Marion Oliver Albers Amirault, age 80, of Tallahassee, died Wednesday in Tallahassee. Services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee 32308. A native of Andover, Mass., she had lived in Tallahassee since 1999. Survivors include a son, Ray Amirault of Tallahassee; daughter-in-law, Jewl Amirault of Tallahassee; daughter, Gerry Fiedler of Jupiter, Fla.; brother, Henry Albers of Fairhope, Ala.; sisters, Edna Billington of Chelmsford, Mass. and Helen Putnam of Mantua, Ohio; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Fairchild Burial & Cremation Services, Tallahassee, Fla., 850-386-8686 is in charge of the arrangements.

"Chuck" Braud, age 84, of 2801 State Ave., Panama City, Fla., who passed away Monday, Aug. 13, 2001 will be held 3 p.m. today, Aug. 17, 2001 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Masonic Rites will be conducted by the Acme Lodge No. 222. The lodge will be open an hour prior to service time. KAREN LYNN BRIZENDINE
Karen Lynn Brizendine, age 43, passed from this life on Aug. 9, 2001. She is survived by her husband Eric Brizendine; her sons, Michael Chesser and Benjamin Compton; two sisters, Stephanie Davies and Anna Stewart; two brothers, Stephen and Jack Henegar; her mother-in-law, Virginia Brizendine. She was a member of Oakland Baptist Church, Owens, Va. Memorial services will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at Kent-Forest Lawn with the Rev. Henry Hazzard officiating. She left this life far to soon. Her loving heart will be missed.

Eulalia "Pug" Hamm went to be with her Lord on Aug. 16, 2001 at Gulf Coast Hospital. She had been a lifelong resident of Panama City. She was a long-standing member of Cove Baptist Church. She is survived by her family, a daughter, Linda Pintarelli and husband Mike, two sons, Tommy Earl Hamm Sr. and wife Judy, Michael Hulan Hamm and wife Carol, seven grandchildren, Christy Staggers and husband Chris, Paige Huffman and husband Todd, Tommy Earl Hamm Jr. and wife Wyndi, Lynn Johnson, Maggie Hamm, Tracy Hamm, Cliff Cagle, great-grandchildren, Mellisa Staggers, Jessica Huffman, Kimberly Huffman, Bailey Hamm, Tommy Earl Hamm III, Tyler Koenig, Michael Burdeshaw, Kaylyn Burdeshaw, her sisters, Myrtice Pinkston and husband Pete of Augusta, Ga., Rita Smith and husband Billy of Augusta, Ga. Graveside services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Evergreen Memorial Gardens with long-time friend Virgel Vickers officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be James Daffin, John Daffin, Joe C. Lindsey, Doug Lindsey, Bo Hamm and James Commander. The family will repose at the residence of Tommy Hamm Sr. 2501 Country Club Drive, Lynn Haven, Fla. THELMA ALBERTA WOOD
Mrs. Thelma Alberta Wood, 87, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2001. She was born in Webb, Ala., and reared in Calhoun County. In 1950 she moved to Port St. Joe and since 1970 had been a resident of Wewahitchka. She was a member of the Abe Springs Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Wood is survived by her five children, Arland Wood of Burgess Creek, Geneva Barfield and husband Hugh of Burgess Creek, Wanna Grace and husband Edward of Port St. Joe, Marvin "Buck" Wood and wife Brenda of Cottondale, Clarise Vessels and husband Kenneth of Midwest City, Okla.; a special nephew Russell Edenfield; one brother, W.T. Key of Wewahitchka; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at White City Baptist Church Saturday, Aug. 18, 2001 at 11 a.m. EDT with the Rev. Willie Gene Dawson and the Rev. Nick Davis officiating. Interment will follow at the Old Shiloh Cemetery near Scott's Ferry. Viewing will be at the Comforter Funeral Home today, Aug. 17, from 6 until 8 p.m. EDT.

PATRICIA ANN STEWART
Ms. Patricia Ann Stewart, 50, of 1701 Hamilton Ave. Apt. H-157 died Monday Aug. 13, 2001 in her home. She was a lifelong resident of Panama City. She attended the public schools of Bay County and graduated from Bay High School in 1969. She was a certified nursing assistant. She was a member of Brown's Temple First Born Church and served faithfully and willingly even after her health began to fail. She was involved in many aspects of the church and was the finance secretary, member of the Pastor's Aid Club, finance committees and membership/corresponding secretary. She is survived by her three sons: Dexter, Sheldon and Jabar all of all of Panama City; her parents, Deacon E.B. Stewart, Mother Edna Stewart both of Panama City; five sisters: Renee of Korea, Debra Ann, Pamela, Teresa and Annie all of Panama City; five brothers: Charles (Domique) of Washington, D.C., Edward Jr. (Denise), Emanuel (Laura), Rickey (Doris) and Donnell all of Panama City; two grandchildren, Gabreya and Jaybrione Stewart; a special cousin, James Lee of Atlanta, a special aunt, Leola Johnson (Alex) of Panama City; uncle, Missionary Albert Stewart (Tegeste) of Liberia; three other aunts: Alberta Phillips, Tearetha Deloach (Jerry) and Johnnie Mae Davis all, of Panama City a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of Bay Medical Center and Hospice of the Emerald Coast. Funeral services for Ms. Stewart will be held Saturday, Aug. 18 at noon in the Brown's Temple First Born Church with Elder Willie Golden, Pastor officiating. Interment to follow in Hillside Cemetery. The remains will repose at the church this evening from 7 to 9 p.m and will lie in state at the church on Saturdav from 9 a.m. until service time. The family will receive relatives and friends at the home of her son, Sheldon Sloan 1040 Meche Drive, Parker, Fla.

WALTER DEAN DAVIS
Walter Dean Davis, age 69 of Panama City Beach, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2001 at his residence. He was a native of Carrolton, Ill., and had lived here since 1974. He retired after 21 years service with the United States Air Force and was Protestant by faith. Survivors include his wife, Gloria Davis of Panama City Beach; two daughters, Margaret Horner of Graham, N.C., and Janet McClintock and husband, Gene of Summerfield, N.C.; his mother, Gertrude Irene Davis of Jacksonville, Ill.; a sister, Joan Dickman of Jacksonville, Ill. a brother, Bert Davis and wife, Nancy of Jacksonville, Ill.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A private graveside service will be held at a later date with the Rev. Jack Cowart officating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8:00 p.m. today, August 18, 2001. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Hospice of the Emerald Coast, P. O. Box 1520, Lynn Haven, FL 32444.

LOUISE HUMER LeSAGE
Louise Humer Le Sage, age 83, died early Saturday morning at home after a painful battle with lung cancer. Louise was born in Marietta, Penn. She and her husband made Panama City their home since 1968. Louise served as a Wave in the United States Navy during World War II. She is survived by her husband, Roland LeSage, retired United States Air Force; her daughter, Bonnie Leigh of Santa Rosa Beach; and her son, Leo Willman of Mount Holly, N.J. She will be missed by her most loved three, four-"PAWS" friend's: Rocky, Goldie and Rhett. There will not be a memorial service. The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

SYLVIA CAROL MIDDLEBROOKS
Sylvia Carol Middlebrooks, a Florida native, age 73, died Aug. 13, 2001 in Delray Beach following an extended illness. Her brother, Clem York of Apalachicola; and sisters, Shirley Jones of Panama City, and Phyllis Geyer of Billerica, Mass., survive her. Three children mourn her loss, Jeanean Slamen of Missouri City, Texas; Pamela Middlebrooks of Delray Beach; and Joel Middlebrooks of Boca Raton. Five grandchildren will miss her smile, warm embrace and loving spirit, Sarah Slamen, Jason Slamen, Nicholas Middlebrooks, Andrew Middlebrooks, and Jonathan Middlebrooks. Carol was born and raised in Panama City, Fla. She raised her family in Pensacola, Fla., where she was an employee of Monsanto Corporation and the Veteran's Administration. As a South Florida resident she enjoyed retirement in Fort Lauderdale and her last two years in Delray Beach where wonderful friends surrounded her. Few have lived a life as full of love, humor, and empathy. Her pleasures were her family and friends. Her gift was love. Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, August 18 at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home, Delray Beach, Florida.

WILFRED E. PRESCOTT
Mr. Wilfred E. Prescott, 71, of 804 Royce St., Pensacola, Fla., died Friday, August 17, 2001, at a local nursing home. Mr. Prescott was Protestant by faith. He served his country in the Korean Conflict with the U.S. Army, and he was also a recipient of The Bronze Star. Mr. Prescott was survived by a brother, Andrew Prescott of Laguna Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Mary Prescott of Defuniak Springs, Fla., Sara Cooley of Laguna Beach, Fla.; two nephews, Larry Cooley of Leesburg, Ga., and Lynn Cooley of Leesburg, Ga. Memorial services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
