MARGUERITE M. LICHTENTWALTER
Marguerite M. Lichtenwalter, 96, of Mexico Beach, passed away Friday, Sept. 22, 2000. A native of Pennsylvania, she spent most of her life in Canton, Ohio, where she was an active of Bethany United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Welcome Class, sang in choir and held several church offices. Ms. Lichtenwalter had been a resident of Mexico Beach since Oct. 1994 and attended Mexico Beach First United Methodist Church and sang in the choir. Survivors include her daughter, Cherie Severn and husband Carl M. of Mexico Beach; her sister, Elizabeth Pasco of Orlando, and two grandchildren, Mark Severn and wife Loretta of Dublin, Ohio, and Eric Severn of Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Lichtenwalter will lie in state at the Comforter Funeral Home from 4 to 6 p.m. CDT Monday. She will be taken to Spike-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home in Canton, Ohio for funeral services and interment. The family would like to thank Hospice of Northwest Florida for their care and concern. ASHLIE TAYLOR
Ms. Ashlie Taylor, 20, of Panama City, died Wednesday in Virginia. Born June 9, 1980 in Montgomery, Ala., she moved to Panama City in 1987. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Judy and Harold Ammons; her father, Bruce Taylor; one daughter, Madeleine Taylorann Doelger; grandparents, Jim and Inga Taylor; one brother, Christopher Joseph Rasmus; one sister, Andrea Marie Taylor; two step-sisters, Melissa Ammons and Holladay Ammons; three aunts: Pamela Trudeau, Marie Noble and Lorraine Drause; two uncles, Thomas Adair and Jonathon Adair. Funeral services will be conducted today at 3 p.m. in the Southerland Family Funeral Home Northside Chapel with the Rev. Tom Williams officiating.

WILLIAM RICHARD WALSH JR.
Mr. William Richard Walsh Jr., 69, of 1336 St. Andrew Blvd., Panama City, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2000, at a local hospital. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a national sales manager for Cambridge Brass. Mr. Walsh is survived by his good friend, Dorothy Emanuel of Panama City. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, 2000, at Garden of Memories with the Rev. Leroy Goodwin officiating. Interment will follow.

CARL WAYNE WILLIS
Mr. Carl Wayne Willis, 53, of Bristol, died Friday, Sept. 22, 2000, at his camp in Liberty County. Wayne was born in Altha, and had lived in Calhoun and Liberty counties for most of his life. He worked in construction for several years and also served in the United States Navy. Wayne was a 1964 graduate of Altha High School where he served as class president. Survivors include his wife, Sheila D. Willis, of Bristol; two sons and daughter-in-law, Ronald Wayne and Cathy Willis of Birmingham, Ala., and Shawn B. Willis of Blountstown; one daughter and son-in-law, Latonia and Thomas Cook of Kinard; parents, James D. and Minnie L. Willis of Altha; brother and sister-in-law, James D. and Mary Willis of Chattsworth, Ga.; mother-in-law, Lurene Goodman Larkins of Blountstown. Memorial services will be held today, Sept. 24, 2000, at 2 p.m. CDT from the Peavy Funeral Home with the Rev. David Goodman officiating. The family will receive friends today from 1 p.m. CDT until service time. All arrangements are under the direction of the Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown.

JOSEPHINE HARRIS
Mrs. Josephine Harris, 75, of 1507 Iowa Ave., died Monday, Sept. 18, 2000. Sister Harris was born May 7, 1925, in Apalachicola, Fla. Funeral services for Mrs. Harris will be held today, Sept. 25, at 11 a.m. in Battle Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Lemuel Glover, officiating. Interment will be held in Snow Hill Cemetery in Apalachicola. The family will receive friends at the home of Ewing and Thelma McCathern of 1507 Iowa Ave., Lynn Haven.

AUBREY BRONZELL HUTCHISON SR.
Aubrey Bronzell Hutchison Sr., 91, of Panama City died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2000, in a local nursing home. He was a retired charter boat captain and was the former owner of Panama Radio. He had been a resident of Panama City since 1934 after moving here from Mayo, Fla. He was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Williams Hutchison; and a son, William Wayne Hutchison. He is survived by three sons: Kenneth C. Hutchison, Clyde Hutchison, both of Atlanta, Ga., and Aubrey Bronzell Hutchison Jr. of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; half brother, Perry Hutchison of Panama City; three half sisters: Bernice Harbin of Tallahassee, Melba Mackin of Panama City Beach and Catherine Adams of Northport, Ala.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Those desiring to may make a contribution to the Panama City Garden Club in memory of Aubrey Hutchison. The family will be at the home of Melba Mackin.

AUBREY BRONZELL HUTCHISON SR.
Funeral services for Aubrey Bronzell Hutchison Sr., 91, of Panama City, who died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2000, in a local nursing home will be held today at 10 a.m. in Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Raley officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers are, Jeff Hutchison, Steve Hutchison, Bo Williams, William Mackin, Gus Hutchison and Buzz Ahner. Honorary pallbearers are Don Draper and John Pelt. Those desiring to may make a contribution to the Panama City Garden Club in memory of Aubrey Hutchison. The family will be at the home of Melba Mackin.

DOROTHY 'DOT' MORGAN
Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Morgan, 77, of Panama City, Fla., died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2000, in a Columbia S.C., hospital. Born in Sumter, S.C., she moved here 51 years ago from Point Washington, Fla. She was a homemaker and a member of Northside Baptist Church where she was a member of Homemakers Sunday School Class. Her husband, Cecil Warren Morgan Sr., and a son, James Ezra Morgan, precede her in death. Mrs. Morgan is survived by two sons, Buddy Morgan and wife Pauline, Don Morgan all of Panama City; three daughters, Joyce Ann Danley and husband Buddy of Lynn Haven, Rhonda Conrad and husband Johnny of White Western, Fla., Pamela Hagler and husband Frankie of Southport; one daugher-in-law, Gradi Morgan of Panama City; one brother, Billy Morris and wife Mary Ann of Atlanta; three sisters, Elma Berry, Alma Ruth Berry and husband Walter, Marcelle Hinton and husband Tom all of Sumter, S.C.; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Sept. 28, at 10 a.m. in Northside Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Point Washington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m.

KAY F. REDMOND
Mrs. Kay F. Redmond, 54, of Panama City, Fla., died Monday, Sept. 25, 2000, in a local hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Panama City and was the store manger for K-Mart on Panama City Beach. She had been with K-Mart Stores for the past 23 years. She was also Methodist by faith. Her husband, William "Shot" Redmond precedes her in death. Mrs. Redmond is survived by one son, Troy Redmond of Panama City; one daughter, Patricia Coston and husband Andrew of Panama City; three brothers, Jerry Winkle of Knoxville, Tenn., Thomas Winkle of Panama City, Wayne Winkle of Graceville, Fla.; three sisters, Gloria Jean Ebert of Manila Philippines, Vickie Greene of Knoxville, and Yvonne Bungay of Panama City; one grandchild, William "Alex" Coston of Panama City; aunt, Syble Creech of Cleburne, Texas; and uncle, Hiram Whitehurst of Wewahitchka. Funeral services for Mrs. Redmond will be conducted on Wednesday, Sept. 27, at 10 a.m. in Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Keye officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 6 to 8 p.m. The family headquarters will be at the home of family friend, Silvia Payne, 3124 Game Farm Road, Panama City, FL. 32405.

LEROY CAUSEY
Mr. Leroy Causey, 76, of White City, passed away Monday morning Sept. 25, 2000, after a long illness. Mr. Causey was a lifelong resident of Gulf County, and attended the Assembly of God Church. He worked in the Gulf County School system until his retirement. Survivors include his wife, Elouise Causey of White City; his children, Roy Causey and wife Faye of White City, the Rev. Eddie Causey and wife June of Apalachicola, Charles Causey and Cathy of Blountstown, and Mollie Ludlam and husband Mike of White City; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister, Dora Dykes of Oak Grove; and a brother, Edgar Causey of Dalkeith. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today, Sept. 27, at Highland View Assembly of God Church, conducted by the Rev. Jean Shoots. Interment will follow in the family plot in Roberts Cemetery.

JAMES EDMUND CORRY
James Edmund Corry, a Quincy native, died Tuesday at 83. Born July 8, 1917, he was a graduate of Quincy High School where he played football for Guy Race. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was stationed in Miami where he was a self defense instructor and where he met his wife of 56 years, Betty Hennessey Corry. The couple moved back to Quincy and, together with his Uncle Edmund Corry, started Southern Building and Supply Inc., built and developed portions of Burhma Heights and Sunset Acres here in Quincy, together with continuing his family cattle farm. Mr. Corry purchased and extensively developed properties at Mexico Beach and Panama City. He was a member of St. Pauls Episopal Church. He is survived by his wife Margaret Elizabeth Corry; sister, Gurtrude 'Babe' Barber of Clearwater; four sons, William Walden Corry of Tallahassee, Dr. James E. Corry Jr. of Panama City, John A. 'Jack' Corry of Tallahassee, Stephen Thomas Corry of Tallahassee; and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 29, at 11 a.m., at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Quincy with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, following the service in the Corry home in Quincy. Memorial and contributions may be made in memory of James E. Corry to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 10 West King St., Quincy, Fla. 32351 or Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, Fla. 32308.
