Teresa Ann Kelley
March 22, 1957 - Nov. 24, 1999
Teresa Ann Kelley of Windsor, formerly of Longmont, died of cancer on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999, at her home. She was 42.

She was born March 22, 1957, in Longmont to Jerome DeBruyne and Marian Mrozik DeBruyne. She married David Kelley on May 20, 1977, at the Calvary Church in Longmont.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Kelley moved to Windsor in 1992 from Fort Collins, where she had moved after getting married in Longmont. She was born on a farm south of Longmont. She graduated from Niwot High School in 1975.

She was a member of the Windsor Evangelical Free Church, where she served various times as a Sunday school teacher, Awana assistant and treasurer of Women's Fellowship. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, painting, fishing and camping.

Survivors include her husband of Windsor; a son, Nathan Kelley of Windsor; her father; her stepmother, Helen DeBruyne of Longmont; a brother, Jerry DeBruyne of Longmont; and a sister, Karen Guilmont of Lafayette.

She was preceded in death by her mother; a son, Jeffrey Kelley; and a sister, Mary Ann DeBruyne.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today and from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry St., Longmont.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Calvary Church, 2101 Gay St., Longmont, with the Rev. Rodney Carlson of Windsor Evangelical Free Church and the Rev. Dick Bunger of Calvary Church of Longmont officiating.

Interment will be in Foothills Gardens of Memory, two miles north of Longmont.

Contributions may be made to the Teresa Kelley Caring Fund, Bank of Colorado, 1041 Main St., P.O. Box 939, Windsor CO 80550, or the Windsor Evangelical Free Church, in care of Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry St., Longmont, CO 80501.

MILBERT G. 'MILT' KRAMER

Dec. 5, 1929 - Nov. 25, 1999

Milbert G. "Milt" Kramer of Lafayette died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at Boulder Community Hospital. He was 69.

He was born Dec. 5, 1929, in Elgin, N.D., to Fred Kramer and Christina Wolf Kramer. He married Sandra Anderson on Jan. 21, 1956.

Mr. Kramer was self-employed for the past 25 years. Previously he worked for Anderson Plumbing, Barlow & Co. and Wano Co. He moved to Lafayette in 1960.

He was a retired fireman with the Lafayette Volunteer Fire Department and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Mile High Post 1771 in Lafayette. He served in the Korean War.

He enjoyed woodworking and other crafts.

Survivors include his wife of Lafayette; two daughters, Maxine Roe of Lafayette and Victoria Landers of Knoxville, Iowa; a son, Ben Kramer of Lafayette; three brothers, Elmer Kramer and Leo Kramer, both of Elgin, N.D., and LeRoy Kramer of Lafayette; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Reuben Kramer, and a grandson.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Avalon Chapel, 1320 Centaur Village Drive, Lafayette.

Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Lafayette Volunteer Fire Department, 110 N. Harrison Ave., Lafayette, CO 80026, or the Cancer Aid Research Fund of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Mile High Post 1771, 105 W. Emma Road, Lafayette, CO 80026.

Avalon Funeral Home of Lafayette is in charge of arrangements.

Luther Martin Loucks
Sept. 1, 1908 - Nov. 26, 1999

Luther Martin Loucks of Boulder died Friday, Nov. 26, 1999 in Boulder. He was 91.

He was born Sept. 1, 1908, in Anoka, Minn., to William Elbin Loucks and Amelia Keiller Loucks. After his first wife Edwine Loucks died, he married Helene Olson in 1983.

He owned a dental supply business. In retirement, he was active in duplicating ministry tapes.

Mr. Loucks moved to Boulder from Tulsa, Okla., in 1990.

Survivors include his wife of Boulder.

Funeral services were held in Tulsa.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fairview Bible Chapel, 368 N. 75th St., Boulder, CO 80303.

Howe Mortuary is handling the arrangements.

Beverly LeNeve Selvy
Aug. 7, 1934 - Nov. 28, 1999

Beverly LeNeve Selvy of Broomfield died Sunday, Nov. 28, 1999, in Broomfield. She was 65.

She was born Aug. 7, 1934, to Alfred and LeNeve Dennis Rase in Elmwood, Neb. She married Russell E. Selvy on Oct. 19, 1952, in Bellvue, Neb.

She worked for Mutual of Omaha in Nebraska before coming to Boulder in August 1957. Mrs. Selvy also worked for Golden West Manor and then became an accounting technician in the University of Colorado Police Department.

She enjoyed traveling and volunteering for the Friends Program at Bethany Baptist Church and at Boulder Community Hospital.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Steven Selvy of Visalia, Calif., and Gary Selvy of Coppell, Texas; two daughters, Jane Schielke of Louisville and Jacqueline Gomez of Boulder; brothers Marvin Racey of Burlington, Iowa, and Larry Rase of Nixa, Mo.; a sister Barbara Guyett of Woodbine, Iowa; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bethany Baptist Church, 5495 Baseline Road. Burial will be in Green Mountain Cemetery.

Marie L. Hopkins
Nov. 15, 1912 - Nov. 27, 1999

Marie L. Hopkins of Longmont died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999, at Applewood Living Center in Longmont. She was 87.

She was born on Nov. 15, 1912, to Edward Wendler and Louise Gain Wendler in Belleville, Ill. She married Arthur D. Hopkins in May 1932 in Denver. They later divorced.

Mrs. Hopkins moved to Boulder County in January. She worked for a telephone company in the 1930s and later was a bookkeeper for Smith Brooks Printing Co., Rocky Mountain Bank Note and ROMO Corp.

She was a fan of Colorado sports teams.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerome Wendler and Orkell Wendler, both of Denver.

Survivors include a son, William. L. Hopkins of Arlington, Va.; a sister, Dorcas Thiel of Denver; a brother, George Wendler of Downey, Calif.; and her former husband of Springdale, Ark.

Family and friends will gather in May for inurnment at Fairmont Cemetery in Denver.

Joseph Adolf Apodaca
Jan. 18, 1904 - Nov. 22, 1999

Joseph Adolph Apodaca, formerly of Boulder, died Nov. 22, 1999, at his home in north Denver. He was 95.

He was born Jan. 18, 1904, to Pedro Apodaca and Manulita Lopez Apodaca in Rocky Ford. He married May Jimenez in Denver in 1926. She died in 1988.

Mr. Apodaca was a retired truck driver.

Survivors include five daughters, Anna Apodaca of Arizona and Delores Arellano, Mary Jaramillo, Elizabeth Dymond and Helen Gonzales, all of Denver; three sons, Ray Apodaca, Pete Apodaca and John Apodaca, all of Denver; two sisters, Dora Gomez of California and Jenny Cordova of Indiana; 19 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, 2135 E. 22nd Ave., Denver.

Contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Eric Vincent Bullington
Sept. 22, 1975 - Nov. 27, 1999

Eric Vincent Bullington of Boulder died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999, in Boulder. The cause of death is pending a coroner's investigation. He was 24.

He was born Sept. 22, 1975, in Albuquerque, N.M., to Thomas Earl Bullington and Darlene Milligan Bullington. He married Sarah Kneib in Louisville on Feb. 13, 1999.

Mr. Bullington graduated from Niwot High School in 1994 and attended Eastern New Mexico University at Portales, majoring in computer science.

He enjoyed music and computers.

Survivors include his wife of Louisville; his father and stepmother, Christine Bullington, of Boulder; his mother and stepfather, Lou Bartels of New Mexico; two brothers, Raymond Bullington of Las Cruces, N.M., and Charles Nelson of Austin, Texas; one stepbrother, Christopher Rakes of Boulder; a sister, Chandelle Bullington of Everett, Wash.; and a grandmother, Marvis Milligan of Fort Worth, Texas.

He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Sarah Bullington, who died in 1974.

Visitation will be noon to 7 p.m. today at Howe Mortuary, 2121 11th St., Boulder.

A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. Interment will follow at Green Mountain Cemetery, 290 20th St., Boulder.

Elsie Mae Bartelma
Aug. 17, 1905 - Nov. 21, 1999

Elsie Mae Bartelma of Colorado Springs, formerly of Boulder, died Nov. 21, 1999, at Broadmoor Court Assisted Living Center in Colorado Springs. She was 94.

The daughter of Andrew Yearous and Alice Klingman Yearous, she was born Aug. 17, 1905, in Clayton County, Iowa. She married David C. Bartelma in 1928. He died in 1987.

She graduated from Elgin High School in Elgin, Iowa, and from Iowa State Teachers College, now Northern Iowa University.

Mrs. Bartelma was a homemaker and a school teacher in the Boulder Valley School District, teaching at Douglass, Burbank and Base Line schools before retiring in 1970.

Prior to moving to Boulder in 1947, she and her husband lived in several places in Iowa and in Minneapolis.

Survivors include a son, Robert D. Bartelma of Colorado Springs; a daughter, Joanne J. Little of Boulder; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Yearous; and a sister, Mildred Woodworth.

Interment will be at a later date in Iowa.

Contributions may be made to the Illyria Community Church Cemetery Endowment Fund, Elgin, Iowa 52141.

Donald Tow
Oct. 4, 1931 - Nov. 24, 1999

Donald Tow of Littleton, formerly of Boulder, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999, in Denver. He was 68.

He was born Oct. 4, 1931, to Harley Tow and Bertie Reich Tow in Idaho Springs. He married Evelyn Herbert in 1981 in Denver.

He worked for the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department.

Mr. Tow served in the Army from 1960 to 1962. He lived in Boulder from 1985 to 1998, before moving to Littleton.

Survivors include his wife of Littleton; two daughters, Sherrie Prado and Kathy Mossman, both of Denver; a brother, Wallace Tow of Longmont; and two sisters, Vivian Parker of Denver and JoAnn Steinhaus of Boulder.

A funeral service will be at 7 p.m. today at the Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Facility, 9008 N. Highway 85, Littleton, with the Rev. Bradley Turner officiating.
