Sharon Abbott and Julie Cummins; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Chapel Eastside, 3115 E. Platte Ave., followed by a reception at the Nirk residence, 1501 N. Foote Ave. Cappadona's Alternative Funeral Service, 3407 N. El Paso St., 520-1817, is handling arrangements.

MARGARETT C. ROE

Ms. Roe, 89, a lifelong resident, died July 7, 2000, in Colorado Springs. She was retired from Colorado Springs Utilities.

Ms. Roe was born May 29, 1911, in Colorado Springs to Henry A. Roe.

Private services are planned. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Ave. Pikes Peak Funeral and Cremation Services, 3825 Airport Road, 596-7991, is handling arrangements.

ALISON LEE McLAIN

Ms. McLain, 46, died recently in Colorado Springs. She was a manager at Business of Art Center in Manitou Springs, and she worked for Cheap Tickets.

Ms. McLain was born Dec. 18, 1953, in Lockney, Texas, to Doris Wanda Cornelious McLain and James Hollis McLain, who is deceased.

She is survived by her mother; a brother, Cliff; and a sister, Marilyn Wood.

Services will be held in Floydada, Texas.

Moore-Rose-White Funeral Home, 329 W. California St., Floydada, (806) 983-2525, is handling arrangements.

RICHARD J. ROWLEY: Mr. Rowley, 62, died July 4, 2000, in Denver. He was a real estate agent and amateur aviator. He also served in the Air Force.

Mr. Rowley set two aviation world records in a Mitchell Superwing U-2 experimental ultralight aircraft. These were for altitude (22, 525 feet) and speed in horizontal flight.

Mr. Rowley was born Oct. 3, 1937, in Racine, Wis., to Joseph and Viola Rowley. His father is deceased.

He is survived by a son, David; two daughters, Linda Evans and Lisa Boehm; his mother, Viola Lorence; and five grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Meadow Lake Airport, 13789 Judge Orr Road, east on U.S. Highway 24. Cremation is planned.

AAA Cremation and Funeral Service, 889 S. Race St., Denver, (303) 777-6335, is handling arrangements.

FRANK R. MOLNER SR: Mr. Molner, 83, died July 5, 2000, in Ramah. He was a retired auto mechanic.

Mr. Molner was born Feb. 5, 1917, in Calhan. He was married Sept. 5, 1937, to Loretta Kosley.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, Richard and Dan; a daughter, Maxine Molner Astemborski; a brother, Pete; a sister, Bernice Molner Miller; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Ernie.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Swan Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1450 Fifth St., Calhan. Burial will be at Ramah Cemetery, Ramah.

LAURENCE "DON" SIDIE: Mr. Sidie, 65, died July 5, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He was a real estate broker for Classic Realty. He also served in the Air Force for 20 years, attaining the rank of major.

Mr. Sidie was born Aug. 7, 1934, in Payette, Idaho, to Laurence D. and Verna E. (Thiel) Sidie, who are deceased. He was married March 30, 1957, to Janice M. Renaud.

He is survived by his wife; a son, David; three daughters, Laura Henning, Leslie Von Rueden and Lisa Hill; a sister, Joan Bantzen; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Bernice Williams Sidie.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 2111 Carlton Ave. Private inurnment is planned.

JOE H. FLEET: Mr. Fleet, 25, died July 3, 2000, in. He was a Security Police. He also served in the Air Force for four years.

Mr. Fleet was born Nov. 20, 1974, in Longview, Wash. He was married Jan. 27, 1995, to Elaine Marie Sanford.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Jacob; three daughters, Brieanna, Caitlin and Morgan; his parents, Roger and Jeannie Fleet; and two sisters, Lori L. Brockett and Christina M. Fleet.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Christian Church of Security, 626 Aspen Drive, Security.

Cremation is planned.

MODESTO "MO" GONZALEZ JR.: Mr. Gonzalez, 51, died June 30, 2000, at a local hospital. He was a yard foreman for Transit Mix Concrete. He also served in the Army.

Mr. Gonzalez was born Nov. 17, 1948, in Brownsville, Texas, to Modesto Sr. and Josephina Gonzalez. His father is deceased. He was married to Theresa J. Olemeda.

He is survived by his wife; a son, David Benjamin DeVita; two daughters, Nicole Garcia and Tara Gonzalez; his mother; two brothers, Leo and Hector; a sister, Norma Rebollozo; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Dove-Witt Fountain Valley Chapel, 6630 S. Highway 85/87, Fountain, 390-4906.

DELORES E. SURFACE: Mrs. Surface, 89, died July 3, 2000, in Colorado Springs. She was retired from Farmers Insurance Group.

Mrs. Surface was born Nov. 1, 1910, in Norfolk, Neb., to William R. and Emma P. (Hille) Baier, who are deceased. She was married July 24, 1929, to Glen A. Surface, who is deceased.

She is survived by a son, Vaughn; a daughter, Sally Scott; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer Baier; and a sister, Esther Baier Tatge.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Swan Law Cascade Chapel, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Private inurnment is planned.

MARLA SARII RATHKE: Marla, 15, died July 3, 2000, in Colorado Springs. She was a student at Wasson High School.

Marla was born Nov. 2, 1984, in Colorado Springs to Neal and Laura Rathke.

She is survived by her parents; two brothers, Garrett and Joel; a sister, Breanna; her paternal grandparents, Donita Rathke and Ron and Bonnie Rathke; and her maternal grandmother, Mary Wise.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at Mountain View Mortuary, 2350 Montebello Square Drive, 590-8922.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pulpit Rock Church, 301 Austin Bluffs Parkway.

Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road.

RETIRED MASTER SGT. EDWARD F. COUGHLIN JR.: Mr. Coughlin, 62, died July 6, 2000, at a local care center. He was a security guard for Texas Instruments and Chapel Hills Mall. He also worked for the American Numismatic Association. Mr. Coughlin served in the Air Force for 28 years, attaining the rank of master sergeant.

Mr. Coughlin was born April 21, 1938, in Richmond, Maine, to Edward Sr. and Merilna (Sidelinger) Coughlin. He was married June 17, 1962, to Ethel M. Prater.

He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Denise Coughlin Patschke and Karla D. Coughlin; two brothers, Carroll and Patrick; three sisters, Louise Snow, Lois Bourgine and Caroline Thurlow; and one grandchild.

Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Monday, with services at 4 p.m., at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597. Private burial is planned.
