Barbara Ann Harrison, 58, of Milton, died Thursday, July 6, 2006, at home.
Mrs. Harrison was a retired medical transcriptionist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Ethel Miller.
She is survived by her husband, Roger G. Harrison; a stepdaughter, Christina Harrison of Sauk Centre, Minn.; and a stepgrandson, Drew Mittendorff of Sauk Centre.
Services and burial were private.
Arrangements by Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services.

Durell Lamonn Savage,
Lake Forest student
Durell Lamonn “Rell” “Hot Wheels” Savage, 19, of Dover passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2006, in Bayhealth Medical Center-Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 19.
Durell was born Jan. 11, 1987, in Seaford, the one and only child of proud parents Bernard and Denita Miller.
He attended Sussex Central Elementary School, Georgetown. He was preparing to graduate from Lake Forest High School, and wanted to become an arts and graphics major, with the goal of becoming a cartoon graphic designer.
Durell was fun loving and kids loved him.
He was a very flashy dresser who loved sneakers and fitted hats of all colors to match his outfits.
Durell became a Christian at the young age of 10, and soon after that became baptized.
He developed muscular dystrophy, which took a great deal on his body and health. At the age of 12 he was confined to a wheel chair but never complained. He was a very independent individual, regardless of his circumstances.
Durell will not only be in his new home, but he will have good health and his smile will linger on. He will be able not only to walk, but to run on the streets of gold.
He is survived by his father and mother, Bernard and Denita Miller of Dover; two grandmothers, Barsha Savage of Harrington, and Naydean Miller of Harbeson; two grandfathers, Hobert Meekins of Dover, and Robert Miller of Ellendale; five uncles, Hobert Ronnie Meekins Jr., Teveious Meekins of Dover; Robert Miller Jr. of Atlantic City, N.J., Bryant Miller of Lewes, and Kelvin Miller of Harbeson; two aunts, Gloria Miller of Lewes, and Nadirah Miller of Atlantic City; seven cousins, Edward, Nadirah, Amanda, Bryanna, Brionea, Adreis and Ronnequika; and a host of other family members and numerous friends.
Services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, July 13, in Southside Baptist Church, Camden, where friends may call two hours earlier. Burial will be in Whatcoat cemetery , Dover.

Dennis F. Tull,
KSI employee
Dennis F. Tull of Seaford, 52 departed this life and went home with the Lord on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford.
Dennis enjoyed life, loved his family and friends. He always had a friendly smile and “Hello” for everyone and seldom forgot anyone. Dennis was the son of the late Raymond and Beatrice Tull. He was a resident of Life Care at Lofland Park, previously he had lived at Bridgeville Group Home, Bridgeville. He attended Seaford schools, graduated from Howard T. Ennis School and was employed by K.S.I. Inc., Milford for many years. He was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church in Seaford and was a member of Saturday Sunday School Class at Christ Lutheran Church in Seaford for many years.
He is survived by a sister, Iralene “Eenie” Burris and her husband, Robert, of Easton, Md.; brothers, Ray A. Tull and his wife, Sheila, of Seaford, and Wayne M. Tull of Georgetown; a niece, Renee M. English of Seaford; nephews, Kirk Burris of Easton, Md., Shaun Tull and Christopher Tull of Rehoboth Beach,; and a great-niece and great-nephew, Lindsey and Brandon English.
Services were held at St. John’s United Methodist Church, Seaford, with burial in Odd Fellows cemetery , Seaford.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to St. John’s United Methodist Church, PO Box 299, Seaford, DE 19973; or a favorite charity.

Frank D. Minsker Jr.,
Pennsylvania resident
Frank D. Minsker Jr. of Yeagertown, Pa., 75, died Thursday, July 6, 2006.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Hartley) Minsker; children, Anthony P. Minsker of New Castle, D. Scott Minsker and his wife, Carolyn, of Newark and Lori A. Fitzsimmons of New Castle; six grandchildren; and siblings, Frances L. Schminky, Joy Goss, Rose Ann Baumgardner and her husband Gary, and Barry L. Minsker of Lewes.
Services were private.

Genevieve F. Murphy,
Grange member
Genevieve F. (Foote) Murphy of Lewes, 89, died Friday, July 7, 2006, at Harbor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Lewes.
Mrs. Murphy was born in New London, Pa., daughter of the late Thomas Dixon Foote and Mary Katherine (Bush) Foote. She had been employed as a cafeteria worker for the Unionville, Pa. Consolidated School District. She was a member of the Henlopen Grange-No. 20, the Pomona Grange No. 3, the Delaware State Grange, Eastern Star Chapter 9, Georgetown; and the Lewes Presbyterian Church, where she was a member of the Church Circle and the Kelly Class.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wilmer M. Murphy in 1998; and two sisters: G. Eleanor McWilliams and Virginia Foote.
Mrs. Murphy is survived by a son, William Thomas Murphy and his wife Anna of Cochranville, Pa.; a sister: Margaret “Peggy” Ann Williams of Elkton, Md.; her granddaughters, Tami Murphy Byerly and husband Brian of East Fallowfield, Pa. and Kathi Murphy Knoor and husband Kevin of Ephrata, Pa.; a great-granddaughter Rachel Byerly of East Fallowfield, Pa.; and a step great-grandson Keith Knoor.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday July 12, at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Rev. Harry Hughes and Rev. John Ferguson will officiate. A viewing will also be held from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, July 11 at the funeral home.
Interment will be held in Lewes Presbyterian cemetery , Kings Highway, Lewes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Henlopen Grange #20, C/O Jane Mitchell, 1019 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE or to the Lewes Presbyterian Church, C/O Helen Maull, P.O. Box 612, Lewes, DE 19958.

Helen J. Urbanski,
beloved wife, mother
Helen Josephine “Mophead” (Czajkowski) Urbanski of Harbeson, 76, died peacefully at home Wednesday, July 5, 2006, surrounded by her loved ones.
Mrs. Urbanski was born January 25, 1930 in Wilmington, the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Kozlarzewski) Czajkowski and twin sister to the late Katherine “Kitty” Forno.
She will always be remembered as a caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed life with the biggest smile and a kind word. Her talent and patience were endless. Mrs. Urbanski’s most joyous times were spent playing bingo, working the slots, collecting music boxes and together with her husband, shopping vintage stores and yard sales. She will be truly missed by all and will remain forever in the hearts of her family.
She is survived by her lifelong friend and husband of 51 years, Casimir T. Urbanski; her four children who loved her dearly, Robert T.W. Urbanski of Harbeson, Susan Muzzleman (Mark) of Bear, James C. Urbanski (Mary Lou) of Salisbury, Md, and Dr. Diane U. Wilson (David) of Montgomery, Ala.; six grandchildren, Amanda, Adrian, Zachary, Alicia, Clare and Cas; a step-grandson, David; and a great granddaughter, Taylor.
Services were held at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Millsboro, with burial in the Delaware Veteran Memorial cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947; or the American Cancer Society, 1138 Parsons Road, Salisbury, MD 21803, for the purpose of research in pancreatic cancer.

Leo H. Jackson,
swimming pool builder
Leo H. Jackson of Deltona, Fla., and formerly of Milton, 81, died Monday July 3, 2006, in Winter Park..
Mr. Jackson worked as a swimming pool builder.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during World War II as a medic in the 26th infantry with Gen. Patton’s 3rd Army. He was wounded in the Battle of the Bulge and received the Purple Heart.
Mr. Jackson was a big Orlando Magic fan and enjoyed fishing and deer hunting.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Jackson, in 1999.
He is survived by three sons, James Jackson of Orlando, Kenneth Jackson of Deltona and Ronald Jackson of Ellendale.; two daughters, Linda Edmonds of Winter Springs and Sondra Greene of Groveland; four brothers, Reid Jackson of Centerville, Pa., Ronald Jackson of Pensacola, Harry Jackson of Ocala and Howard Jackson of Atlanta; four sisters, Shirley Brasure of Millsboro and Florida, Elaine Bisbee of Lewes, June Bailey of Seaford, and Janet Collins of West Palm Beach; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held in the Delaware Veterans Memorial cemetery , 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 163, Salisbury, MD 21803.

Lorin Eugene Warehime,
retired supply clerk
Lorin Eugene Warehime of Lewes, 66, died Monday, July 3, 2006, in Harbor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Lewes.
Mr. Warehime was born June 15, 1940, in Dillsburg, Pa., son of the late Charles and Bessie (Yohn) Warehime.
He was employed as a civilian at the New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, Pa., retiring as a supply clerk in l993.
Mr. Warehime belonged to the American Legion in Pennsylvania and was an avid fisherman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Warehime; and a sister, Janet Coulson.
He is survived by two nephews, Chris Warehime of Marysville, Pa., and Craig Warehime of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; two nieces, Carol Lerew of Mechanicsburg and Connie Elicker of Harrisburg, Pa.
Services will be at 1 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2006, in the Chapel of Delaware Veterans cemetery , 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro. The Rev. Doug Albert, Delaware Hospice Chaplain, will officiate.

Lawrence J. Griffin,
retired CPA
Lawrence J. Griffin of Millsboro, 70, and formerly of Washington, D.C., passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2006, at his residence.
Larry was the son of the late Maurice and Mary McLaughlin Griffin.
He was a certified public accountant before his retirement. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the St. Ann’s Catholic Men’s Club in Bethany Beach.
He is survived by two sons, Caleb and Vito; a daughter, Megan; a brother, Maurice; four sisters, Marie Howerton, Ellen Loving, Mary Salb and Kathleen Donnelly; and four grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m., Monday, July 10, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Route 26 in Bethany Beach. Burial will be private.

Sonnie Mary (Dail) McCorry,
retired nurse
Sonnie Mary (Dail) McCorry, 79, died Monday, July 3, 2006, in her home in Milton.
Mrs. McCorry was born in Norfolk, Va., daughter of the late George E. and Mary Josephine (Bernard) Dail.
She was a nurse. She was a singer and musician and an avid coin collector. Mrs. McCorry was a member of Eagles Nest Fellowship Church and was a sponsor of the Children International.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. McCorry, in 1984.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol Gramelspacher of Greenwood, Ind.; two sons and two daughters-in-law, Donald and Katie McCorry of Georgetown and Gary and Kim McCorry of Bardonia, N.Y.; a sister, Rae Webster of Martinsville, Ind.; two brothers, George Dail of Churchville, Md., and Halbert Dail of Chesapeake, Va.; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m., Friday, July 7, in Eagles Nest Fellowship Church, 26633 Zion Church Road in Milton, where friends may call one hour earlier. Burial will be in Henlopen Memorial Park, Milton.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Children International, PO Box 219055, Kansas City, MO 64121.

Florence Minker Chalmers,
active church member
Mrs. Florence E. Minker Chalmers of Wilmington, 85, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday morning, July 4, 2006, surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Chalmers was born in Wilmington Aug. 25, 1920, daughter of the late William and Minnie (Knotts) Bowen. She was employed as an accountant with the Paul R. Phillips Lumber Co. and retired after more than 20 years of service. A devoted Christian, Mrs. Chalmers was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church, where she served in many ministries. She was a member of the church senior group, known as “SAM,” and a member of the church choir. Mrs. Chalmers was also a member of the Women’s Christian Bowling League and a volunteer for CAP in Newport. She enjoyed gardening, reading and most especially, being with her family.
Her first husband, James M. Minker, passed away in 1972; and her second husband, David C. Chalmers, passed away in 1990. Mrs. Chalmers is survived by her son, James L. Minker and his wife, Brenda, of Wilmington; her daughters, Donna Eastburn and her husband, Jim, of Lexington, Ky., and Diane Agan and her husband, Charles, of Melbourne, Fla.; seven grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Dr. Bill Bowen of Hockessin; and her sisters, Ann Lee of New Castle and Betty Smith of Lewes.
The family would like to thank the staff of Manor Care at Pike Creek for the loving care and support given during a difficult time.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, July 7, at Faith Baptist Church, 4210 Limestone Road. Interment will follow in Silverbrook cemetery , Lancaster Avenue and DuPont Road.
In lieu of flowers, make donations in Mrs. Chalmers’ memory to Faith Baptist Church, 4210 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808.
