ARCURI
Sandra M. Flyte Arcuri, age 59, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Dennis Arcuri entered into the Kingdom of our Lord on Tuesday, October 1, 2002, at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford following a long illness. Born in Bridgeport on May 23, 1943, she was the daughter of Victoria Vietri Tarner of Stratford and the late Stanley Flyte. A resident of Milford for 18 years, previously residing in Bridgeport, Sandy was a gauge messenger for the Allied Signal Company of Stratford for 18 years before retiring in 1997. In addition to her mother, Sandy is survived by her mother-in-law, Nancy Arcuri of Bridgeport, daughters, Domenica Poppa and her husband, Danny of Naugatuck, Monique Arcuri of Bridgeport and Regina Arcuri of Milford; her only son, Antonio Arcuri of Derby; her loving and devoted companion and fiance, Wayne Lorincz of Milford; sisters, Dolores La Liberty of New Hampshire and Denise Ortiz and her husband, Eduardo of Stratford; brothers, Alan Flyte and his wife, Doris of Milford and Kenneth Flyte of Bristol. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Nancy Champagne and Donna Poremba, both of Milford; and grandchildren, Stephen, Dennis, Cassondra, Yesenia and Taisia; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 8:45 a.m. from the Spadaccino Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike (Rt. 111), Monroe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, 365 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. MARTUCCI
Frank (TUCC) Martucci, age 41, of Stratford, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 30, 2002, in Bridgeport Hospital. Frank was born in Bridgeport to Victor and Lena (Ciacciarili) Martucci of Stratford and has been a lifelong Stratford resident. He was a graduate of Bunnell High School and was employed by the Town of Trumbull Department of Public Works. Survivors, in addition to his parents. include his devoted sister, Mary Martucci of Stratford; his paternal grandmother, Rose Martucci of Italy; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will take place on Friday, October 4, 2002, at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, Stratford (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH) for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will be in St. Michael`s Garden Mausoleum, Stratford. Friends may call on Thursday, October 3, 2002, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations to The American Heart Association.

TAYLOR
Lewis C. Taylor, age 86, of Stratford, died on Tuesday, October 1, 2002, in Griffin Hospital, Derby. Born in Bridgeport, he was a resident of Stratford for 52 years. Mr. Taylor was a retired truck driver for the Borden Ice Cream Co. and was a WW II veteran of the U.S. Army, where he received a Purple Heart. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and VFW Post 9460 in Stratford. Survivors include his beloved wife, Margaret Pekar Taylor; two sons, Ronald J. Taylor and his wife, Bonnie, of Norwalk and Jeffrey M. Taylor of Hernando, Fla.; four grandchildren, Jake, Olivia, Jeffrey and Ryan Taylor; a sister, Dorothy Lawrie of Hampden, Maine; and several nieces and nephews. Private funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2002, in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. Interment with full military honors will be in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. The family requests that there will be no calling hours.

BUDZIK
Joseph John Peter Budzik, age 83, of Fairfield, a retired machinist from Handy and Harman, died on Monday, September 30, 2002, in his home. Born in Derby, son of the late Joseph and Bertha Budzik, he had been a Fairfield resident for nearly 50 years. Mr. Budzik was a WW II U.S. Army veteran, serving in the artillery, and was a member of the American Legion. He was the beloved husband of the late Lorraine Pratt Budzik. Survivors include his three beloved daughters, Karen A. Gambardella and her husband, Harry, of Beacon Falls, Judith L. Budzik of Basalt, Colo., and Marianne S, Budzik and her husband, Mark Brown, of Shelton; three sisters, Jean Shea of Fairfield, Betty Soukup of Huntington and Eleanor Budzik of Shelton; a brother, Richard Budzik of Seymour; a grandson, Joseph M. Gambardella of Beacon Falls; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Edward Budzik. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2002, at 10:30 a.m. in the Spear Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield. Interment will follow in Lawncroft Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday (TODAY) from 5 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to either the American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Drive, Wallingford, CT 06492-1822 or the Connecticut Humane Society, 455 Post Road East, Westport, CT 06880.

HENKUS
Florence (Marks) Henkus, of New York City, N.Y., died Monday, September 30, 2002 after a long and valiant battle with kidney cancer. Florence, known afffectionately by her family as ``sis`` was born in Bridgeport, but lived most of her adult life in New York. She is survived by her husband, Irving; four daughters, two sons-in-law; and two granddaughters. In addition, she is survived by two brothers and their wives, Ty and Lois Marks and Larry and Bettyjane Marks; two sisters and their husband, Belle and Sam Schorr and Vivian and Mitchell Arron; and many nieces and nephews. She was loved and cherished by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

JAUDON
Kathy A. Jaudon, age 43, of Bridgeport, died Monday, October 1, 2002, at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport, she had been a lifelong resident. A graduate of Warren Harding High School, she was employed with Cell Pak as a machine operator for the past 16 years. Kathy was a member of the Mt. Aery Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, LeVar Jaudon and Terrance Davis, both of Bridgeport; a daughter, Alicia Jaudon of Stratford; her mother, Eva Jaudon; three brothers, Claude and Bradley Jaudon and Kenneth Bust; a sister, Denise Buster, all of Bridgeport; two grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held Friday at 12 noon at Mt. Aery Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Anthony L. Bennett, pastor, officiating. Interment will take place in Lakeview Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Morton`s Mortuary Inc., 25 Margaret E. Morton Lane, Bridgeport is in charge of arrangements.

BOSHKO
Estelle Mierzejewski Boshko, age 61, of Derby, devoted wife of William Boshko, entered into rest Tuesday evening, October 1, 2002, at the Bishop Wicke Rehabilitation center, Shelton. She was born in Derby on July 29, 1941, daughter of the late Walter and Mary Siemienczek Mierzejewski, and was a resident of Derby most of her life. Estelle was the beloved mother of Elaine Sadlon and her husband, Gary, of Gilbert, Ariz., and James Marshall, of Derby. She is also survived by two brothers, Walter and William Mierzejewski, both of Ansonia; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral will leave the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth Street, Derby, on Saturday, October 5, 2002, at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Jude`s Church. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery in Seymour. Friends may greet the family on Friday at the funeral home, from 4 to 8 p.m.

OLMAN
Theresa Barbero Olman, age 87, died Tuesday, August 20, 2002, in her daughter`s home in Wilmington, Del. She was the wife of the late Alex Olman. Born in Wheeling, W. Va., she was a Connecticut resident from 1939 to 1977. Mrs. Olman also lived in San Jose, Calif. before moving to Delaware in 1989. She issurvived by her loving children, Patricia Vargas and her husband, Frank of Wilmington, and Richard Olman of Monroe; sister, Mary Pagano of Wilmington; brother, John Barbero of Lynden, Wash.; two grandchildren, Douglas Wargo of Bridgeport and Melissa Olman of Monroe; four great-grandchildren, Heather and Lyndsay Wargo of Monroe, and Ashley and Haley Wargo of Bridgeport; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturdayat 10 a.m. in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull. Interment will be in Nichols Village Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.

SIKORSKI
Stanley O. Sikorski, age 84, of Stratford, husband of the late Doris A. Tankersley Sikorski, died on Wednesday, August 21, 2002, at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in North Tonawanda, N.Y., Mr. Sikorski was a lifelong resident of Stratford. He formerly worked for and retired from the Remington Arms Co. In addition to his wife, Mr. Sikorski was predeceased by his son, Donald J. Sikorski. Survivors include three sons, Stanley O. Sikorski Jr. of Wilton, Richard E. Sikorski of Las Vegas, and Robert G. Sikorski of Antigua, West Indies; a sister, Cecelia Vernuccio of the Huntington section of Shelton; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family requests that funeral services and interment be private and take place at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. The Spear, Dennis & D`Arcy Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, Stratford, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mr. Sikorski may be made to the Alzheimer`s Association, 607 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851.

CAPRISTO
Mary Lou Capristo, age 68, of Woodbury, entered into her eternal rest on Tuesday, August 20, 2002, at Waterbury Hospital. She was the devoted wife of the late Howard Capristo. Mrs. Capristo was born in Bridgeport, on April 28, 1934, daughter of the late William and Louise Clark Riley, and was a longtime Trumbull resident before moving to Woodbury 10 years ago. She was a retired bookkeeper who worked for many years with L. Bernstein and Sons in Bridgeport. Mrs. Capristo was the former president of the Polka Dot Playhouse, was past president of the Park City Little League, and was an active volunteer at the Southbury Training School. She was the beloved mother of Howard (Buddy) Capristo and his wife, Olga, of Shelton, John Capristo and his wife, Linda, of Brookfield, N.H., Deborah Barry and her husband, Dennis, of Stratford, Cindy Novia and her husband, Gary, of Milford, and Kim Merola and her husband, Alex, of Manassas, Va. She is also survived by nine cherished grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to a memorial service on Friday at 4 p.m. at St. Paul`s Episcopal Church, 25 Church Street, Shelton. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. The Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, has been entrusted with the arrangements. At the request of the family, memorial contributions can be made to the Southbury Training School, P.O. Box 872, Southbury, CT 06488.
