Blanca Perez, 93, of Hamden, CT, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at Saint Raphaels Hospital. Born on May 27, 1941 in Utuado, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Manuel Perez and Angela Martinez. She was a member of CCR- Getfemami Pentecostal Church, and widow of the late Victoriano Viera. Survivors include sons Antonio Perez of West Haven, Anibal Garcia of Puerto Rico, Angel Luis Viera of New Haven; daughters Adela & Virginia Pitre, Luz M. Garcia all of Puerto Rico and Ana Espinosa of Hamden; 37 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends may call from 4-7 pm, Thursday, December 13, 2007 at CCR-Getfemami Church, 555 Columbus Ave., New Haven. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery at 11am on Fri, Dec. 14. Services entrusted to Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St, New Haven.

Larue J. Campbell, 71, of New Haven, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007 at St. Raphael Hospital. Services Saturday, Dec. 15, at Community Baptist Church, 143 Shelton Ave., New Haven, CT. 06511. Viewing will be at 8:00 am with funeral service following at 9:00 am. Burial will be held at Beaverdale Memorial Park. MALKIN, MOSES M.
Moses M. Malkin, Dec. 11, 2007, born Sept. 18, 1919. Beloved husband of Hannah (Lacob). They resided between Sun City Center, FL and Marthas Vineyard, formerly a resident of Woodbridge. Veteran of WWII. Mechanical Engineer and Pension Actuary. Founder and former President of Professional Pensions of New Haven. Active in community affairs. Founder and Past President, "Bridges" in Milford. President of Clifford Beers Clinic. President Jewish Family Service of New Haven. Board Member of Jewish Home for the Aged. Board Member of The Jewish Federation of New Haven. A caring, charitable, generous and good man, he was greatly admired by his family and friends. ALDERMAN, IRIS
Iris Alderman, 64, of Ansonia died Dec. 10, 2007. She was born in New Haven, Aug. 17, 1943 daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Sonia Malishewsky Alderman. She was a graduate of the Stone Business School and worked as a date entry operator at the Hospital of St. Raphael and the Jewish Home for the Aged and later as a bartender at Wags. She was an avid football fan and enjoyed vacationing in Florida. She was the sister of Harold Alderman of Pembroke Pines, FL, Doris Lettick of Pompano Beach, FL, Barbara Coughlin of Ansonia, Irwin (Joe/Butch) Alderman of West Haven and Sharon Alderman of Milford. She also leaves several loving nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnieces and her beloved cat Callie. She was predeceased by a brother Morris Alderman and a sister Jacqueline Alderman. Funeral services will be held at the Hawley Lincoln Memorial, 493 Whitney Ave., New Haven Friday morning at 11:00. Interment will be private. DIXON, DOLORES B.
Dolores B. Dixon, 70, of 71 Fenwick St West Haven passed away on December 11, 2007. Born in Bridgeport on May 11th 1937. Mrs. Dixon is survived by her loving husband of 42 years Bobby Dixon and her 5 devoted children Frank Marciano Jr. of Naugatuck, Bobby Dixon of FL, Chris Dixon, Laura Lavigne, and Helen Ramos all of West Haven. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and her sister Carol Sylvia of RI. She was predeceased by her grandson Frank Marciano III and her brother Anthony Sylvia. The hours of visitation will be FRIDAY from 4-8pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Interment will be private.

MICHIE, FLORENCE L.
Florence L. Michie, age 87, of New Haven, CT, entered into eternal life Monday, December 10, 2007. Loved and admired by her children, she was the devoted mother of Jean Butler, Debbie Amaker, Ronald, Florine, Gary, Ricky, and Wayne Watkins, and Troy and Darlene Michie. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Amelie Scott, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends. Florence was predeceased by her mother, father, two siblings and three sons. A private celebration of her life will be observed Saturday, December 15, 10:00 a.m. at The House of God Church in New Haven. Funeral services immediately following. Internment will be held at St. Marys Cemetery, Hamden. Services entrusted to Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St, New Haven.

PECYLAK, PEGGY
In Cheshire, Dec. 12, 2007 Peggy Roche Pecylak, 83, of East Mitchell Ave, Cheshire, formerly of Florence Ave., West Haven. Beloved wife of John Pecylak. Loving mother of Peggy A. Turrill of Cheshire, and sister of Jack Roche, Jr. of North Haven. Peggy was born in New Haven, Feb. 11, 1924 daughter of the late John & Annie (Hastings) Roche, Sr. Funeral from SISK BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 3105 WHITNEY AVE., HAMDEN Saturday at 9:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Bridgets Church. Burial to follow in All Saints Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday from 4-8 pm.

ARBOSCELLO, ALPHONSE JR.
Alphonse Arboscello, Jr., 58, of Maiden Ln., Durham, died Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at the West Haven Veterans Hospital. He was born in Middletown, the son of the late Alphonse, Sr. and Mary (Montesanto) Arboscello. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served with the U.S. Army. He was most recently employed with the Childrens Hospital in Hamden. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Ozan and her husband Craig of AZ; and two brothers, Michael Arboscello and his wife Nancy of Middletown, and Ronald Arboscello of Durham. He was predeceased by a brother, Enrico Arboscello. The Funeral Liturgy will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Elm St., Middletown. Burial, with Military Honors, will be in the State Veterans Cemetery. Friends may call at the Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown Friday from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.

GUERIN, DOROTHY C.
Mrs. Dorothy C. Guerin, age 86, of Milford, beloved wife of the late James D. Guerin, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 in her residence. Born in Malone, NY, on November 28, 1921 she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Mina (Pelkey) Chauvin. Dorothy was a retired bookkeeper at Cesaer Pelli in New Haven. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Senior Bowling League in Milford, the Milford Senior Center, as well as a member of St. Mary Church. Dorothy is survived by two daughters Phyllis Ertel and her husband Edwin of Tolland, Penny Guerin and her husband Christopher Clark of Storrs, two sons James D. Guerin and his wife Valerie of Florida, David C. Guerin of Milford, nine loving grandchildren Brain Guerin, Adam, Ethan and Ellen Ertel, Aimee McDermott, Andrew J. Seles, Emily Heinzelmann, J.D. and Alex Guerin, six cherished great-grandchildren, a sister Jeanne Lanctot of Malone, NY, two brothers Thomas and Daniel Peckham both of Florida, several nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by a daughter Natalie Guerin and a sister Phyllis Betters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary Church, 70 Gulf Street, Milford, Interment will be private. Family and friends may call on Friday, December 14, 2007 in the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street on the Green, Milford, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.

MARINUZZI, MADELYN M.
Madelyn Marie DeSenti Marinuzzi, 74 years old, of North Haven, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was the widow of Carlo A. Marinuzzi Sr. Madelyn was born March 8, 1933 in New Haven to the late Samuel and Lavinnia Scroggins DeSenti. She was a resident of North Haven for 54 years, and a parishioner of Saint Barnabas Church. Madelyns career started as a young volunteer (Candy Striper) and worked her way up as a delivery room nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital before taking time off to raise a family of her own. Madelyn was a very strong and extraordinary woman; she had a spirit that will live forever within the hearts that she touched. She leaves behind; her 6 children; Carlo Marinuzzi Jr., Anthony (Gail) Marinuzzi, Paul (Anne) Marinuzzi, Madelyn (Michael) Sola, and Elizabeth (Thomas) Mitchell all of North Haven and Donna (Robert) Slattery of Wallingford and 10 grandchildren. Also survived by; her brothers; Fred, Thomas and Lawrence DeSenti, and her sisters; Rita Borzenski, Bette Ansonoff, Lavinnia Teodosio, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends. She was predeceased by her brothers Samuel, James and Louis DeSenti. Her Funeral Procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., Saturday morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Barnabas Church at 11:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 am. WALPOLE, EDWARD J.
Naugatuck - Mr. Edward J. Walpole, age 67, of 53 Inwood Drive, died suddenly Tuesday, December 11, 2007. He was the loving husband of Barbara (Repko) Walpole. Mr. Walpole was born in New Haven on September 1, 1940 son of the late Patrick and Mary (Phelan) Walpole. He attended New Haven schools, graduated from Hillhouse High School, attended Mattatuck Community College and graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in History. He retired in 1999 from Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford where he worked as a lead man for many years. Ed was a kind, caring, gentleman and was a deeply devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed photography, and traveling to New Hampshire but most of all enjoyed spending time with and helping his family and friends. Besides his beloved wife of years, Mr. Walpole is survived by two daughters: Kathryn Torres and her husband Dom "Don" of Naugatuck and Sherri-Lyn Raimo of Naugatuck, a sister: Catherine Shaw of Wallingford, six grandchildren: Terry Raimo, Edward Raimo, Patrick Raimo, Angela Raimo, Dominic "Donnie" Torres and Olivia Torres and a great granddaughter: Alexia Raimo. He was predeceased by a son: John Walpole and a brother: Martin Walpole. Private funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 26 Waterbury Rd. Route 69, Prospect is in charge of arrangements.

PONTECORVO, JENNIE
Jennie Marie Petronzi Pontecorvo of London Dr., Hamden, passed away peacefully at her home on Dec. 10th at the age of 93. Jennie was born on June 25, 1914, in New Haven. and was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Frank Pontecorvo. She was predeceased by her parents, Esther Ambrose Petronzi and Gennaro Petronzi and brothers Joseph and Ben Petronzi. Jennie is survived by her devoted children Anthony F. Pontecorvo, Jr. of Branford, Louise Delaney and her husband Robert of Wethersfield and Esther DeLucia and her husband Robert of Glastonbury. She also leaves loving grandchildren Kevin Delaney and his wife Heather, Sarah DeLucia Bierman and her husband Brad, Katherine DeLucia Dall and her husband Jamie, and Christopher DeLucia. Great grandchildren Tyler and Paige Bierman, Michael Delaney, and Henry Dall, as well as sisters-in-law Antoinette Petronzi and Justine Petronzi, nieces, nephews and cousins will all remember her with love. Jennie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and had many close friends. She was a fantastic cook, and was especially known for her brasciole, great soups, and sauce and pasta dishes. She loved spending time with her family and traveling throughout the United States and Italy with her late husband, who was the love of her life. She and "Teck" were married for over 49 years when he passed away in 1990. Jennie also enjoyed following UCONN womens basketball, the New York Yankees, the Mass on TV, Regis Philbin, Wheel of Fortune, and Jeopardy. She was a communicant of St. Stephens Roman Catholic Church in Hamden for over 50 years, and was a charter member of the Daughters of Isabella at St. Stephens. she was also involved in several senior citizens groups. Jennie stopped driving at the ripe old age of 90. MARESCA & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Chapel St. New Haven, is in charge of arrangements. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, Dec. 15 at 10 am. at St. Stephens Church, 400 Ridge Rd., Hamden. Burial will follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery, 280 Derby Ave., West Haven. HARDING, DAVID D.
David D. "Dave" Harding, 46, of 41 Howard Ave., New Haven passed away Dec. 11, 2007 in Yale New Haven Hospital. He was the husband of Ruth E. Swanton. Born in New Haven Sept. 9, 1961, he was the son of John & Jean Viera Harding of Florida. David was a teacher in area schools. He is also survived by a daughter, Katherine Grace Swanton Harding of New Haven; a brother, Jack (Vanessa Rose) Harding of Seymour and a sister, Kim (David) Vegliante of Wallingford and nieces & nephews. Friends may call at The Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St. (cor. Dwight) New Haven Friday from 5 to 7 PM and are invited to attend funeral services in the funeral home Saturday from 11 to 12:30 pm. Contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or the Kidney Foundation.

FEDOCK, MARY L.
Mary L. Fedock, age 98 of Wallingford, the widow of Joseph J. Fedock, died Friday, December 7, 2007 in the Skyview Nursing Home in Wallingford. Born in Monessen, PA to the late Anthony and Mary Petrik Liscinsky she had been a life long Stratford resident prior to moving to Cheshire. She was a member of the Stratford Baldwin Center Seniors and the Cheshire Senior Center. Survivors include her beloved children, two sons Joseph J. Fedock and his wife Theresa of Laconia NH and Anthony F. Fedock and his wife Cindy of Milford; two daughters Mary S. Gulyas and her husband Raymond of New Mexico and Helen F. Kosko and her husband William of Ansonia; 9 loving grandchildren and 11 cherished great-grandchildren; a brother Joseph Liscinsky of Newtown; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews in the United States and Czechoslovakia. She also leaves behind several dear friends and acquaintances who will truly miss her. A warm caring person, she loved painting, crocheting, bingo and spending time with her family. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by three brothers, Michael, Anthony and Steven; two sisters Anna and Helen; a step brother, John; three sister-in-law; a niece, Joan Clements; and her loving grandson Anthony (TJ) Fedock. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 8:15 am in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 9:00 am in Holy Name of Jesus Church Stratford with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. Johns Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Friday from 4-7pm. Those desiring may make donations to Fr.
