Debra A. Madon, 52, a resident of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs, formerly of Toledo, Ohio passed away on June 21st, 2004 while under the compassionate care of Hope Hospice. Debby was born on June 17th, 1952, in Toledo, Ohio. Her parents James and Betty McNamara, and her sister Judy Mead preceded Debby in death.
She is survived by son Cory Madon, sister Annette (Everett) Williamson, Aunt Gertrude Ostrander, niece Lori Mead, great niece Gracie Malstrom, and companion Robert Starkweather all of Fort Myers. Many loving relatives in Toledo, Ohio also survive Debby. A special heart felt thank you to Diane (Bill) Ford, Debby's longtime friends, who stuck by her side until the very end.
A Memorial Service will be held at Hope Hospice House Chapel on Sunday at 2 PM. Contributions may be made in her memory to Hope Hospice, Health Park Circle, Fort Myers.

Johnnie Ruth Martin, age 88, of Ft. Myers died on Monday, June 21, 2004 at Hope Hospice South. Born on May 8, 1916 in Kansas to John and Mable Guilfoyle, she has been a resident of Ft. Myers since 1948.
She was the wife of the late Hugh W. Martin who died in 1993. She is survived by her son, Billy Sommerville, her step-son Winston (Polly) Martin, her brother-in-law, Wayne (Edna) Martin, her sister-in-laws, Berta Richey, Winifred Wheeler, June Sheppard and Mary Jo Martin, numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her long time friends and neighbors, Lucille Love, Don and Jean Henry, Dipak and Varsha Patel. Johnnie will be missed by all that knew her.
A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, June 24, 2004 at 9:30 AM in the Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home where friends may call after 9:00 AM. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hope Hospice, 9470 Health Park Circle, Ft. Myers, FL 33908 to help continue the kind and loving care they provide.

Armando Puig, Jr., 49, a Cape Coral resident since 1982, formerly of Miami, Died unexpectedly, Monday, June 21, 2004 in Polk County, FL. He was born July 25, 1954 in Cuba to Armando and Elsie Puig, Sr. whom survive and reside in Cape Coral. Mr. Puig was the proprietor of Eurosport Motorcars, Cape Coral and was a member of multiple motor sport groups including PCA, HSR, SCCA and the Ferrari Club. He also headed the Eurosport Motor Racing Team.
Along with his parents, Mr. Puig is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Carol Ann Puig, Cape Coral; three beloved children, Jason Michael Puig of Orlando, Jody Ann Puig and Lindsay Michelle Puig both of Cape Coral. Other survivors include a sister, Elsita Corral of Cape Coral; his mother-in-law Ruth Powderly also of Cape Coral and many, many close friends and acquaintances including William and Colleen Martin and their family.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 PM Friday at the Fuller Funeral Home - Cremation Service, 1910 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, 574-3434. Visitation will be held Friday at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the hour of service.

Eleanor M. Spencer, 86, of Bonita Springs passed away June 20, 2004. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home & Cremation Center.

Earl C. Wanser, Sr., 77, of Lehigh Acres, died June 20, 2004. Formerly of Middletown, New York he had resided in Florida since 1969. A U.S. Army veteran during WWII.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Catherine, 7 children: Elisa, Earl Jr., Susan, Mark, Penny, David, Matthew, 1 brother: Calvin and 16 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Friday, June 25, 2004 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Lee Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Crystal Ann Chambers, 20, a lifelong resident of North Fort Myers, passed away suddenly July 31, 2004. Crystal loved four-wheeling, camping, and the outdoors.
Surviving are her mother, Barbara Ann Chambers of North Fort Myers; her father, Steven Chambers of Lehigh Acres; stepfather, David Carter of North Fort Myers; sister, Taylor Palmer of North Fort Myers; Maternal Grandmother, Helen Keenan of Lehigh Acres; and Paternal Grandmother, Judy Chambers of Lehigh Acres. Also surviving are her uncles, Richard, Daniel, Donald, and Edward Carrube, Robert Keenan, and Ronald Chambers; and many cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 4, 2004 from 2-4 PM and 6-7:30 PM at North Fort Myers Memorial Funeral Home, 3453 Hancock Bridge Pkwy., North Fort Myers, FL with funeral services beginning at 7:30 PM. Burial will be private at a later date.

Michael C. Dedovich, 67, of Cape Coral was taken by God early Monday morning August 2, 2004. He was born to the late Andrew Sr. and Josephine (Bittner) Dedovich on January 6, 1937 in Dumont, New Jersey. He served honorably in the U.S. Army.
He was the beloved husband of Joan and loving father of Melissa Dedovich, Christopher Dedovich, Brian and April Dedovich, Michael John Dedovich, and Julie Ann Dedovich; grandfather of Samantha, Christian, Michael John Jr., Andrew, Selina and Angelo. Also surviving a sister, Helen Haslett and sister-in-law Monica Dedovich and their families.
Moving to Paradise of Cape Coral 8 years ago he was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, Cape Coral Social Club, Boat A Boats, and Cape Coral Power Squadron. Michael was a former member of St. Mary of the Snow Parish in Saugerties, New York.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 4, 2004 at 11:00 AM at St. Andrew Catholic Church; family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 3, 2004 from 6-8 PM at the Metz Funeral Chapel, 1306 Lafayette St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Hospice.
The Metz Chapel of Harvey-Engelhardt-Metz Funeral Homes & Crematory of Cape Coral is in charge of arrangements. 542-2134.

Clifford L. Elliott, Sr. of Ft. Myers passed away on July 31, 2004. He was born in Kane, PA on November 18, 1926. He graduated from Hinsdale Central, NY and served in the Army during the Korean War. He worked for Erie Railroad & retired from Kroger as a butcher. Here resided in Hornell, NY & moved to Ft. Myers in 1976.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Pauline. Survivors include two sons & two daughters; Clifford, Jr., Forked River, NY, Kathy Nesbit, Almond, NY, Edward (Tina), Cape Coral & Barbara Gehm, Ft. Myers. Also, nine grandchildren & two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, (TODAY) August 3, from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM with services at 1:00 PM at Lee Memorial Park Funeral Home, St. Rd. 82, Ft. Myers. 334-4880.

Kimberly Sian Gales, 28, of Cape Coral died July 31, 2004. She is survived by her loving husband Michael Harmon and a son, Erik Harmon both of Cape Coral.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Fuller Funeral Home - Cremation Service, 1910 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, 574-3434. Funeral services will take place promptly at 8:00 PM following visitation with Rev. John Hunt officiating.

Catherine May 'Kay' Lovett, 86, of Ft. Myers passed away Sunday Aug. 1, 2004. She was in the catering business in the Baltimore, MD area. She loved hobbies of singing, tennis, bowling & bingo.
She is survived by many nieces, nephews and many close friends. She was predeceased by husband Bob & son Bobby.

Geneva Cook Roberson, 86, passed away July 20, after a fierce bout with cancer. She is survived by her children Jack (Gin) Cook, Jerry (Anne) Cook, Jeanine (John) Miller, 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Geneva and her late husband Jack were the proprietors of Jack's Taxi for 35+ years until retirement in the late 60's. Geneva enjoyed cooking, fishing and gardening.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 7, at 2:00 PM at the Crossroad Baptist Church, 10721 Palm Beach Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL. In lieu of flowers make donations to the Senior Friendship Center Adult Day Care 'The Living Room', 3600 Evans Ave., Ft. Myers, FL 33901.

Mary Lou Brower, 56, of Ft. Myers Beach passed away August 9, 2004. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home & Cremation Center.

Florence E. Carlson, 97, of Ft. Myers passed away August 11, 2004. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Lyle Smith, Judith Schmidt, Bruce Carlson, Bonnie Valentine, Lynda Doyens, Charles Carlson, Michael Carlson, Steve Carlson, Sharon Carlson, William Carlson, John Montgomery, Robert Carlson, John Carlson and Margaret Carlson.
Services and interment will be next week in Batavia, IL. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Horizon Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
