Judith (Teall) Guthrie, 59, of 507 Otto Rd., died Nov. 27, 2000. She was a longtime employee of Bay Coordinated Transportation. She was a member of Parker United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Boyd Guthrie, mother, father, seven brothers and sisters, several nieces and nephews. She is survived by two daughters, Michelle Ursery and her husband Tim, Gwennie Catlett and her husband Toy; five brothers and sisters: Eileen McCoy and husband Dody, Lorraine Conner, Clarence Teall and wife Betty, Jean Keim and husband John, Joan Meyers and husband Jimmy; special friends, Ken Sanford and Ed Poole, loving niece and best friend, Mary Anna Smith. Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in Parker United Methodist Church with the Rev. Paul Malson officiating. Interment will follow in Parker Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.

BOBBY HAMMONDS
Mr. Bobby Hammonds, age 65, of 4808 Park Blvd., Parker, Fla., died Monday, Nov. 27, 2000, at a local hospital. He has been a lifetime resident of the are and was Baptist by faith. Mr. Hammonds served his country in the U. S. Army for two years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and hunting. Mr. Hammonds is survived by his wife, Beverly Hammonds of Parker, Fla.; two sons, Brian Hugh Hammonds of Palatka, Fla. and David Harrison Hammonds of Tallahassee, Fla.; mother, Floyd P. Gore of Callaway, Fla.; and a sister, Betty Sue Moses of Callaway. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 30 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J. W. Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Callaway. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, today, Nov. 29 from 6 p.m. to 8p.m.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Margaret Hatcher, age 72, of 5146 Kaitlin Trail, Chipley, Fla., who died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2000, will be held 10:30 a.m., today, Nov. 29, 2000, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ron L'Huillier officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

WILLIAM FRANK (BILL) MOSLEY
William Frank Mosley of 2203 Beck Ave., Panama City, Fla. passed away unexpectedly in his home over the weekend. He was 48 years old, born on June 3, 1952, and was a life long resident of Bay County. He graduated from Bay County High School and the University of West Florida. He was a retired teacher from Jinks Junior High School and Rutherford High School. He was preceded in death by his father Arthur Crawford Mosley Sr. He is survived by his mother, Mary Nelle Pope Mosley Shoemaker and stepfather James M. Shoemaker, of Jacksonville, Fla.; a sister, Mary Nan Whitehurst and her husband L.E. Whitehurst of Panama City; a brother, Arthur Crawford Mosley Jr. of Washington D.C.; a sister, Lynn Mosley Bonner, and her husband Duston Bonner, of Lynn Haven. In addition, a nephew, Scott Crawford Whitehurst and his wife Terri Whitehurst of South Haven, Mich.; a niece, Bonnie Whitehurst Hayes and her husband Danny Hayes of Thomasville, Ga.; a nephew, Anderson Barnes and a niece Mollie Barnes of Lynn Haven and many kind and devoted friends will mourn his passing. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday at 4 p.m. in Oakland Cemetery with Ernest Spiva officiating. Those wishing to may contribute to the Epilepsy Association of the Big Bend, 1108B East Park Ave., Tallahassee, Fla., 32301 in memory of William Frank Mosley.

C. W. NICEWONDER
Mr. C. W. Nicewonder, age 70, of 1103 East St., Panama City, Fla., died Monday, Nov. 27, 2000, at his home. He has been a resident of the area since 1960, coming from Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Nicewonder served his country in the U. S. Army and attended Springfield Community Church. He was a homebuilder since 1961, building thousands of houses, apartment complexes and some commercial buildings. Mr. Nicewonder also enjoyed working with model trains. He is survived by his sons: Steven Nicewonder and his wife Genelle of Youngstown, Fla., David Nicewonder and his wife Deb of Panama City, Jerry Nicewonder and his wife Darlene of Parker, and Johnny Nicewonder and Robert Nicewonder, both of Panama City; grandchildren: Steven Jr., Timothy, Jessica, Jana, Douglas, Deatra, and Michael; great-grandchild, Timothy Jr.; brothers, Curtis Nicewonder of Bluefield, W.Va. and Willard Nicewonder of Covington, Ky.; and sisters, Ruth Atkins of Fountain, Fla. and Peggy Marsh of California. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 1 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J. W. Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Thursday, Nov. 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. The family will be at the home of his son, Jerry Nicewonder, 1003 East St., Parker, FL.

OLA THOMAS PADGETT
Ola Thomas Padgett, of Chipley, Fla. died Nov. 28, 2000, in her home. She was a retired bookkeeper for Panama Machinery and Cook Motor Company. She was a member of Sunny Hills Baptist Church and a former member of First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was a 1932 graduate of Houston County High School. She is survived by her husband, Hubert Padgett of Sunny Hills; one son, William E. Lee (Bill) and his wife Nancy; two grandsons, Doug Lee and his wife Kim, Chris Lee and his wife, Becky, all of Panama City; three great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica, and Taylor; sister, Stella Ward of Pensacola, Fla.; brother, Wade Thomas of Columbus, Ga. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Raley and the Rev. James Eden officiating. Interment will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Webb Cemetery in Webb, Ala. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Those desiring to may make a contribution to Emerald Coast Hospital of Marianna, Fla., in memory of Ola Thomas Padgett.

EDWARD ALSEY ROWLAND
Mr. Edward Alsey Rowland, 70, of 1610 Ohio Ave., Lynn Haven, died Saturday evening, Nov. 25, 2000, in a local hospital. He moved here in 1974 from Indiana . Mr. Rowland was a retired janitor with Bay County School Board and was a Protestant by faith. Funeral services for Mr. Rowland will be conducted today, Nov. 29, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. in Southerland Family Funeral Home Chapel in Lynn Haven.

KATHERINE ANNE SCHNEIDER
Katherine anne Schneider, 72, of Panama City Beach died Sunday morning, Nov. 26, 2000, at her residence after a period of declining health. She was a native of McKenzie, Tenn., and a former resident of Whittier, N.C. She was a former owner/operator of Indian Summer Gifts in Cherokee, N.C., for 15 years. Daughter of the late John and Katherine Anne Whitsitt Sizemore. Wife of the late Robert Binney and Robert N. Schneider. She is survived by her sons and spouses: Bryan and Yelena Binney of Cherokee, Robert and Suzette Binney of Panama City Beach, Steven M. Binney of Atlanta, Ga. She is also survived by a stepdaughter and spouse, Elizabeth and Patrick Eckert of Lenoir, N.C. In addition, she is survived by her grandson, Zachary Binney of Atlanta; granddaughters, Kristy Floyd of Panama City Beach, Cassandra Binney of Atlanta, and Sophie Binney of Atlanta. Services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 29, 2000, in the chapel of Moody Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Fulk officiating. Burial will be in the Campground Cemetery in Whittier. The family will receive friends from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000 at Moody Funeral Home.

SANFORD LEVY TINDELL
Sanford Levy Tindell, 75, of Pensacola, passed away Nov. 22, 2000. Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 27, at Barrancas National Cemetery. Mrs. Nellie Mae Whitfield, 86, of 114 Quail Ave., Howard's Creek, Fla., passed away at her daughter's home early Tuesday morning, Nov. 28, 2000. She was a lifelong resident of this area and was a homemaker. She was also a member of Howard's Creek Baptist Church. Her husband, T.D., "Doc" Whitfield and a son, Lawson Whitfield, precedes her in death. Mrs. Whitfield is survived by two sons, David Whitfield and wife Linda Kay and Roy Whitfield all of Howard's Creek; four daughters: Shirley Wilhite and husband Lowery, Annie Johnson and husband Henry "Boo", Anna Moore and husband Billy Ray of Howard's Creek and Pinky Bell and husband Frank of Wewahtichka; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, Nov. 30 at 1 p.m CST in Howard's Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Dave Fernandez and the Rev. Dennis Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow in Jehu Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church this evening from 6 to 8 p.m CST.

OTIS CHESTER WILLIAMS
Mr. Otis Chester Williams, 61, of 1433 Washington Drive, Panama City, passed away Nov. 20, 2000, in a local hospital. Mark Scott Booth, a resident of Friendswood, Texas for eight years, passed away on Nov. 28, 2000. He was born in Memphis, Tenn. on June 18, 1967, the son of Thomas and Judy Welch Booth. Mark was a machine operator with K-Tec Corporation. He and his family are members of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife, Yvette Herrera Booth of Friendswood, Texas; his parents, Judy and Thomas Booth; his daughter, Alicia Marie Goudeau and three sons: Joshua Lee Goudeau, Gregory Keith Goudeau and Hunter Scott Booth all of Friendswood; his sister, Jennifer Lea Ward, and his brother, David Thomas Booth. A memorial service in his honor will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 1 at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home in Friendswood with the Rev. Jim Nelson officiating.

JERRAL BUTTS
Mr. Jerral Butts, age 54, of 1313 First St., Southport, Fla., died Monday, Nov. 27, 2000, at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Ala. He had been a longtime resident of the area. Mr. Butts served his country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam era. He was a member of the Camp Head Lighthouse Church in Altha, Fla. Mr. Butts enjoyed church and playing and singing gospel music. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Butts of Southport, Fla.; two sons, Travis Butts and his wife Lynn of Southport; and Justin Butts and his wife Susan of Panama City; two daughters, Salina Butts of Southport and Angel Romandini and her husband Amedio of Switzerland; a brother, Roy Butts and his wife Barbara of Thomasville, Ga.; a sister, Argie Rozell and her husband Joe of Panama City; a stepson, Larry Miller of Lake Wales, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Marian Alday and her husband J.W. of Panama City; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Waidus Butts and his mother, Cecil Butts. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., today, Nov. 30 at Victory Holiness Church with the Rev. Cecil Bryant, the Rev. Rossie Bryant, and the Rev. Coy Haney officiating. Interment will follow at Lynn Haven Cemetery. Asked to serve as active pallbearers are: Vincent Butts, Preston Butts, Dewayne Butts, Dwight McDonald, Nicholas McDonald, and Christopher McDonald. Honorary pallbearers will include: Dale Knepp, Jerry Hawk, Dale Ingram, Paul Rettig, David Elmore, J.W. Alday, John McDonald, Joe Rozell, and Ministers of the Miracle of the Cross. The family will receive visitors at the home of Annie Padgett, 1313 First St., Southport, FL.
