Mrs. Annie Lee Reid, 84, of 921 Center Ave., died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2001, in a local hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Reid will be held today, Dec. 29, at l p.m. in the Tabernacle Baptist Church with the Rev. Rufus Wood Jr. officiating.
Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
The remains will lie in state at the church today from 10 a.m. until service time.
The family will receive relatives and friends at 921 Center Ave.

RAY E. SMITH
Mr. Ray E. Smith, 68, of Youngstown, Fla., passed away Friday, Dec. 28, in a local nursing facility.
He had been a resident of Bay County for 30 years, coming here from New Berlin, Ill.
Mr. Smith was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife of 49 years, Anna B. Smith, of Youngstown; one son, Leslie A. Smith of Bayou George; three daughters, Regina G. Smith of Bayou George, Audrey K. Dougherty and her husband, Ed, and Sharri A. Colvin and her husband, Wayne, of Tallahassee; seven grandchildren, Edward, Patrick, and Daniel Dougherty, Niccole, Amber, Joshua, and Brittney Colvin, all of Tallahassee; three brothers, Charles Smith and his wife, Mary, of New Berlin, Ill., Jack Smith and his wife, Joyce, of Tallula, Ill., and Henry Smith and his wife, Brenda, of Ashland, Ill; six sisters, Helen Brooks and her husband, Roy, of Daytona, Shelby Beahl of Springfield, Ill., Betty Roberts and Barbara Quade of Ashland, Ill., Patty Chapman of Pleasant Plains, Ill., and Linda Jugan of Springfield, Ill.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie R. and Gertrude Smith; and a brother, David Smith.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Monday, Dec. 31, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Lowry officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Sunday, Dec. 30, from 2 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to hospice.

LOUIA 'BUTCH' BRIAN FISHER
Louia "Butch" Brian Fisher, 48, of Panama City Beach, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2001, at his home.
He was a native of Birmingham, Ala., and has been living in Bay County for the past 23 years.
Mr. Fisher was employed with J&J Enterprise of Bay County, and was a veteran of Vietnam, serving in the United States Army.
Mr. Fisher was the son of Louia B. and Rose A. Fisher of Panama City.
Three sisters, Katrin and Don Singletary of Mayo, Fla., Kristine Fisher and Michelle Parnes of Maryland, Jeannine Savage and Lee Huddleston of South Carolina; and one half-brother, James Broyles, of Panama City, survive him.
The family requests memorialization by cremation.

Funeral services for Mr. Ray E. Smith, age 68, of Youngstown, Fla., who passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2001, in a local nursing facility, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, 2001, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Lowry officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, Dec. 30, 2001, from 2 to 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice.

GEORGE HOWELL STEPHENSON SR.
Mrs. George Howell Stephenson Sr., age 63, of 2919 Sequoia Ave., Panama City, Fla., passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2001, in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
He had been a native of Northwest Florida all his life.
Mr. Stephenson was a boat captain and a commercial fisherman, and was a member of the Lake Charles Pilot's Association.
Mr. Stephenson is survived by three sons, Joey Devon Stephenson of Panama City, Fla., George Howell Stephenson Jr. of Shaliman, Fla., and Jeff Stephenson of Fort Myers, Fla.; three daughters, Amanda Strickland of Pace, Fla., Lorri Ann Elkins of Niceville, Fla., and Tracey Stephenson of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; his mother, Inez Stephenson of Panama City, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; three brothers, John Buck Stephenson of Big Lake, La., Charles Stephenson and Ronnie Stephenson, both of Panama City, Fla.; two sisters, Sylvia Calhoun and Brenda Taylor, both of Panama City, Fla.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31, 2001, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Ed Britton officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. today, Dec. 30, 2001.

ELIZABETH ANN 'LIBBY' (SHIVER) EUBANKS
Mrs. Elizabeth Ann "Libby" (Shiver) Eubanks, age 69, of 1909 Hickory Ave., Panama City, Fla., passed away Saturday, Dec. 29, 2001, at a local hospital.
Mrs. Eubanks was a lifetime resident of Bay County.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City, where she was a first grade Sunday school teacher.
She was active with the Bay High School Alumni Class of 1950, taught in the public schools for 30 years, and a member of the Retired Teachers Association.
Mrs. Eubanks is survived by her husband, Doyle Ray Eubanks Sr., of Panama City, Fla.; a son, Doyle Ray Eubanks Jr. and his wife, Luwanda, of Tallahassee, Fla.; two grandchildren, Nick Alexander Eubanks and Hunter Chase Eubanks, both of Tallahassee, Fla.; two sisters, Betty Jean Beach and Mary Magdalene Spence, both of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2002, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Raley officiating.
Interment will follow at the Lynn Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2002.

RICHARD CHARLES DYJAK
Mr. Richard Charles Dyjak, age 74, of 4140 Kirkpatrick Road, Panama City, Fla., passed away Saturday, Dec. 29, 2001, at his home with his family and close friend Jim Walters at his side. He had been a resident of Bay County since 1942, coming here from Titusville, Pa.
Mr. Dyjak was a member of Lady of the Rosary of Bayou George, member of BPOE & Wandering Elk & Does RV Group, and the Experimental Aviation Association Chapter 202. He fullfilled a lifelong dream and became a private pilot at age 60 and built two experimental airplanes.
He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Mr. Dyjak is survived by his wife of 52 years, Alma Dyjak, of Panama City, Fla.; a son, Ray Dyjak and wife, Carol, of Springhill, Tenn.; a daughter, Jan Reynolds and husband, Neal, of Atlanta, Ga.; three grandchildren, Matthew Reynolds of Atlanta, Ga., Carrie Dyjak of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Lauren Reynolds of Atlanta, Ga.; numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Dyjak was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray and Matt Dyjak; and one sister, Stella Hall.
A special thanks to Dr. Sweetser and Dr. Nichols.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2002, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Father William Brown officiating.
Asked to serve as active pallbearers are: Tom Ellinor, Charles McGill, Steve Johns, John William Morrison, Bill Rhyne, and Dempsy Sapp.
Honorary pallbearers will be John Jackson, W.A. Rodgers, Jim Walters, and E.A.A. Chapter 202.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2002, with a Rosary at 7 p.m.
Those desiring may make contributions to Lady of the Rosary Building Fund or Covenant Hospice.

TERRY WAYNE REEVES
Terry Wayne Reeves, 47, of Panama City, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2001, in a local hospital.
He was employed as a C & C machinist at Wellstream.
He was a graduate of the Florida Baptist Theological College.
He had been a resident of Panama City for one year, moving here from Carabelle, Fla.
He was a member of the Carabelle Methodist Church where he had served as a former youth minister. He is survived by his wife, Faye Reeves, of Panama City; mother, Reba Crowe, of Fayette, Ala.; four daughters, Karen Elizabeth Reeves of Sulligent, Ala., Stephanie Adkison of Panama City, Lisa Adkison, Holly McKeithen, both of Carabelle; son, Jerry E. Robinson, of Panama City; four grandchildren, Amber Adkison, Jillian Robinson, Tyler Rodgers, Marcella Dyann Westmoreland; brother, Randy Reeves of Fayette, Ala.; sister, Donna Graham, of Vernon, Ala.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mark Fejes officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday.
